M.I dont have a lot to say about this place cos I only went in for a frozen coke 🙄🤔😊😊😊😊😊 but they were ok. Just a few teething problems getting their "flow" on. Nothing major though.
🤔 Obviously they're still trying to "come back" from the lockdown losses (Loss of revenue/loss of staff etc) but with more customers for these locally owned businesses, we can all do our part in supporting their "comeback".
C.I always order from the burger King app. I find it quicker to use if you know what you want and if you have allergies you can leave certain ingredients out. Pay through the app and give your order number.
D.Late night snack after movies which are opposite westgate Burger King venue. Restaurant was closed. Drive thru service was speedy, clean and efficient. Food was hot and of great quality. Recommend and will be visiting again.
G.Spacious, spotless motel close to all amenities.
A.Slightly average BK... cold chips, ice machine for drinks not working, counter staff spent 5 minutes packing cups under the counter before being served, but it was a Monday night.
Resturant itself was clean and tidy. Nice lay out.
L.It was good, they have good average service but there is a reason for that sometimes work members aren't as good as others because they are new to the cashier and that
K.Lovly place and hardworking people. Can see they are struggling with all these covid restrictions. We just need to be patience with local business people.
J.Fettuccine carbonara is incredible, with a little salad fed hubby and I and we had for lunch next day, a generous portion and other takeaway are just as delish
Z.Drive thru, was full as, over the counter service was very slow considering we were the only people there, took ages just to get served.
Z.Painfully slow service, would not go back, kids enjoyed their frozen coke, once we eventually got some service, only 1 person ahead of us, but still had to wait what felt like 10 minutes.

C.Burgers and food good. Though most times the actual tables and chairs are not clean, and the service staff are grumpy, never smile. Use the drive through it's much better than eating in.
J.Frankly, over-priced. The chips are often barely warm. Only the pricey burgers are any good. Drinks mixer is the best in the fast food business as you mix your own and they have Fuse Tea and both sparkling and flat water.
V.I don't normally like fastfood but it was my little friends choice. IT WAS CLEAN, unlike so many fastfood joints I'd been too. The staff were helpful and patient with my neverending list of personal preferences and, wait for it, the Siracha burger and Siracha chips were amazing. Thanks Burger King Westgate!
E.I had my first ever date here in 2001 . And now another date 2020. Its been refurbished 3 times. It went from old school to modern to a bit of both now. I love the dark colour inside its way easier on the eyes. Now you order on a screen and get your number called .super easy to customise. Every single table had old food on it because they were really busy. They probably need more staff on. Food was good.
L.My gurls call this "the suprise burger king" because you never know what your going to get. They do have a couple of tall poppys thats stand out with great customer service, young man, chaaz i think. Ive just remembered my partner and I witnessed the manager belittling an employee right in front of us a few weeks back. Most staff dont appear to like there jobs. Food is pretty good no obvious complaints.

M.It's fine. I think I was there at the lunch rush as it was a good 20 minute wait for a basic meal. Meat patty was a bit dry but again might have been the lunch rush cooking

K.Rebel chicken patty tasted like it had been in the warmer for a long time. It's a fantastic vegetarian burger but when you pay 8 bucks you want it to be fresh.
D.Restaurant needs a bit of love. Simple things like wiping down tables and fixing annoying loose table legs. I understand its fast food but presentation also matters.
A.Both, the level of service and the food quality have improved significantly in the last year. Keep up the good work!

C.Good value, shorter queues
S.Burger King could prioritize with the cleaning of the facility as there are hazards due to customer beverage spillage, food marks & finger prints on the self serve drink machine. Understandable if the customer line is backing up with few staffs to man the stations, but they need to manage the health and safety standards of the restaurant. All in all the foods good.
A.They have old school arcade games too! Needs a make over, sometimes can be quite filthy.

D.Burger King is one of my favourite takeaways joints, but this store is notorious for not getting orders right or selling less then satisfactory items i.e. I don't think I've ever been served onion rings that where hot or didn't feel like cardboard.
k.Its so great you can order 15mins away on the app it includes coupons deals pay by card foods great there team here are so happy theres many other things o could say so try it
s.Cheap ... good value for money . Btw do have a look at bk coupons , taste wise it’s doing alright for a fast food restaurant. Quick service .
However, hygiene needs to improve . Rubbish bins were over flowing , no mirror in the toilet. Floor and tables are left unclean during busy times . Staff need to prioritise duties and responsibilities.
T.Good food, good service. The online coupons make for great value meals and the server let us use multiple coupons in the same order. Our order was ready to go in less than 10 minutes.

D.There were a few people in the queue but lots waiting for their orders. Despite being busy there was just the one server who was exceptionally slow at processing. Whilst waiting for my order I noticed everyone would check their orders before accepting them and I discovered why. Including me, 4 others had missing items. In my case (and another guy) they'd run out of chocolate sundae syrup so simply didn't bother including the sundae! Managed to get a replacement from the manager who threw in some free fries. I appreciated that until I'd realised they had forgotten the fries from my actual order too! Being an ambulance officer I get limited time to eat so along with the dry burger and almost stale chips, this is a deal breaker for me and I won't be back.
A.A standard bK franchise, nothing special to report. Public Conveniences (:50c) are central in the LG carpark.

A.This place wins a few stars for being convenient and fairly tasty. However, points must be deducted for the strange lack of in-store service for a fast food place, the permanently sticky floors, and the drink machines that honestly should be labelled as a biohazard.
Forreal. It was a busy weekend day amidst the school holidays, but the only employee on the register kept dashing off for 10 minutes after serving one customer. The counter placement means that the line of people queuing to order blocks one of two entrances, too. Wouldn't it make sense to just serve all the customers all at once? Who knows.
Another star deducted for the price increase on my beloved value meals. You monsters.

K.The local BK joint. Foods good, workers are nice. Still terrible that a worker got assulted here and her arm electrocuted in the news a year and a half ago. Hopefully they're treating workers better now.

A.Really good BBQ burgers, I had the Streaky Bacon Steakhouse and they nailed it. Pretty good chips too.

A.BK at Wairau Park and Constellation Drive are our 2 local favs. Fast and friendly, great service and fresh fast food. We love that there's ample parking always. And the BK choc milkshake is unbeatable 👌👏👌
A.Burger well made and tasty, however fries were cold. Customer in front of me returned his, same issue. Staff friendly and served promptly.
R.First whopper burger I've had in seven year. Be another twenty years before I have another one, get my drift.
F.It's a hit and miss at this bk it depends on who serves you if its going to be a nice experience or not, you get all the food you ordered or just half, or you end up being over charged.

Clean restaurant.
I.Among one of the most decent BKs in Auckland. Quite spacious and clean. Toilet could be less worn out however. A lot of game machines for kids. Drive in could be quite crowded, ordinary service usually not. Tonn of parking places around, you might want just to drop you car there. Recently was upgraded with queue display which IMHO is a must have feature for any place alike.
G.They are great. If they stuff up your order, they let you keep it and make your correct order up. Its great cos everyone enjoys extra :)

R.When we dine in our orders are fine however when we go through drive through there is always something missing so we normally always park up before we leave to check.
B.Not too bad, not too good, just your typical fast food chain restaurant. It's important to notice they have public bathrooms and a few arcade machines.

H.Depends on when you go, and you will get what you expect. If you walk into at rush hour, please don't expect too much. A new drink dispenser installed a while ago, you have to expect a longer time to get your drinks as many people don't know how to operate this technology!
I.The attendant from drive thru had no sense and no pacient with my husband, he have hearing problems and she presume he does not understand her, transferring the attendance for a Indian guy... This is very disappointing.
