Reviews of My Fried Chicken
N.Ordered via Uber Eats today. Food arrived promptly and was packaged nicely. The maple chicken burger was delicious. It was sweet and crunchy. The chips were incredibly crunchy and had good flavour. Would definitely go back to try other products from them.
D.For our first visit, we ordered a variety of items off the regular menu - the boneless chicken is so good, in all flavours! The plant based menu tastes fantastic too. The garlic bread and tteok-bokki were our least favourite and not something we would repurchase unfortunately. Service is fast and friendly. Good seating options inside and outside. Have returned many times since our first visit! Worth the price and Ponsonby parking madness.
D.My sister told me about this delicious Korean chicken place in Takapuna. And she was not wrong! Those Korean Yang Nyeom Nibbles were amazing, really hit the Korean chicken spice crave. And the Maple Bitter Garlic, they were so flavorsome you could really taste the maple n garlic, my kids Loved these. We ordered Rice on the side and I really like that it wasn't a tiny bowl of rice. Definitely coming here again.
S.Today we stumbled upon My Fried Chicken and boy it was worth it. I ordered half OG chicken, perfectly battered, fried with generous portions and mouth watering goodness. OMG!! the maple 🍔 burger, one of the best burgers in Auckland. Plus these guys have many vegan options. My wife ordered OG vegan sandwich 🍔,nicely flavored and was also top notch. Same for the drunken fries. Thank you Chef and management of my Fried Chicken for an awesome meal. It was splendidly divine🥰🥰 👌 Highly Recommend 😋😋🤩🤩
M.Legitimately will never go to any other Korean chicken place in Auckland central, unless it’s an emergency. This place is the best, just try the original spicy and the garlic maple flavour and thank me in the morning. Sure it’s costly compared to most, but there is a reason for it!

J.Their fried chicken is really good. We tried Yang Nyeom and Maple Butter Chicken. They have heapsof choices that can cater base on your palate. The Korean garlic bread is also lovely. Their service is immaculate. The staff are attentive and polite. I definitely recommend this place.
K.I never order chicken. I prefer red meat. But this place is my exception. Finally a store that does wicked flavoured chicken. Eaten there twice now and they've always given size, quality, and flavour - and they should because it's not the cheapest place. Totally worth the cash. All 4 flavours are good, you can't go wrong when ordering. Don't miss their burgers 😋

P.If you love fried chicken, then this place is a must go. Great flavourful chicken with a lot of different choices. Try the thunderbird spicy chicken if you dare. Definately coming back again and again😁
B.The stall is located in the building closest to the carpark area, away from Ponsonby Road. It is quite open with a few tables and a counter area that looks over the kitchen. The most defining feature is the comic book style art on the ceiling. It might be easy to miss but it is over the seating area as well as the kitchen.
We grabbed a few chicken flavours and some side to share and they took the order from the table. The Ban Ban Half Half is cheaper to get if you were wanting a few different flavours at $36 for 12, with the 6 pieces at $23 for each flavour. The Thunderbird was actually spicy but really tasty. The soy one was also quite tasty. The chicken was juicy and tender and were entirely whole wings. The garlic bread was also quite nice.
It is a nice place for some tasty fried chicken. The wings were nice but I prefer thigh cuts.
H.Love the fried chicken! I ordered the OG, they're very tasty, crunchy on the outside, yet juicy on the inside, highly recommended! They were however a bit spicy, I liked it, but kids couldn't handle it unfortunately. It wasn't stated in the menu, or maybe I carelessly missed it. Also, the online menu needs improvement, it's really hard to view! Anyway, 5 stars for the chicken :)
M.Perfectly cooked chicken wings with so many flavours to choose from. Personal favourite flavour is Yang Nyeom and maple. Fantastic eatery, huge servings and absolutely delicious. Friendly and efficient staff. Highly recommended.
T.Tasty fried chicken, good size portions available as single meals and great option for ordering a few flavours and sharing among friends. Highly recommend the garlic bread, indulgent but delicious. Thunderbird flavour is very spicy so proceed with caution or better yet try the sauce on the side. Garage Project beer and Six Barrel soda available. Flashest takeaway box around.

Z.Awesome plant based 100% vegan menu with heaps of choice. We got the maple chi-bab, hot & sweet chi-bab and yang nyeom burger (all vegan). Both chi-bab were delicious and decent portion size to have as a stand alone meal. The yang nyeom burger was incredible, Crazy good flavours! However it was just a big chunk of protein a few pickles and a bucket load of sauce between two buns (seriously alot of sauce) absolutely no complaints from me though.
J.Good fried chicken. I got the chicken sandwich, there was a sweetness to the flavour that I wasn’t into but it was only subtle and overall it was still really good.
S.Ordered the food online at 2pm for a 6:45pm pick up. Asked for an update 2x while waiting and they said 5min. 1hr later and I'm still waiting. But on the other hand the food is great. So if you are keen to wait then go for it
J.Great service! The burgers are really good, has lots of pickles and amazing sauce. Chicken tastes fresh and is free range which I like
