Reviews of HomeCooked Filipino Cuisine
J.
I love homecooked. It is like going back to your home country and eating local food. Their offering is not just good for Filipino taste buds but also for Kiwis here in New Zealand.
j.
served very delicious food. Favorites are the grilled chicken and grilled squid, and the crispy pata (deep fried pork knuckles). Staff is friendly. I think the last ordering time is 7:20pm for level 3 but website says 8, so I guess that would give ample time for the chef to cook your order till closing hours

Beef Kare Kare was so good and the portion was huge. Really love the sauce I have no idea what’s that but when you mix them with rice omg so yummy! Gonna definitely try other dishes next time.

Always good consistent home style cooking. We always go for the bulalo, grilled bangus belly and pork bbq.

Omg delicious yummy yummy yummy we had the crispy prok belly, ribs and the spring rolls omg amazing we cant wait to come back!!! Highly recommend!!
L.
Reliably good. Many options tasty but not too greasy.

Quality of food used to be good. Recently, servings just got too surprisingly small, but prices went up. Should be one or the other, I guess. I get more with the Korean or Japanese combos. Just a thought to hope could help with the management.

Nice food but pork crackle wasn't crunchy and meat was bit dry
S.
Yummiest Bammy noodles. I love Lecheon kawali as well. The pork crackling is so crunchingly devine and very tasty.🤩🤩🤩

Great tasting food. Sometimes it is way too busy but it is worth the wait. Don't expect to walk into a flash food court, as the building is the old McDonald's joint which they converted.
Presentation of food is appealing, we can honestly say about twice only far that we had food we weren't to ecstatic about. But once you find your key dishes then you expect them to be served piping hot and the taste consisten.

I ordered the Sinigang no Bangus which is a sweet and sour fish soup with rice. It was soooo good! The portion of fish is decent too

Great food selection at a meek corner in Link Drive's Asian Food Court. There are a lot of viands I could suggest but you will never go wrong with their SISIG and Barbecue. It is just authentic. Best SISIG I've had here in NZ so far and I'm not being biased. Try it. Discover it yourself. You will not regret it.
I was there last week. Bought myself a "Sisig to Share." I was so happy to see that they got rid of the plastic containers for take away orders. This is just fantastic! It's a start. Home Cooked Filipino Cuisine has joined the movement towards an eco-friendly world. I just hope they maintain it. They are setting a good example for the others to follow.

Great meals. Especially the roast p.

Authentic and friendly little Filipino food stall at the food court. Popular with Filipinos with all the hometown favourites. The pork and stuffed squid are must try.

Adobo here is fantastic. Pork melts in your mouth and the broth is key. Highly recommend!

Food is literally awesome.
Even though it's busy, but still the customer service is so good.
Highly recommend.

Good choices for filipino favorites! A place where you could eat meals that reminds you of home and family.

We came back with Joseph and this time the service is good and fast. Beef bulalo and the sisig taste very nice, keep it up:)
N.
Food was great. Although the foodcourt itself needs a bit of clean up. The staff were very friendly and the wait for the food wasn’t very long.
J.
I love Filipino cuisine. I recommend their food to all Filipinos out there.
