M.Good food here,nice juicy chicken and delicious burgers. Just say No breasts,they're the drier pieces. Fast service and friendly staff, good seating and views from the upper level. Good parking.

J.The place is convenient, has a lot of parking spaces around, and service is a bit fast too.
j.although, it's a long wait but my chicken taste crispy and delicious and the staff was so nice, apologizing for taking too long, as she was alone on the counter as the drive thru is a bit busy. I don't mind waiting a bit longer as long as the staff is nice :)

Was nearly closing time and table wasn't cleaned as they were waiting to do full clean at end of shift (practical) When I asked for someone to wipe it especially for me, they were very accommodating. H.I have visited this location many times as it is close to where I live.
Drive-in only. They consistently deliver good service, good food and the chicken is always crunchy and freshly cooked. The drive-in is small, but the service is fast and friendly. Great KFC.
I like this one and the one in Massey - Westgate the best.
W.The drive through service is really good. The guy called Sean (red hair) is really nice and polite. We are always happy when he takes our order.

A.This is my favourite KFC joint. There's this wicked dude who sometimes works in the drive thru and my goodness his service is undeniably THE BEST OUT. Whenever we go here we hope he serves us because it makes our experience so much more enjoyable and pleasant.

Staff here are really nice and welcoming and good services.
Only point to be considered that this facility of KFC doesn’t have many carpark takeaway is good but not that big as others.

L.Shared a spicy bucket with the team from the office. It was great - fresh and crispy.
F.was Great when I came into order and the staff making the order herd me telling the staff taking orders so my order started getting made when I was still ordering and got it quick and fresh. hot chips, tasty burgers. Great communication and team work always helps. Keep it up = Happy customers :)
b.yesterday 21.10.2020 i went there roughly 11.20 pm and the guy who working at window is very humble and very good customer service given.... i don't know his name but its customer service is very good and before i leave he check all my order and insure its all the things is perfect....

G.Difficult to find entrance. Had to go round twice before we realized that we had to walk through the drive through to get to the entrance would have been helpful if there was signs showing where entrance was for people not from Takapuna.
K.My partner, Andre, ordered a chicken Deluxe meal from the drive thru but they forgot to add the coleslaw and instead of extra seasoning on the chips they didnt put any at all. We called them and spoke to the manager who said next time we come through we will get a replacement for those items. Sure enough, they gave us a complimentary large coleslaw and large fries with EXTRA seasoning! Thank you so much, very happy with the service! You guys are awesome (^_^)
S.Excellent take away food.
T.Every second time I go here my order is wrong. But the staff usually fix it or offer you something free next time. The last order we had wrong we weren't missing anything instead we had an extra quarter piece meal which was a nice bonus we discovered once home. Yey free chicken

J.Usually good. Missed the first window as I did not see person in booth. I was asked to drive around and get in the back of the line. I refused to do this so they served me. The car behind me drove out and went to the back of the line.
T.Ok.Tables could be kept cleaner. Chicken pieces very small, so was still hungry after spending 12 bucks. The Kids meals I ordered actually looked better.
A.Food etc is as you would expect, however the drive through speed is slow. Even in peak times they only use one of the two windows. The one window that you have to use to order, pay and collect your food doesn't have a menu board.
C.Even though it was extremely busy both inside & in the drive through, the staff were very professional & apologised for the delay.
R.Great service with a smile North Shore KFC main freeway on Shakespeare's Road..parking area available while you wait also a drive through all done with a sweet smile 😗😗..Easy to find all family friendly.... Not far from the North Shore Hospital and the Auckland Harbour Bridge. .Take your KFC and go down to the Beach ....just a BEAUTIFUL scenery many places to visit. .look up on your GOOGLE and do take a visit. I recommend you take your sweetheart ,just go for it...😘😘😘.

R.Assuming you like KFC then this branch is a perfectly satisfactory venue for the acquisition and consumption of fried chicken. However, I personally wouldn't recommend KFC for any occasion, but that's just me, and plenty seem to like it.
P.Wicked wings usually good and the drive through is convenient.
D.A few too many times we received fewer items than ordered. Otherwise the chicken wings have always been good here in our experience.
P.Ordered three piece quarter pack got two pieces, with potato n gravy No spoon, other wise it was a good meal.

A.Some of the best cooked chicken from a kfc I've had in a while usually eat once a week at work.
B.Fast and friendly service. Restaurant Brands continue to deliver as expected. I've always been a KFC fan and probably always will be. No issues here whatsoever.

i.Just your normal average dine in. Probably needing a new make over as it feels clostraphobic inside. The building is situated in the corner so entering can get a bit awkward as its near the lights.
