c.New concept store in Auckland cbd. You can self service your order at kiosks, take a disk and your order will be brought to your table.
The system worked well and was easy to use, the service was quick and the food fresh and hot.
The store was very clean and staff friendly.
A good experience in a new KFC style... I liked it. I would visit this store again.
K.Staff friendly and helpful despite being short staffed which has been like that for a while. Would be good to see some managers and executive managers from Head Office leave the office to help out during busy lunchtime period while that store or other stores have staff shortages which I assume is because of the implications of COVID.
J.Fast food. Touch screens to order. Never have to take my headphones off. Can be in and out in minutes. Exactly what fast food should be. Food quality is the same as every KFC you've ever been to, but you don't go because you want good food, you go because you want to be in and out quickly. Relatively clean as far as high footfall chains can be. Never had any problems.
E.Excellent gentleness of KFC’s tender chicken made with an option of spicy covering. The Deluxe 3 pieces with, potato gravy, coleslaw, regular drink, chips, are the best individual meal I had here for NZ$13.25. KFC by far the best fast food restaurant ever exist in the whole of Auckland Region, therefore come to the Fort St Branch for an exclusive high class meal to get your time of your life started.
S.This is an unbiased review as I visit this KFC at least once a week. Nicole, one of my favourite ladies at the counter, is absolutely awesome and always has a smile on her face which makes my kfc taste that much better.
