w.Very clean, nice not to stick to the floors like other burger kings and fast service. Very fresh and hot. Good amount of salt and came with sauce without asking. Cheers
W.I feel sooo bad for the poor staff there. They looked like a few people called in sick. A massive line down in the drive through and inside a massive line too, yet they kept their cool they were still smiling and all doing so good. That team needs a pay rise and a half
T.Not sure what was happening inside, but just ordering took forever and the staff don't seem very happy.. ordered a raspberry drink.. I'm sure everyone would appreciate if you would add the correct amount of raspberry, it's ssssooo watered down all you taste is soda water.
Don't think we will be back.
B.I love ordering online from BK. In the app I add everyone's order while I'm at home (usually ordering for 2 hungry teens, a hungry 21 yr old and myself). I can't get it wrong because they check it themselves. And I don't get flustered like at the drive thru where they all yell out their order at the same time. Once done I pay online - easy!!
The good thing about this ordering system is that there is no rush to get down there to avoid your food getting cold and rubbery. Once you are near the store, the app will tell you to check in, and thats when they start preparing the order. EASY!!!

Too much bbq sauce on the bomb unfortunately it killed the rest of the burger flavour. Will return though
B.They have a drive through as well as eat in. The entrance is located on the inside of the Highland Park center area so it isn't accessible from the main road. The food is similar to the other chains. Tried both the beyond burgers, chicken and beef, and both were ok.
A.No complaints. Their service is always up to standard, and their food is BK quality. I love coming here for my takeaway

S.Have always liked this branch but I love it now. The staff are very friendly, they are fast with making orders and the food is always fresh. Only downfall would be the state of the eat in area, more attention needs to be paid to wiping down tables and mopping floors more frequently

E.Whenever I go, the service is always quick and friendly and someone is almost always cleaning. Good cheap food and free refills. Not a fancy establishment or anything obviously, but a good place to eat fast food nonetheless.
K.This place needs to step up its customer service. Seriously your staff on the drive thru need to show manners & a smile wouldn't go a miss either!

P.I went to sit down to eat my burger and a dinosaur came busting through the front door looking for her eggs. She got upset with the staff as they had no idea what she was saying as they don't speak prehistoric and she ate all the staff. Their blood sprayed over the restaurant and contaminated my food. I was upset as there was no one to give me a refund as old cranky pants had eaten all the staff.

The only low point was going to use the unisex toilet to find all the walls and door covered with graffiti I told a staff member and she was very greatfull.

l.Good fast friendly service, always extra friendly portions with loaded fries with heaps of sauce.
