Very good donuts and good customer service! For me, good and nice customer service is the most important. Even their food are the best in the world but with a bad customer service, I will never go back! So this restaurant, I will go back again and also recommend to all my relatives and friends! Good job, guys!

I must say they keep the quality and service top notch.. been there few times and always the service is good.. place is clean and food quality is maintained... Definitely worth visiting for anything they serve.. I can only comment on one thing that the size of their large coffee is not that large...

Krispy Kreme the creme of the creme of donuts they tasted absolutely amazing and when we went to buy them with my mates they gave us some fresh glazed ones still warm and they were the best donuts I've ever had highly recommend if you ever can get fresh glazed donuts, customer service was great and friendly prices are kinda hard to look at but the donuts justify themselves as they're the best for the price. The restaurant itself was very clean and tidy and extremely inviting highly recommend if you're ever looking for a sweet treat late at night as they close at 11pm. PS we came all the way from west Auckland because we were hungry 😂 definitely did not disappoint though.

Really pleased with how my doughnuts looked and tasted amazing 10/10! We came at 10pm and we saw some stray kittens outside your drive through! I think you should really do something about this because they’re a lot of cars around which could cause a kitten to get hit in your drive through which could be very unpleasant for the kittens and the people in the drive through, so please do something about that!! 🍩🐈‍⬛🚗

Many promotions. Friendly staff. Good customer service. Lot of variety of donuts and shakes. Lot of space for dine in. Well maintained space. 🥯 Bagel with cream cheese is the best!! Free donuts are given away on most of the special occasions. The best part is that you can see how donuts are prepared. The machinery is huge and it’s feast for eyes to see it. Good job team! I come from Sydney, were Krispy Kreme donuts are served in servo stations on every corner, so finally having a Krispy Kreme here in Auckland, is fricken amazing. There was no line at all when i went (4pm, Wednesday), but it's definitely easier to wait until all the hype dies down, so i always wait. It's worth the wait. Normal, glazed donuts are better eaten at home after you've warmed them in the microwave for about 5 seconds. The glaze melts off and its bloody good. You can also warm up a few of their other donuts too, and trust me, this makes them taste so much better. I purchased the 12x Mixed Donuts pack ($27) which had one of every flavour. The Oreo one was really sweet, so if you like sweet donuts, its perfect for you. If you're not into sweet donuts, just get the normal glazed ones. Now the shop looks quite cool too, you can see them making the donuts through a glass window, while you sit and enjoy your donuts. They also make great iced-coffees. This place is one you'll either love or hate, but it's 100% worth the try! Thank you Krispy Kreme, for venturing over the Auckland!

They have a hugh selection of doughnuts however their original glazed doughnut is still the best! You can watch the doughnuts being made at the onsite doughnut factory which is pretty cool. Took way more photos than I realized😂 But I see the hype behind Krispy Kreme - they have mass produced donuts in a wide variety, they even have fillings inside, even their shakes can have donuts blended into them, and they also have icecream donut sandwiches. The line was quite long but service is super fast so it moves up real quick. Service for me personally was quite lovely - I waited a while for my drink and they upgraded mine to a large! They also dish out a free glazed donut to everyone in the store as they wait, super cute. The donuts themselves were a bit on the sweet side (and pricier side; assorted for a dozen was about $28 versus Dunkin's ~$20 for a dozen), but they were pretty good.

DONUTS! Who doesn't love donuts!? Love the great range of doughnuts on offer here and some unique flavours. Always taste fresh and look good. Have dined in too and they have a few deserts, coffee and milkshake options which is great! Will say however wait times at the drive though are mental! Even now they've been open for ages. Inside the restaurant is ok. Was clean, but think it could have been a bit cleaner. Overall a great place, but choose your timing to go otherwise you'll be waiting a looong time for sugary treats.

Stopped by after work to pick up a box of doughnuts for the next day. The line wasn't very big but the doughnut machine was still going so you could watch the doughnuts cook as you wait in line. Ordering was very easy, just pick how many doughnuts you wanted and pick the flavours. there was an option of favourite flavours where you can get the staff to pick the flavours. They also had other interesting things like the milkshakes. Service was friendly so it makes you want to go back (aside from the doughnuts).

Finally got to visit the place after all the hyper since the opening. I myself am not a sweet tooth person but the place lives up to all the hype. I'm happy with a plain donut with cinnamon and sugar dusting. Deco is amazing and huge. Looks like out of an American movie on the diner concept. The only down fall I saw was the lack of cleanliness. The tables were not wiped, sits had food droppings. They need to have someone checking on this constantly. A big downfall I see is when places don't keep up to the cleanliness once they open.

Krispy Kreme doughnuts are absolutely delicious and this is totally my new go to doughnut place BUT! Please sort out the drive through. A 45 minute wait in a drive through at 10pm at night is crazy. Easter Monday is a holiday & long 'Q'. There is an express counter which sells donuts in dozens. Wait in line if you desire other combination of donuts. A security control walk in guest. The "Q" was about 20 minutes passing a see through glass an automated frying process with auto glazing (liquid sugar glaze). QC removes smaller & 1sided fried 🍩 as quality control. Neat & clean operation with very friendly smiling, accomodating & patience staff. Cheerful & dynamic drive through staff serving it's customer. It serves its own Krispy coffee. Ample parking around the building.

50 minutes train trip from the city to Manakau (where the branch is) & another 9-10 minute walk to the shop are most definitely WORTH IT. I literally mean it. The best donuts I’ve ever had in New Zealand. As we were waiting in row to pick our donuts, one of the friendly Krispy Kreme staff came out with a trey of fresh, hot donuts and IT WAS SO GOOD I felt the donut melt in my mouth. I’m not even exaggerating. I wish the donuts they pack for you once you pick them are as hot but I mean they’re still very very delicious!!

The staff is always helpful and keep a fairly keen eye on tables to get them cleaned & ready for the next customers. Donuts in the shake are fantastic; it’s how my wife and I celebrate birthdays.

The place is nice and clean . However the donuts are kind of overhyped. Wouldn’t call them the best donuts I’ve ever tried. The coffee was average at best but the coffee service was seriously slow . Took them at least 10 mins to prepare mine even though the place was not that busy. Not a bad experience overall but I wouldn’t recommend driving all the way from the CBD for it.

Love this place! An amazing place to have a relaxing sit down with family and friends while having delicious freshly made donuts and some coffee or shakes. There is an open display where you can see the donuts being made, filled and decorated. The place is clean and tidy place and staff are friendly and very polite. It has a drive thru as well for those lazy like days. Surely recommend this place for those who'd like to satisfy their sweet craving!

Original glazed is best! Went on opening day. Lined up for 2 minutes and the line was too long. We went to eat Texas chicken and then came back and waited only 10-15mins. Got 3 boxes. Glazed is my fav, I ate five of them. The other flavours I could only take a bite and then feed the birds because I have high blood pressure. Can't deny it, the donuts are delicious. Maybe not good for your heart but definitely good for your soul. Yes we had to wait about 45mins to get in but the free hot donut made you forget all about that. Lovely seeing the little factory line inside.

Was super excited to visit and find out Krispy Kreme had finally come to NZ, as we had enjoyed Krispy Kreme in London, Manila and Gold Coast. Great big restaurant, well set out where you can see the doughnuts being made and then head to the massive counter to decide what donuts to pick. Give yourself time...dont rush as there are loads of yummy donuts to pick from. We picked 4 doughnuts and they were all so delicious and fresh and we have to say the chocolate on the top was the best we had anywhere, yummy and chunky and my favorite was the tiramisu doughnuts and the coffee was pretty good. I dont think it matters what doughnuts you pick you will not be disappointed and we cant wait to head back again and try some more.

Krispy Kreme is one of the best donuts I’ve had. The first time I had them was in India, few years back. Absolutely fell in love with their original glazed donut with the very first bite. The texture is so soft and light unlike other donuts that are bready and heavy. I love the tiramisu topping too. I felt the icing were tooo sweet. Couldn’t have more than two. :( I’m pretty sure the previous donuts that I’ve had were very well balanced.

I had been told that Dunkin Donuts was better so had low expectations. The people who told me that were wrong. The donuts were amazing (even a day later which cannot be said for Dunkin donuts). The staff were very friendly and walked around handing out free donuts - just missed out on grabbing one :(. There is a drive through but I went inside. The seating looked good and spacious. There was a long line but it flowed quickly and looking at the factory gave me something to do. I will definitely be back.

I Have been to this Krispy Kreme donut factory shop twice. After going to Krispy Kreme stores in America I would say this is the real thing. I personally think that the overall the donuts are much fresher than Dunkin and the glaze on Krispy Kreme donuts is perfect. The original glazed donut was perfect with it's fresh, soft inside and it's fresh, *Krispy* glaze. I also liked many other donuts they have available, like their Dulce de Leche. In terms of price there not cheap. I think $20 for 12 glazed and $27 for 12 of any is unreseonable. The coffee was fine and went well with the donuts. One thing I wasn't able to get was cold milk which seemed which disappointed me. Thia was something I miss as an American (Dunkin also doesn't serve cold milk), this may seem weird to a lot of people but it matters to me. I also wish the chocolate on their kreme filled donut was chocolate glaze and not just hard chocolate.

Their sweet, flavourful, and delicious topping with the soft, not too doughy, and not too airy dough make the perfect American donut. You have to try them to understand what I mean. Also contrary to many donut shops their "original glazed" is one of their best flavour, which is a testament to how much they have perfected their craft. Glad they are in NZ now.

It’s been a month since they opened but the hype is still quite the same. Had to take the express queue since I couldn’t be bothered to wait in line for an hour. The assorted box came with one type of doughnut each and surprisingly they didn’t taste too sweet. Loved the Kookie and Kreme and the glaced doughnut. They taste fresh and soft. The best doughnuts I’ve ever had! Dolce de Leche and Apple Custard Crumble are delicious! The place was a bit crowded first week, but it’s getting quieter now, so easy to pick something up. There is a drive trough, which is very convenient, and express deal, where you buy prepacked doughnuts, which is awesome, in case u don’t want to sit down and have a coffee in there. Definitely going back for some more of their sugary deliciousness!

Previously had Krispy Kreme in America but had to go to experience the NZ version. Purchased two sliders, two thickshakes and the sampler tray. Thickshakes weren't as thick as I'd expect from a thickshake and very sweet, nothing special...you'd get better from a fish n chip shop especially since it's $7.50 for a large. The sliders were pretty good but messy to eat, reasonable price at $6.00. The sampler includes a dozen glazed and a dozen assorted and value for money compared to single donuts and even the four pack. The above cost $65 and disappointingly they don't accept American Express despite originating from there. Won't be a regular customer but had to get some for the family to try. Enjoyed being able to watch the process of the donuts being made though

However, unlike mosy places that charge the higher end of their niche, i can gladly say krispy kreme donuts are totally worth the extra dollar or two. A colleague told me that #KrispyKreme doughnuts are actually better than Dunkin Donuts’, and I must say, they really are!! That dough.... wow... and their coffee is actually not bad too! A Canadian customer told me they’re just the same as what the US KrispyKreme doughnuts are like, he also said they’re way better than Dunkin, but he preferred Dunkin Donuts’ coffee.

It's a fun place to go if you have never been to a Krispy Kreme before. I love how customers can get their own little hat and watch the staff make to doughnuts from the massive window. Very much American style (as I would expect) and staff seemed helpful and patient too! The food was really good and different from just a regular doughnut from the supermarket. Highly recommend for everybody to try at least once!

My experience (incidentally being my first time at Krispy Kreme) was spectacular. Delicious donuts aside which are to die for, it was the service and atmosphere that really made an impression on me. Being the first outlet in NZ, there has been major hype about this place and our first visit resulted in us bailing after waiting in the drive-through queue for close to an hour. This was a given considering it had just opened so no complaints here. We tried again over a month later and noticed the queues hadn't really improved which was st most a mild annoyance, but we were determined and decided to try dining in which also had queues out the door. We were not disappointed! The first and most notable impression was the fact that the Regional Manager was walking down the queue with a tray of free donuts in his hands offering them to patiently waiting customers. I have never experienced this level of customer service anywhere in NZ and it reminded me of US customer service which really is second to none. Well done for this wonderful first impression! Secondly, noticing we had two young children and a newborn baby, the manager improvised by pulled us aside to expedite our order so that we didn't have to wait in that really long queue which was absolutely amazing. We were eating within minutes (which was great given we had tired kids) surrounded by buzzing customers and overall really enjoyed our visit. Would highly recommend the visit and we will be definitely visiting again ourselves!

Welcome to the Motherland of Dounts. It's majestic and has the same vibe that all American Donut shops have. Parking is spacious, it's located behind the building. The interior of the building is medical white, with lots of seating. Not to mention you can see the automated machines that makes the donuts through a glass window. Staff are fast, and cheerful. I would absolutely recommend, it's a must go place if you love donuts.

We were served at the Manukau Krispy Kreme by a girl named Te Aroha. My husband and I ordered x2 ice cream coffees via drive thru. There was a long line inside waiting for coffees too. As we waited at the window to receive our coffees, we were just blown away at how fast she was making the coffees. She made about 8 or 9 coffees before making ours and we didnt even feel like we waited that long. Not only did she make the coffees super quick, our coffees tasted freaking amazing!! Made sure I got her name at the window to make sure she knows how much we appreciate her work! This girl needs a pay rise :) Thanks Te Aroha for the great coffees. Defs going back!

Express line set up outside for boxes of doughnuts only a great idea. Inside.... Long slow moving queue from the doorway to the counter. Lots of choice on display but went for plain glazed and cinnamon.You can tell that they are freshly made, but glazing seems a bit too sweet and cinnamon taste didn't really stand out. Thick milkshake seemed overpriced for the size and was OK in taste but nothing special. I bought a box of 4 and got charged for a dozen, I did get a refund and all 3 of the staff members who were dealing with the refund were apologetic and dealt with the problem as quickly as possible.

The waiting time (inside) in line is about 10-15 minutes and the service was poor. The service was on point. A very slick operation and loads of seats if you want to dine in. They also serve coffee. $27 for 12 donuts... Not the cheapest but the kids loved them and they lasted for several days.

Krispy Kreme has earned a reputation that spread like wildfire upon first hitting NZ shores - and for good reason. The amazing assortment of donuts and frozen desserts on offer are truly a delight for anyone with a sweet tooth and they even serve real coffee to help equalize the palette after a tasty donut(or 3). On the whole the new store is big with a large glass window that allows the customer to observe the donuts being made. Its quite a spectacle for the first time visitor. Staff are friendly and patient while you pick out your donuts and they are always busy cleaning tables or serving customers. If you haven't partaken in the hype then nows the time as the epic cues have ended. Take the time and get some donuts, you won't regret it - neither will your dentist 😉

This place sells a jam doughnut that tastes as good as my imagination. In fact I liked a few too many of them so had no space for a bagel. Must try one next. Glad my daughter wanted to come here, because FRESH tastes so much better than the ones they ship to us in Whangarei. If I could ask for an improvment, it would be to find a way to ensure the freshness we get out of town, meets that we got in store yesterday for my moko's BirthDayOut.

Don't waste your time on the others. Original glazed is the best. Cinnamon is good too. Haven't tried chocolate glazed, but I'm worried I'll be disappointed. I live in a country with the best dairy, cream, custard and whittakers chocolate, nothing but the best is gonna cut it. I don't like fake tasting chocolate syrupy stuff. Happy with the original glazed, get 'em hot if you can. The bessst. Light, fluffy, sweet and delicious

Music too loud and wrong genre for the place.......Jazz and easy listening will have the place with more people staying in and they don't want that. However when the flame will smooth down they will need more people seating at list for 10 minutes or so to make it a gathering Cafè. I just tried Drive through and with no cars in front of me I waited 25 minutes for a coffee ! Staff were looking at me sitting in a car and after 10 minutes one girl ask me what I was waiting for then reassure me it's on its way. Then other 2 different girls asked me was I was waiting for. The girl who was preparing coffee was extremely slow and even bent herself down to look how to lock the group/handle to attach it to the coffee machine, hilarious! When I was served the coffee was not sugar as I asked at the beginning, then other 3 minutes wait for it, no skills and cheap staff making cheap and disgusting coffee. Totally different from my first time coffee.

I have loved their glazed original donuts for years when working in US so I just had to visit their store in Manukau. Saturday afternòn was packed both the drive through and a 20 long line up inside. I have never seen this in US. What makes this place special is you can see the doughnuts rolling out of the ovens in their dozens. A real feast for the eyes and then the stomach. My glazed doughnut order just melted in my mouth just as I remembered from 4 years earlier in Hawaii and California. The place was packed with Asians a good sign for me as it signals they love the food at any price. Cheers.
