Love this maccas! Its 24/7! And not too far from work. I can have breakfast, when im on the morning shift and something to eat when im knocking off late at night. Its great! One thing id like to mention... sometimes the staff can be rather rude! A simple hello and thank you would be nice... a smile would be excellent!

Although drive- thru not particularly busy, had a 5 minute wait for our Share Meal but it was still hot and tasty when we got home 😋

Nice McDonald place open 24/7... good burgers and everything was nice... I am posting my experience though because this time of the year we are fasting so we ordered a mcFish burger... we couldn’t have meat so we gave a try to that... it was nice... tasty and fresh... so this place became my favorite pick when I want fast food... great service also...

Been here a few times, foods what you expect from maccas. Always ask for fries without salt, guaranteed hot fries everytime. Drive thru is getting better customer service now.

Ordered a McDonald’s burger combo and it was great. They asked what I wanted and I said what I wanted, no questions asked. They respected my decision and my values. I will order from here again and take home to eat.

Drive thru night/early morning crew is always 💯👍 (most nights) serving up freshly made to order Burgers (Filet ofish) w/Strawberry Shake......some nights you may have to pull over and wait for your order to be delivered to your car other nights it straight out the pick up window and straight out to find a carpark rd side (which i must say can also be entertaining)....

One of the smaller McDonald's in Auckland. It has a drive-thru and limited parking. During peak times you can expect long delays as there is not much space to que. You can order inside, sitting area is very limited so I suggest you go through the Drive-thru.

Been here a few times over the years. Today had to be the worst. Impatient staff at the Drive Thru. Had to wait at the Drive Thru bay for food order and after waiting for 20 minutes got told we hadn't ordered certain food items 🤦🏽‍♂️ it is McDonald's after all. Can't expect too much!

This McDonald has been pretty good to me, for over priced fast food. When it's open it is open 24/7.however it Was closed for covid lockdown which sucked. But has since reopened. You can get a kiwi burger which has an egg on it. Kinda cool if your visiting new Zealand to see what different menus options are available. It also has the usual favorites. The location means all sorts of people end up there at odd hours. Scetchy people, to workers to young couples and students. It is a place. That has food. In the middle of the night. So....yea.

Workers had great customer service. Although it was a bit too busy and I think they needed more workers as it was only one man taking and delivering orders. Very very small space , needs a bit more cleaning as it is so small and other tables have rubbish on them. Great place to go to if you want to eat at a place full of windows

Ok service. If you are asked to move on to the waiting area from Drive through. It can be quite hard to get around if there is a car already waiting. No much spce to move around in you car.

always a love hate relationship with McDonalds. When they make me fresh hot fries I love them and wish I ordered an extra fries, but on the days I order extra fries taking the chance they will be good, they end up being soggy and well.... then I hate mc Donald's. Regardless of how bad it is or how good it is, it just deserves 5 stars because .... its McDonalds......

10pm. Drive thru looked heavy. parked because I saw a spot. The main counters were a blur of brown bags and order completion. I decided to use screen to self order. It worked well. I had to wait five minutes. I became concerned so I stood with my receipt and number clearly visible near the counter. The customer facing screen was off or broken, so I tried to and failed to find my order on the staff screens Main counter dude saw my number and said something like " your orders next" . This news made me happy. Within two minutes I had my order, and left the shop without uttering a word. Pretty good, because I'm sometimes a grumpy old man in these situations. 4/5- one point deducted for having no customer facing screen working.

Always good service, and accurate orders here. Twice I've been late at night and times they were inexplicably busy though. I waited about 1hour for 8 cars to clear, pretty stressful after that.

Fairly quiet for a McDonald's that opens late in the weekend. Not so many drunks. That's always a plus in my book. Also close to the Lamborghini dealer. Nothing like getting McDonald's and staring at luxury cars you will never afford

Waited a while to get order taken at the drive-thru and was pretty sure a couple of cars in the other lane got skipped ahead but the food was fresh as and quick to come once paid for.

Food was good and prompt, unfortunately eftpos machine was playing up and made for Slight delays in paying. However staff were accommodating and handled situation well. Will return for cheeseburgers

Very well placed bathroom on the way home and felt welcome by the busy staff that were busy and didn't see me. Tidy at peak hour. I try not to eat the food tho because it may not be the best for you , although the new burgers cause far less irritation on my gastrointestinal tract. Big M. Golden arches.

This place has the best team of staff in the country by far.everyone has there own role and works as a team and follows the managers instructions under extreme pressure. I was so amused and proud. I saw about 20 bags of mc donalds lined up on the counter, one employee response to his manager "i bet you we can get rid of all these" the manager replies back "oh easy mate!" A+++ to the team and management!

Came here a few weeks back after work with a very excited bunch of work mates and Bella handled us amazingly. She was so funny and happy to serve us even though it was most likely 1-3am at night (can’t quite remember) her great banter made our night and we’ll defiantly be back for another late night maccas run soon.

I usually walk with my son to get a family pack once a month from this McD outlet. Seems to be a very well-run operation. Queues inside are governed by how many drive-in and take-away delivery orders are having to be served at any given time. They have their peaks and troughs.

This McDonald's is far better than any of the North Shore branches. The staff are way friendlier than the Akoranga Drive, Wairau Road and especially the Constellation Drive branches. The food is terrible at all 3 of these locations and the service is so bad that I have stopped going to those locations. Word of mouth is a powerful tool. McDonald's may be making plenty but they could be making more.

Duration :Time 2pm to 8pm 1.Excellent service to the customers, front line staff always maintain a good customer oriented style. 2.dispatching UBER EATS pack's found excellent , coordinating the kitchen and front desk staff is commendable. UBER EATS Demand is well taken up and balancing between 24/7 drive line and UBER eats supply is well coordinated . 3. Contribution from Supervisory staff has been excellent , team work is commendable . 4. Work place is neat and tidy . 5. Overall management and customer satisfaction can be rated as very good. The above observations and comments coming from a happy customer of Mc donalds - grey lynn . Well done and keep it up.

Am an early riser, get there early, staff often clowning around. Having said that they are always polite with minimal waiting. Dress it up a bit and the experience would be great.

We stayed in one of the apartment on Great North Road that we have booked via Airbnb and Mcdonald's is the nearest to us. We usually plan to have breakfast elsewhere(to try out NZ's Local Cuisine) but failed due to our baby's unpredictable schedule. We then have to rush to have something to eat and hence we made a quick stop at Mcdonald's most of the time before going off somewhere else. Food here is great as usual(though not as good as Mcdonald's Singapore). Wait time could be a little long but it is all worth it in the end.
