T.The food from this branch is one of the worse I've eaten at. Food always tastes like cardboard, even when buying the premium burgers.
H.Huge improvement in food quality. Salad burgers are some of the best hands down. Freshly cooked onion rings just the right amount of everything. Three perfect times ina row. Keep it up guys.
L.SO SLOW… and there were way too much pickles when i said no pickle while order. Waited at counter for 5 minutes before anyone served us.
P.Went through drive through, excellent service overall, Why? Burgers were fresh and neatly made, and out of all these drive through food stops, for me finally people with common sense, they had napkins, packed in the bags in separate orders, and MY RECEIPT. Why is it we have to ask everywhere for a receipt? Thank you to the staff on that night, for Excellent service! So highly recommend. P.S, chips..hotter and yous guys have got it.

N.Was very busy in the drive-thru so we came inside. Seating inside was limited due to covid restrictions. Service was still good and quick... thanks BK Botany.
m.Maybe because it was late or had a rush earlier (about 8.30pm on a Saturday) but girl that took our order sounded tired and like she was trying to rush our order asking us "is that it?" after every item (we mentioned there was 4 of us placing orders ). Asked for a receipt and she said OK but after giving us our food she shut the window and we had to knock on it after a minute when we realised she wasn't getting us our receipt. The food was good tho. Hope that was a one off experience and will gladly change my rating the next time I stop by when I'm in the area.
M.Loved it here because our food was fresh n yummy crunchy hot fries although was watching service was slow n just mucking around and while we were eating i heard one lady calling "is someone serving?" after she n other people were lining up for awhile..again these fast food is running by young kids😥
T.Pretty fast drive through, I've had things missing from my orders before and for some reason their ice cream machine is always down. I haven't been able to randonly get a chocolate milkshake with orders for months now! My online orders are never refunded for this despite it being advertised on their app menu.
J.Food is at expected level just wish they would sort their side out to accept the app deals.
Other than that Staff are good🤷🏻
S.The restaurant was filthy dirty. Only one table looked clean. Rest of the tables had empty bags and good scraps. There was no customers. The drinks stand was messy with spilled drinks and the standing area where we refill the drinks was covered with spilled drinks. Sticky and just horrible with used cups and straws everywhere. We were there at 5pm on Monday Anzac day.

A.Just like any other fast food place. Tables could do with a more regular cleaning. Wasn't many people when we went there and still had to ask for the table to be wiped down. Other wise pretty good and way better than Pakuranga BK.

But I don’t like the attitude of one of the service staff, who look like the duty manager. The burger I got is different from what I ordered, I asked a him, he just had a glimpse at burger and answered me that’s the same then walked away, I asked him again because there’s a lack of something I saw on the menu pic, and he just admitted and added that in the bitten burger.
C.Great burger, went a bit heavy on the lettuce, falling all over the place, but other than that, good experience.

Drink machine screens could do with a more frequent wipe down, or at least provide the means for customers to wipe it down; sticky, dirty fingerprints and marks are not very appealing
Z.New layout makes it feel more spacious. Good food, a tad slow today but they were busy. Friendly staff. We made use of the blues winning and getting 2nd whopper free.
L.Today I went to the botany Burger King and I was served by Jacob. He was really nice like he took our rubbish for us and he was suggesting that we go refill our drinks and try different flavours and also my friend accidentally put his drink on top of the bin and it fell through so he gave him a new one.
J.Best fast food place I've been to in God knows how long. Staff are always friendly. If you're inclined to dine in it has a nice open feel.
S.Service and product was above average, this branch is heaps better than the one in Highland park. But there is still room for cleanliness improvement. But nevertheless, I'll be back.
A.I still don't like to be served by the youngest person in the joint. Basic service skills lacking. A simple thank you and smiles will help.
