It's was good place to stop by on lake road when going out for Devonport, this was a quick meal drive through stop for me on my way out of Devonport. Good meals and timely delivery.

One Job honestly! How do you undercook a Apple Pie - twice? Appreciate you all probley try your best but all too often certain small food items are not cooked or cold. Please sort this out because it's not pleasant.

Excellent team - Manager was out in the store helping customers and in general best McDonald's experience in a long time. The manager made me feel like a valued customer.

The fries were perfect not to much salt, fresh and krispy, my burgers werent slapped together like majority of macdonalds but put together and not dumped with alot of sauce. Congradulations belmont staff you ACED that plus excellent service.

If you’re like me, you’ll want a burger that is going to satisfy your hunger. The whopper junior from Burger King has the same great taste as the regular whopper, but is made for someone just my size. So if you’re looking for great taste with lots of fun, try the whopper junior kids meal today. Only at Burger King!

Regulation McDonald's store with all the menu items available. The staff are very nice and helpful. The children's play area is large enough and well maintained. Driveway facility is available here. Ample parking is available too, in spite of the premium location. Well recommended.

Can be up and down , not consistent . Last time I went the two kiwi burgers I bought were terrible and one was missing an egg . They need to improve quality control

The young boy on drive through, 21st July evening was really nice and offered a superior service. Also had a larger ice cream cone than any other Mc. Recommend

Long wait queue tonight. A number of cars drove off without ordering. Once our order was taken we we're very quickly given our meals which was great. While I ordered a McChicken, I was given a chicken mccheese. One thing that was missed which would have been great was; a polite apology for the wait time. Chips were much better than I am used to from McDonald's drive through.

The young guy working on the drive thru on Monday I have to say gave the best service I have had from any fast food drive thru I've ever been to. Was great to have someone you could understand and was very polite and friendly.

This McDonald's is reasonably well run, and the service good, but it does have one major problem - the smell. I don't know what it is, but something makes this McDonald's smell absolutely disgusting, even from the entrance you can smell it. It's been like this for a long time, which is concerning. I walk past this Macca's a lot, and I usually have to literally plug my nose before walking past. Other than that, it's just a regular McDonald's, but the smell is definitely something that should be fixed.

This fast food outlet is situated on the corner of one of the busiest roads in Takapuna. It is smaller than most and even has a playground area. The parking can be difficult to get to as is the drive thru. They do have a cafe inside which make good coffee. The food here is what you would expect from any McDonalds.

Not the largest place but ok to seat 7 or 8 at one table. The type with fixed stools. The coffee was standard Mc Cafe coffee. One hot chocolate was forgotten but easily sorted.

An O.K. experience, a typical McDonald's. The thing I would love to get rid of is the loud TV with noisy ads and dialogue that interfere with people trying to have a conversation. No one in the restaurant was watching it but it kept blaring out incessantly and irritatingly.

Food is okay, service is great. It’s a McDonald’s and it’s what you would expect. However the McCafe is mediocre, overpriced and inconsistent. The parking is really poorly planned and you have to wade through the drive through line to leave the back part of the car park.

There's a lot of 1 star reviews for this place But i have found its usually pretty good. Only time it's bad is late at night as they will just refuse to make certain foods and they seem to do whatever they want but during the day it's fine.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to the lady duty manager and her team at Whangaparaoa, During the thunder storm and power outage this morning the professionalism was outstanding, at a stressful time it was awesome to see this lady and her team remain calm, and get things done whilst reassuring customers, organising staff and helping people outside to escape the terrible weather outside . The lady involved deserves to be recognized, her example to everyone was refreshing and inspiring , Well done, I hope the owners at Whangaparaoa realise what a Superstar they have 😁😁😁😁😁😁

Frequently get the order wrong, cheese burgers are either missing pickles or squashed! Understand it’s fast food however consistently average service.
