Decent waiting times, good quality food and the inside is generally tidy, has free refills and the toilets arent bad either. Good customer service at the counter but the drive thru operator could do with more enthusiasm. Great job!

Back when I was a teenager regional manager assistant helping organise the company well meeting the American's bosses the lovely gentle man and the lovely lady we would train staff every week. Fun times 🤣 I can give you a detailed all about cleaning........

Girl taking orders at drive through was great girl who gsve order never spoke judt opened window put drinks out opened window again put food bags out and shut wndow again, held up car behind me because I didn't know if that was the whole order till Iooked through the bags, she never said one word. Not good.

Convenient and fast service. Food quality is always under control and the McFluffy was served right. But the taste of coffee was a little bit off however within tolerance. Good choice if you don't know what to eat while catching a flight.

Service from staff was very poor, stood around talking snd on there phones but not interested in serving customers, this was not the first time i experienced this, sorry McDonlds, your service skills have deteriorated dropped more from my last experience

Staff are friendly, and the food is hot. There is the occasional small error but they’re always willing to sort it out. The coffee is definitely enjoyable and stays hot due to the switch to takeaway cups since Covid-19. Drive thru has been top notch every time.

Usually ok. But had my order on two occasions missing items. Have had UpTo a 10 min wait for food. McDonald's help your self kiosk is rather slow and doesn't appear the screens are santised too often.

The food was hot and fresh, and it filled an empty space. Unlike the majority of eateries at the domestic terminal, it was neither expensive nor over the top.

McDonald is always best place for quite bite or fast food. This is one of the most buzzing place at the airport for food. Good options to choose from.

Quiet time of day 0530, literally hopped off the plane and cruised in for quick catch up with a friend before work. Staff were cheerful, pleasant and unobtrusive. The barista made our orders of hot chocolate & mocha latte extra hot to perfection. No thick syrupy residue in the bottom of the cup. Lots of spaces to zone out with privacy to catch up on eMail, read kindle, chat, eat or watch the world go by. Has nice atmosphere. Just need to pay attention to little things like litter on the floor and wiping table tops.

My family and I are McDonalds fans, and we love us some good fast food. However, clean up service needs a bit of a touch up, had to clean up our own tables before eating (didn't mind it though) and nothing beats drinks on refill lol 😊👍

A bit kaotic,,, as there are 3 shopfronts that you should be aware of for ordering via the app, and you are directed to the one inside - through customs into the departure shops zone. Hugh queues to order at self help screens & at the pick up counter :_(
