Always quick and efficient here. Drivethru was a little slow but considering it was during lockdown and Ive seen some crazy queues it went well. Food was of a consistent McD's standard. Post Lockdown good fast service and well cooked food.

Fast,efficient and very professional. Beautiful meal,loved at how quickly the line was moving. Friendly staff. Was impressed with the way they handle the cash customers. Definitely be going there again.

I thought McDonald's were all the same stores, but here McDonald's was really spacious, comfortable, clean, and had plenty of room to sit down. All the employees were kind to be busy working. Good

I think this Mc Donald is best among all. It is having different places for family, private sitting for groups and children rides to play. Deserts and juice bottles are also served in different section. It is a busy place but they have maintained it very properly. It also has charging plugs with every table so it's also convenient for everyone to charge there phones.

Our go to place if we do a late night visit to the hospital. Staff is friendly and supportive. They are open 24/7 and conveniently located

Though sometimes the queue is a bit long, food is served a bit faster making the flow move faster too.

Most preferred maccas in auckland always hot and fresh lovely customer service & fast paced even when busy 😊

It is the largest one that I have seen in Auckland. Rather quiet when we visited so it was calm and cozy!

The guy who made my trim, decaf moccacino made my day!!! Very polite. I wish I took a sip and thanked you.

Always pretty quick at getting my order out but today I was not happy with the amount of cheese in my burger

Chips were cold but burger was mean. Not half bad.

Today the staff were friendly and the service was fast although we only had coffee, cleaner than usual, however the playground is very subpar

The cheeseburgers were nice and fresh, but the first 5 tables near the counter all needed wiping down, as they were dirty, just before 7 a.m. when the restaurant was still quiet. The floor was free of debris, but dirty, and needed a mop with some good disinfectant. There was no QR code, for contact tracing, to be found anywhere inside the store, and the staff could not find one either when I asked. I had to walk back outside to the one and only QR code posted on outside window.

Covid practices are great well done!

When I walked in I was immediately greeted by a lovely lady who guided me through the process of using the electronic ordering bored she was extremely helpful, The only thing I would suggest is that the store managers put up a electronic numbering system on the wall so did you actually know when your order is ready without having to stand close and listen for someone yelling it out but as I say the lady acting as a hostess/guide was excellent and needs promoting

The playground is great for kids to have a run around in and I like how their is some tables and seating in there so you can actively supervise your kids but the restaurant, play area and toilets could've been a bit cleaner. We went for the kids but as a vegan, there isn't much there that I can eat so it would be good to see maccas bring over the vegan burger that is available overseas.

I was going to give it a 1-star after my horrible experience in the drive-thru, however, thanks to the kindness of the manager I dealt with, I changed it to a 5-star. My son with special needs has his burger a certain way, and I was denied it in the drive-thru, after waiting in the longest queue. I even asked the guy on the speaker to check with his manager, and then he said no they can't do it. I ended up not ordering because there was no point, my son won't eat it any other way due to his sensory needs, but I still had to wait in line until I got to the end. I could have let it go, but something inside me just couldn't settle for that and decided to park up and speak to the manager myself. I wanted to advocate for others who have similar needs as my son's. To my surprise, the manager was very understanding and told me that they would always do it for us moving forward, and just to ask for the manager if I ever have any trouble again. He said he would let the staff know. This truly made my day and I have restored my faith in humanity once more. A little bit of atawhai is all we need.

Very busy at 10pm on a Saturday night. But the wait was worth the wait.

We enjoy going there for a quick mocha before starting work, staff are very helpful and friendly particularly helping a couple of old school customers how to use the app to order our food and drinks. Now we're experts thanks to their patients!

Better than some. But its always pretty packed

Very happy with this Mcdonalds. My son had just had surgery and we stopped in here, he drank a little followed by vomitting all over the floor. The staff were exceptional in not only immediately tending and cleaning the mess but also were very compassionate and understanding. Big ups to your wonderful staff (especially the elder lady), also the facilities including the playground and eating area were clean and suberb. Thank you

Sometimes (like today), the computer is down (particularly in the cafe) and therefore the order was completed incorrectly. The young woman serving was apologetic about this and explained the situation while she remade my order. Thumbs up to her for her excellent service but disappointed at this Macca's branch for having these kinds of issues. The branch isn't as user friendly as it used to be before the makeover in my humble opinion - even with the new digital ordering machines.

Ordered drink with no ice? Burger with extra egg $1:50 and asked if straws were in the bag.. got none of what was asked for.. disappointing as were were on the motorway when discovered

Not so good 😕 this time, in the drive-thru. Rush hour before breakfast cut-off @ 10:30 am. 2x queues, I'm 2nd in mine, truck behind me is 3rd in other queue. He, and about 3/4 others move on, before the person in front of me finally sorts his/her order, damn😴 Anyhow, managed to order my massive mcmuffin combo's, which by the way, you cannot order after 10:30 am. Luckily, I checked my order immediately, I was a bacon and egg mcmuffin short

Generally, i haven't had any major issues at this particular branch. However this was my first visit since lockdown. I noticed that the big monitor that is used to display customer orders was missing from its usual place on the wall, making it very difficult to get notified when your order is ready. I can imagine how inconvenient it would be for customers who are visually and hearing impaired.

Service was fast, food tasted good, presentation was alot better then most. Well done

Very impress a young guy show us to order by the machine checked on us if we ok. He makes sure we satisfied. I'm in a group of Niue Mamanu Health had a meeting in one of the room. Very clean friendly atmosphere. Good food good service. Keep up with a good job man. We hired the place to get together once a month.

standard McDonald's quality, too long diving queue

Wasn't very impressed by the black decor and as they are now charging $2 for gold coffee and i don't think their burgers are as nice or as cheap as Burger King and the decor at Burger King is more cheerful.

There seem to be a worker that float and help customers most times of service, I've only seen 2, one is a lovely man who seems nice, lovely, helpful, and genuinely happy the other comes off over eager to please which I found kind of annoying, food was pretty good so I quickly forgot about that worker. The other man's positivity is honestly a boost to my day, makes me feel genuinely happy when interacting with him

Food is the usual (if it was bad I wouldn't return) but I submitted a query on the main website asking why in this day & age takeout cups were being used for dine-in coffees when I used to get it in a ceramic cup. I have yet to receive a response, even though they said it would be 5 to 7 working days and it's been longer than that

Cleanest food from McDonalds in the Te Atatu Henderson area

This place has been really bad for a very long time. I even stopped going there. But I happy to say since the last upgrade, they have improved 100% run like a good Mc Donald now.

Love their sausage and egg muffins. Busy drive through. Bit of a pain if someone's ordered coffee. There is not enough room to pass them through the drive through when they've pulled over to the coffee window.

One of the handful of times where you get a good service from a fast food joint. David was very courteous while taking the order at the drive through point, which is great, rather than what I have mostly experienced having someone rude or grumpy at the other end of the telecom. I really love the coffees here as well. Great job! Keep it going!

Usually wouldn't rate this maccas, specially late at night on a weekend. This place redeemed it self though with it's friendly staff and got our order correct at the drive through. Exactly the service you would hope for at this time. Hopefully has changed it's ways and we get the same service going forward.

Lincoln Road on Waitangi Day was diabolical. Queues werent so bad waiting to order, it was the Queues waiting for food which took 45-60mins to leave the kitchen. I asked a staffer why and it was because staff rung in sick. Everyone waiting though were extremely patient, no yelling and screaming even my Sister-in-law who had to ask where her order was after 60mins. They'd cleared it off their screens - doh!!! Cafe staff were excellent as usual & the gurl on at the time i went made an awesome mochacino and her demeanor was courteous and lovely consideringvtje pressure they were under. Btw, i never give a 5star rating as there's always room for improvement.

Overly busy and for this reason, I'm assuming, the quality of the food is lacking when comparing with other franchises. The coffee especially is always so weak. Instant coffee from the supermarket is better quality.

Had my son birthday at MacDonalds and it was great value. The party planner had no real idea what was going on but she did her best and we still enjoyed the day. The cake that we ordered was amazing & delicious

Best service I've had from this particular McD's in a long time...but you order at a screen and really my rating is based on the fact that the food came relatively quickly. That could be due to the fact it was the middle of a weekday sod they weren't backed up with 100s of Uber orders like they usually are!

Every time I come here at night, it takes them absolute ages to get orders out. I've seen much much busier McDonald's finish orders much faster. Maybe they are understaffed, but i shouldn't have to wait over half an hour for my order

Clean facilities with food that served with a bit of pride. While the service is generally friendly & prompt this would have been a 4 star review if it wasn't for the slow turn-around offered by the night team (also lacking enthusiasm.) Great Barista team!

Large & updated space. Good family bathroom. Service was so so. Typical stuff, machines not working, food took a bit long, play area needed to be cleaned. Awesome play equipment.

I just went through the drive thru and I didn't get my 6pack of nuggets with our $30 share box. We had a huge order. The sharebox, 2 almighty Texas combos lrg, 2 20 pack of nuggets and a hamburger happy meal. The service was very good except the missed item. The order was placed in numerous bags not the box and we did not realise the missing nuggets until we served up the meals. I have tried ringing 6 times but my call keeps getting disconnected. All I want is my nuggets but I don't want to go out again today. Can I get a voucher?

Very nice place, has all the facilities required. Staff are nice enough and served me well. I especially enjoyed the flirty female working when i came in. I enjoyed the place thoroughly and the services provided. Im unsure however weather i would come here i was suffering from any variation of hepatitis the vibe of the place also felt specially threatening to hepatitis A. Im unsure weather they would allow you to bring in an animal however big it may be. I would like to emphasize that i strongly feel hep A is not welcomed here.

Place has improved dramatically since they started clamping down on the beggers, food can sometimes be slightly disappointing quality wise but not often,they need better staffing and need to be on top of their training, tone and the way order taker talks needs improvement.

Had breakfast at Lincoln Road.The young lady was polite genuine and placed the order in the register to go through with no fuss or confusion of eye rolling up and down after 3 times of us changing our minds she was attentive and pleasing to our mistakes, changes, and smiled with appreciation to serve us. ( that's going the extra mile when a customer changes there mind or debates what they should eat or not then says repeat the order or can I not have this and add that the young lady was professional and courteous the whole time WOW) That's customer service. We were told thankyou here's your order # take a sit. By the time we sat down less than 5 minutes our order came all correct and as the girl turn to go back our mccafe hot chocolate and coffee came with a smile brillant just made our day. Well done Lincoln Rd. Service sparkling, ambience cool, atmosphere with back ground music low not blasting was great to hear each others conversation, some outlets have it too high up and you can't here each other but this was just right. The staff all look clean and smartly dress and interacting with each other laughing and enjoying what they were doing. One exception the young girl in lobby look like she did not want to be in lobby holding her white cloth as if holding a rag doll swaying it side to side. The young gentleman sweeping the floors at the same time being mindful of customers eating. The experience was just a touch of class. Outside parking available not too busy and surrounding area all the comforts of clean and tidy appearance. Have not been to McDonald's that upheld there standards in a while as shown today. A very nicely decorated McDonald's branch - spacious, clean, and orderly. That said, the baristas did appear more than a little flustered. This place would be great for anyone wanting to bring a laptop - power ports and USB ports abound. Service is great as well - a server helped me take my tray when I was trying to figure out where the bins are.

McDonald's reliance on new technology to improve service delivery has almost had the opposite effect as whenever there is a problem with an order it seems they are unable to display even basic problem solving skills. There just doesn't seem to be the amazing customer service that McDonald's used to be known for, they are so focused on pumping out the orders the human element has been forgotten.

This is a very busy restaurants they do the best they can to cope under the stress. But they sometimes forget a item or something like that. So just check your order before leaving. Otherwise they have a really cool playground plenty of tables. Drive through.

Recently renovated. Drive through is confusing. Playground is awesome. Kids love it. But could do with regular cleaning. Lots of mess in the playground area. Rubbish bin is over flowing. Staff forgot my drinks. Gets things muddled up quite a lot. Especially drive through. They gt my order wrong every time. Ask for no ice. Please don't add ice. Cups are usually wet and sticky from the overflow of fizzy. Fries look they were recooked or oil hasnt been changed in weeks. Sometimes the burgers look like they are just thrown into the box. Had cheese melted outside of the burger. Filet of fish pattie eas outside of the bun. How? It wouldnt slip unless they threw the burger. Its beyond me. 3 stars for the friendly staff. Compared to kelston the workers here are miles ahead in customer service.

Yea we popped into Maccas after watching lion King..placed our order on those self service things which was cool it was my first time...didnt have to wait that long so yea overall my son was happy he got his food

On a busy day like today they have customers coming and going all the time, service abit slow. But you get your meal in due time. So I gave them a 4. Service with a smile.

It was around 5:30 in the morning and I drove through, with my grandson, to get some breakfast after a long night (9:30pm - 4:30am) at the hospital in West Auckland. It's times like this that you appreciate generic layouts, menus, procedures and prices. It was easy, it just flowed lol.

Staff is always friendly, although usually very busy McD they still do their best in doing the table service or getting you that coffee hot!

Staff always happy, any issues resolved quickly and with a smile, and when they are running flat out orders still come out in a timely manner.

I have not been to MacDonalds in years. Now I go all the time. Why? My brother told me that you can now create your own burgers. You can customise your burger exactly how you like it. The ingredients are super fresh and they are the best burgers I've ever had. Reasonably priced too. Yes this is a real review!

If this is an Albany mall review in the school holidays you need more than one person on the till there was a very efficient young girl handing out the orders but need more staff. Had to wait forever.

Huge play area for the kiddies. We ate in, and were able to sit in the fully closed off play area. Without worrying about our two year old running out.

It's ok , I find the buns they use to be less then fresh and sometimes the burgers just taste wrong . Staff can sometimes be very helpful and at other times be snotty as and rude . Compared to the McDonald's at the bp pit stop on the southern motorway just after the papkura turn off and before the bombays they rate a 3 out of ten while the one at the rest stop off the southern motorway rate a 10 out of 10 . It's worth the drive if you want some real good McDonald's . West gate is a bit better then Lincoln rd so it would pay to go there if you have the time and had

One of the noisest Mcdonalds Ive ever been in. It was hectic the day we ducked in to grab a coffee and use the wifi. Sadly the wifi did not work and the coffee had to be sent back a couple of times to be made correctly. What really surprised us was the noise levels! the place wasnt busy, but there seemed to be a general raucous surrounding the fill your own drink machine. IT was a constant hive of activity with kids helping themselves and screaming and parents oblivious to the impact it was having on other diners. Maybe its a design feature problem of where they have located the drinks machine as the noise echoed through the building. Or maybe.... Anyway, our trouble was lightened by a lovely staff member who was going around talking to the tables and being friendly. That was a nice touch.

Good premises with a large and spacious layout. Food is the expected standard from Mc.Donalds. Nothing better, nothing worse, just the usual. The Mc.Cafe let me down though, everytime I purchased a coffee it tasted like water. 5 dollars for a cup of hot brown water is a bit much.

Gave it 4 stars because the place is newly refurbished and looks good. But staff need to make sure it is kept tidy. Lots of tables with rubbish and needed wiping down. Detracts from pleasant eating experience.

We went there on Halloween morning with to get distressed children and BJ was dressed as a ninja and gave the children sweets and made us all smile. He was brilliant

Best McDonald's in the west

For some reason, if you try to order on the new massive tablet style ordering system, you cannot order frozen coke with anything. Order at the counter, not a problem. Food .... well its macccas.... Not really that cost effective anymore $50+ for 4 people and you'll be hungry again in an hour or so.

Nice enough staff & food but always find the fries warm,not hot , which is how a lot of people prefer them...same with the hash browns...get those sorted and I would frequent macs more often

Wow is all I can say, with the new revamp of the Lincoln Rd branch it's definitely a McDonald's you have to dine at. Great for the kids with the new playground aswell I was definitely blown away by the new look.

fast drive thru yesterday and all my order was there packed nicely.

Great new renovated building. One of the rooms for our party was small and small carpark.

We order table order for a family share box 20mins we saw what was possibly our meal went an got our selves after watching hand gestures to go take the meal to table an didn't happen kids were so hungry they are there warm burgers as food is food after games of netball in the rain an cold night then a girl next to us waited 20minutes for a strawberry Sunday like what the heck 8pm sheesh we will go back but be a Lil demanding on time for a meal 20mins is just too long our meal Sat on bench for 10mins x2ubers were served there orders why weren't we sad an angry grrrr

They need to do better for coffee orders through drive thru. I appreciate the work and time that goes into it, however, if they can't do it in a timely manner, they shouldn't allow it.

Was here couple of weeks ago, great kids play area, but they should see to it that the touch-screen ordering portal is working. Two of them were broken and the third one had a faulty eftpos/credit card reader.

Lincoln Rd is the best, not just food wise but also the drive through. Brilliant idea with 2 lanes. The new look is great s d staff contact is awesome.

Very busy . Service is quite slow especially in the drive thru . They have added a double lane for the drive thru but still hasn’t helped with back up in drive thru .

Nice and fresh feel when you arrive, great customer service in comparison to previous visits to this establishment. Something that would be great is more smiles when customers arrive and a quicker response to smaller orders.

I go to this Mc Donald’s Quite often and I’ve always enjoyed it there,they do get a little busy at times but they have really good customer service,definitely recommend it

A+ on their moccha coffee in the mornings, tastes like a moccha unlike other brand name places in the area which are a hit and miss and tastes bitter or ill mixed. Place under construction currently and toilet flushing issues.

The Henderson one is great and gets your older right 98% of the time. Not sure if it is due to the special game that is being played right now or not however don't go from 6.30pm till 8,pm it is flat out like nuts inside and the driver thru.

Staff always seem rushed and stressed here. Restaurant is usually clean though and service is fine. I wonder if it's the quality of clietele?

Got McCafe coffee from here twice both times were very disappointing. I normally think McCafe coffee is alright but it was bad from this location.

Some of my order was missing when I got back to work so I had to queue in the drive thru again to get it sorted

Drive through is always busy especially late friday and saturday nights. Limited parking as it shares the complex with white cross a&e, subways, pharmacy, xray & physio business's. Staff are ok

Good Not the fastest in Drive thru as it can be packed. A playground and seating area been here a lot classic westie mc ds.

I found the Drive Thru process very professional. The staff actually listened to what I ordered. Big thumbs up

The ordering machines need more servicing, but other than that the staff under a heavy service environment were friendly and helpful.

Lynmall McDonalds is a regular forus on a Friday night. Howeversomething has happened to the icecream. Usually nice and creamy nut lately it has become watery and icy. West city is unchanged. Come on Lynmall get your act together

I'll give five stars only because it's McDonald's, but stuff over there do not care about their customers and even when they make a mistake, there is NO even a sorry from them!

Busy as all the time especially in the weekends. Forget about going inside to order your food you'll be waiting for ages just the same as going through drive through or lesser

It took a while to get our food and the table was a bit dirty but that's all.

Didn't even have the cake I ordered on self serving touch screens wait 15mins for someone to tell me they don't have it ... Need more humans .. but clean

Loving the new look. Much better service. Loos are new too. Kids tell me that the new playground is "incredible". A successful family visit 🍔🍟

Despite the fact that it is being renovated the staff service is still always on point .. I'm not keen on the drive thru though as it's always packed to the point where drivers have to wait on the road .. but I'm super excited to see the finish result of the renovations 😁😁😁

Great soy flat white.... Just a long wait time. Long queue in drive thru, only to have to park up to collect coffee

my kids love McDonald's but not much my self for me its to long wait and not much privecy but still goes there who doest go to McD lol

Good Macdonald's have been coming here for years much tider and cleaner than some other stores.. can get busy and car parking is busy as there are other retailers around so patience is required

Was nice and clean today , good aircon , received wrong burger but exchanged nicely , fast for how busy they were today

No serviettes provided with no chance with lockdown to park and get some. Food was great though.

Customer service is always nice here but mannn, I hate receiving cold fries and oily soft hasbrowns that have obviously been sitting for some time . You guys need to work on that please .

They've had the drive thru upgraded to 2 order lanes but when it's busy it's no faster, burgers are ok.

Food was to the usual high standard didn't have to wait long once we had ordered

there Hamburgars are fresh an there hot chips are sew nice to eat an you can set down an enjoy eating your meal an if you want more you can go up again buy more if you want to .

Probably the worst McDonald's I've been to. Slow service sloppy assembly of burgers and warm fries

Friendly staff, didn't wait long an the place was clean when I went there. The playroom was boring, my little boy didn't like that there wasn't much to do for him.
