Amazing Italian restaurant in North Shore! Our family went here for the first time today and we had vongolle and gamberoni pasta, funghi and monti pizza. They all tasted fantastic and I highly recommend their monti pizza - the truffle and prosciutto combination is a must! We had to order garlic bread so that we can dip them in the remaining white wine sauce of our pasta.

Awesome Italian restaurant!! Pizza, spaghetti and the cheesecake are must-trys!!! The restaurant is very loud in a good way. Definitely make a reservation before you go. Parking space is usually full. Ye, that popular. Really like the manager and staffs there. Great place!

One of the best authentic Italian meals I’ve had in ages. Lovely calm restaurant, not noisy so very relaxing. The staff were very attentive and the food so delicious. The wine menu is well stocked with good wineries and reasonably priced. The wood fired pizza is fantastic and seafood fresh and tasty. Sadly we were so full after dinner we had no space left for dessert, so maybe we need to start with Tiramisu next time.

You do require a booking to be sure of a table and that is fair. The service and atmosphere are very good and the food is excellent. Starter and mains are great and the dessert might seem expensive but is a serious amount of high quality sugar treat and so actually good value. Good range of drinks at normal restaurant prices. Good number of car parks attached to the restaurant.

Great place! Food is well there's so many ways to describe it so ill keep it short damm good👍! INCREDIBLE, the pizza is amazing. They have only gotten one of my orders wrong once in the many times I've been. This ingredient wasn't actually on the menu but it's ok because everything else has been amazing. Such kind staff and very cozy inside. It's in a very good spot with a great sea view, I definitely recommend:)

The service was great, the wait staff were very attentive and they had a great selection of local and Italian wines. My husband and I absolutely adore La Spiaggia! We have been coming since it opened; I’ve been meaning to write a review for ages but every time we go I’m so excited for my food to arrive that I forget to take a photo - will have to remember next time! Maria, Stef and the team always give us a warm, friendly welcome and are great at giving us enough time to read through the menu (even though we usually order our favourites). The gnocchi and ravioli are my go-to dishes, but the pizzas are always fabulous too. The wine list is great, featuring a delicious range of Italian reds, there is also Peroni on tap. The desserts are divine, hard to say which is my favourite (and I’ve tried them all!). The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, I especially enjoy the murals and the recent addition of the Venice posters. La Spiaggia is definitely worth checking out, but be sure to book as it’s usually packed!

Food is great and service is very friendly and accomodating! A bit disappointed the four cheese gnocchi meal has changed - that was my absolute favourite dish! Overall would highly recommend. :)

I was there for dinner and had the gamberoni pasta and the La Spiaggia chocolate cake. Service was great, the ladies there were very friendly and wonderful. Food was amazing! The portions are massive so I was so full afterwards but totally worth it. That pasta with giant prawns was so yummy. If you go there I recommend you go early, around 6pm and book in advance as they are very popular. I could also see a lovely beach sunset from the restaurant so that was a bonus.

The new menu item, the slow roast lamb, is a fantastic addition that I couldn't get enough of. The meat is so tender and succulent that it melts in your mouth. I strongly recommend it in case you wanted to try something familiar and homely.

Me and my parents are in love with the food! I personally always order the spaghetti bolognese which is absolutely always delicious. One has to be very lucky to have such a good restaurant in the neighbourhood. Excellent food, pleasant atmosphere, and very good service. Me and my family, we all go there for any occasion we have to celebrate, sometimes we visit spontaneously or just order wood-oven baked pizza for home.. Maria is very friendly and makes you feel always welcome! It is like you went to visit some old friends. From the menu, I love their entrees, the pork and cauliflower puree while my kids are crazy about the pasta bolognese. Fresh and tasty food, and wide selection of wines. But please don’t leave without trying their famous Nutella cheese cake, you won’t regret! 👍

La Spiagigia has a beautiful atmosphere with great food, (Italian) wine and friendly service.. As soon as we entered we were welcomed by Maria. My partner ordered the Tagitella Marinara which was richly filled with seafood. I had the Monti wood fired Pizza, which has a truffle base instead of tomato. It was to die for. So nice. We had the food accompanied with a beautiful red Montepulciano wine. As dessert went for the authentic Tiramisu and Creme Brulee. If you love Italian food, this is the place to go too. We'll definitely come back if we're in the neighborhood. Thanks for a night we'll worth it.

Simply wow. So far this is the best place to get good, authentic pasta in Auckland. The drink selection, the fresh pasta, the service and the desserts. First time I've been and definitley not the last time. I've been lucky enough to have tried pasta all over NZ and in Italy and i can't put how good the meal was in words. Already trying to find a day to get back. Will probably order a pasta and pizza dish next time round.

This is a great place to eat. Firstly the view out the windows is fantastic. The service was excellent. In fact I usually order a beer and get frustrated that I have finished my beer before meal arrives. At La Spiaggia I got my entree and main before I'd finished my beer. I ordered Calamari for my entree. Best Calamari ever. Easy to read menu to. You don't have to understand Italian to read it. For main I had Roast Pork Belly. Again best ever. Crackling cooked to perfection. Would have liked a few more veggies but totally satisfied. Finally, the dessert. I had the Cream Brullee which was fantastic but not normally on the menu. Waitress told me desserts were made by Maria the restaurant owner. She was also one of the other waitresses. Not often you see owner serving the customers. Hence the excellent service. Prices were high but not exorbitant. To be expected for such good quality. Will definitely be returning.

This is a the Lambhorghini of Italian food in New Zealand. I have to say this is the best meal I have had this year. I got the 500g Rib Eye medium rare. My wife loved her meal too. The owners are very passionate and really care about the experience. Also probably the cleanest bathrooms on the shore!

We love eating out but this is our favourite place. Most wonderful staff always friendly. You can see how proud the owner is about her place. Whenever my daughter comes home from Uni in Wton the first thing she wants to do is to go and eat here. Delicious food at very reasonable prices. Starter pork belly the best! Every menu item is delicious from the steaks , authentic pasta ,tender scallopine , perfectly cooked fish to the brilliant pizzas. Secondi/mains include a generous serving of delicious seasonal vegetables . For those with a larger group the private room taking up to twelve is a great option. This worked brilliantly for my wifes birthday celebrations. We live in Murrays Bay . La Spiaggia is our local . We are so lucky !!!
