I came in for a thick shake. The Female staff member that served me was very professional and helpful. The thick shake was cold and chocolatey. Very tasty. $5.50 , Which I thought was quite expensive ,but I never go to McDonald's , It was the first time in years.

The food was fine, we had to change one of the order's as it was wrong, The most annoying thing was the really loud music filtering through... The restaurant was very empty and we politely asked if they would turn it down..they did. Not... So much for customer service...

Hard working team here, Come for brekkie in the morning just before work. Great service and great staff. The one guy there is really good at what he does he used to work in the cbd and seems to be going up through the ranks at the team hope he stays there because he keeps the service fast and obviously looks after everyone which i think is great! :) Keep up the good work!

Good hygiene post level 3 lockdown. Just in general please make the playground better for younger kids. The access is so bad I have to lift my 2yo up into it every time he wants to go down the slide. The playground is too small for older kids so cater it better for younger kids..

A great place I stop into in between sessions to do some admin work. A clean and tidy space with fantastic staff. It is a busy little place as people come and go about their business. They have some great areas within the restaurant for you to plug into which is a bonus and often there are others using the facility as well for work so is not a new thing for them.

one of the best I have been to. ordering was a bit slow, I ordered cheese burgers without pickles for my kid, it was the only store actually put a sticker on the wrapper to distinguish the burgers from the others, it displayed the details what was removed. Nice burgers, hot and fresh, fries, correctly salted and baged. air con was right temp, comfy as, I didnt want to leave. Well done.

Unfortunately Wairau rd McDs didn't have a playground so asked if they could Re-direct us to the nearest McDs other than them, that had a playground onsite for our little peeps. Arriving at Constellation drive McDs, we found the staff friendly, helpful,service was great, fast & efficient & the place itself very clean. No disgruntled customers in sight. Keep up the great teamwork guys.

Iv never received a wrong order from these guys except for my last visit, food is always fresh and hot which is good when it comes to the fries!. My Last visit I had asked for caramelized onion, but they gave me hot sauce or something instead, I didn't make a fuss as I had just left the Albany McDonald's unhappily (they told me drive through was closed and that I had to come inside, which I did... holding my baby in his capsule standing at the counter for 5 mins no one even looked at me to serve me. So I walked out and went to the constellation McDonald's which I've always had a good experience with.

It's an average fast food place. The service at this particular one is always swift and friendly, and the food always seems at least mostly fresh. It is however still fast food so don't expect anything particularly excellent.

It was difficult to find a tidy place to sit down with my family. Whilst waiting for our food there were several customers who were not served whilst waiting at the cafe counter. Two customers had to call for service from the main counter. The back of the cafe counter had four trays of empty plates and cups sitting on the bench. The general appearance of the restaurant was untidy. We were there in the late afternoon and it looked like the cleaning routine had stopped. The food was standard McDonald's and tastes fine. The staff were friendly and spoke in depth about the McDonald's statistics displayed on the LCD screen sitting above the deep fat fryer. The remedy to fix the untidy appearance is more direction from management to clean up.

Good local restaurant. Playground for the little ones. Was very busy around 11.30am. Electronic ordering machines werent accepting payments at the time of the visit. This location isnt as good as Greenlane store, which can be expected.

Prompt delivery of food while sitting in the childrens play area. However playground is not suitable for kids who are young or small as they can't get up into the playground without assistance from an adult. They need another access point like stairs or ladder so they have something to climb.

4 Stars for McDs being McDs and delivering what you expect at a reasonable price. I had table service. Love this! Usual complaint about the air con being set to far too cold in order to discourage people from starting too long. It's the main thing that sees me choose a different restaurant if I haven't brought a sweater or jacket. I also used the Vector electric car fast charger located in the parking area.

Hit and miss. Sometimes 5stars, sometimes 2stars. They usually get your order right, but this one time I ate a burger with a small stinkbug in it - it made me vomit for about 5hours, felt awful. Macas gave me a coupon for about $40 in compensation though, which probably wasn't worth it - but oh well. They were supposed to review their lettuce collection process, as the burger I had (the one with the stinkbug) had a massive core/heart in it. All depends on the staff, but these guys tend to be better than other stores. They get a 4 because they try.

Won't even bother writing too much - overcrowded, half hour waits (at least) angry customers everywhere, stench of body odour, slippery floor, kids screaming all over the place, and just a hard core rat race. Best you go to Glenfield or Albany, holy crap what a nightmare. Food, was okay though, depending on your interpretation of junk food.

We visited at about 6am on our way down south....our preschool was tired and grumpy but the awesome manager was super kind to him. We really appreciated this human kindness. He gave him a small book that was treasured. Cheers!
