The interior inside is so beautiful the reception area is decorated nicely . The staff is welcoming and quick . a lot of seating space inside and outside too. The presentation was good and taste good too . They give takeaway boxes too for leftovers if someone want .

Dad grabbed some chicken and sides for dinner. The rice and corn were nice and the chicken juicy. I wasn't a fan of the sauce since it had a slimy texture. It was a decent meal.

Good food, average pricing, but most of all great service online order. Website is very user friendly and straight forward as well. walahhh 5 minutes earlier order #77 is ready to be picked up. Good food. But it always has to wait more than 5 minutes to place order and another 20 or even 40 minutes till the food is served. There are a lot of staff working there, but I just do not understand why it takes so long. Poor working schedule designed maybe? Manager really needs to work on this.

Love their chicken served today. The beautiful asian looking lady served us and it was pleasant. Got our order with extra paste of bbq sauce. However it would be nice to see the floor, cutting board, grill and on the side of it and bench clean not full of food scraps. It must never look unclean. 5 for the service and 0 for the unclean kitchen where food was prepared.

Super crowded on a weekend. I recommend you download the app so you don't have to cue to order. Other than the place being superly busy, the food was great as always, and actually the order was ready super fast I love that there are vegan alternatives which are really nice!

Love Nando's great food, awesome service, glad to see the different vegetarian options available, had a Superfuel burger with a great pretender protein. Enjoyed it a lot. Will definitely be back with family they love the wraps and pitas as well.

Always love my Nandos. Used to manage a store in Sydney. Asked for hot sauce which I was expecting to be on the burger. When I finished the burger I found a mild sauce in the paper bag. Not good service at this one.

I LOVE IT!!! This boy that said his name was Noah was very friendly and nice to me. He also was very good looking i highly recommended coming to this nandos in botany and getting served by this gentleman! I love his vibe and Definitely would come back here. Love nandos so much and people like him that work there make the experience so much better.

Front of house woman was very rude. The doors were open so we entered. The young woman looked at us from behind the till and stated we're not open till 1100. We're not open she repeated. (8 minutes to opening....) she also said the same to the school boy who gently arrived at the same time as us. I told him "its 8 minutes to 1100" 🙄 We left feeling very unwelcome. The woman had no smile, no...come on in and take a seat....we open in 8 minutes. Why people do these jobs if they don't want to be there or can't even smile. We came back and the food was nice

My partner and I had lunch here one weekend. It was okay, chicken was tasty, the halloumi was okay-ish, sauces were my favourite. Staff manning the counter can be friendlier, and cutleries can be slightly cleaner... also regretful that they no longer have the chicken liver in their meny. But other than that, all good. 👍

Nando's is one of my favourite restaurants because it serves delicious food with a selection of sauces, cutlery and napkins are easy to find, free tap water, good value for money, the atmosphere and service is amazing. Conveniently located in the shopping centre with plenty of free car parking. I would recommend joining the Peri Perks club and download the mobile app from Google Play store or go to the Nando's website to order online, earn points (1 point for every $1 spent, i.e. if you order a regular chips for $4.50, you earn 5 points), rewards (free regular side, $15 birthday voucher, etc) and upcoming events. It can get busy especially during Friday evening and weekends. The waiting time can be a bit long and the Wi-Fi internet access is not reliable and requires a password. The internet should be free for all Peri Perks club members because they need Wi-Fi access to order from the Nando's app or website. They don't accept cash as a payment method due to the Covid 19 pandemic and hygienic reasons. You can only pay by credit card or use your points. Not sure about paying with EFTPOS.

I love the flavor for Nandos, but this time the breast side was a little bit dry. Of course it's chicken, not expecting anything less than that. Maybe slow cook first which may tenderize the chicken.

As always, nothing can beat Nando's recipe. It's mouth-watering. However, the place is not clean. The dishes that's on the dish counter are dirty. Dried sauces are still visible, not sure if it's being washed or not. And the counter is dusty.

3 stars.Great grilled chicken with a bit of a spicy tang, great food, prices not too bad. Visited over Easter, management was non existent, tables overflowing with plates, no plates or cutlery, glasses for new diners...how can your food arrive without these essentials?? Ruined our experience.. 17 Feb 22 much better experience, food was great, whole chicken for sharing was huge! Raised to 4 stars, back to 3 stars! Why you ask, during covid the menu has been restricted and the lemon and herb does not taste the same, it is now hot.

Like the new layout and decor. Dont know when that happened but I havent been to Nandos in so long. Would be good if you had the menu on the wall or on a board or easy to access rather than just at the front of the counter. Absolutely packed from when we ordered until when we left. Wait staff said it would be a 30 minute wait which was fine they got it to us in about 20. Had the burger with the bacon and avo pretty nice. The bun couldve been fresher or toasted. Its a real classy family friendly restaurant now and I like you can have a wine or beer now after a long week. Very pleased. Thanks 😊

The best part eating at Nando's was that their cutleries and plates are always warm. The liberty of choosing your own sauces according to your liking of hotness and dressings is always a winner. Buy it seems like the chicken are now lacking in flavor. We ordered the herb and lemon and there was no hint of that flavor anymore or was the chicken so charred that it lost it's taste already. Anyways, we still enjoyed because my friends and I haven't seen each other in awhile. I hope Nando's maintain the quality of chicken we got used to before so we can enjoy friendship dates whenever we can over some chicken and chips.

We ordered our food, came in time with right temperature. Waitress served Perry Perry 🍟 but we ordered normal fries. Manager gave us big bowl of normal fries in less than 5 seconds & let us enjoy other fries too👌 He gave us take away box too..

The food was brilliant and was served in a timely manner, Although there was this one instance that hindered the 5/5 star experience. The event that took place on the specific day which I visited is that there was this young male Nando's worker who kept glaring at my wife from across the counter, and when he came to give us our drinks, he spilt it all over her breasts and started wiping it with a handkerchief from his pocket.

I took my family to Nando's on a Sunday and we were served by two wonderful ladies: Kishalia at the reception and Eve who reminded me of royalties. The food is amazing but these two ladies took our experience to a different level. My number one choice for family outings is Nando's Botany Town.

The food here is absolutely delicious. I have never been to Nando's before and I was really impressed by the flavors of the food. The service was wonderful too and I noticed that they were very thorough with their cleaning. Especially the area where you can get the sauces and water to drink. The food was very prompt to come out also. I will definitely be visiting here again.

I haven't been to a Kiwi Nandos in a while (normally UK/Ire) so interesting to compare. There was a horrible burnt smoke in the air which had a few of us coughing, but I noticed it was slightly clearer when I left, so hopefully not a permanent feature! Nice bright seating areas. The chicken was good. Fries a bit so-so (thinner and drier than overseas). Service was good, but I wouldn't rush back.

It was ok. I ordered a chicken wrap. It was cold, I don't remember it saying on the menu it was cold. It had a nice flavour and there was enough of it. A bit more concerning was it was not refrigerator cold, more room temperature cold. Also ordered a chicken burger which was just ok. Why can't cooks cook all the chips correctly. Some of my chips were cooked some were still only partly cooked. Very annoying and disappointed. The chicken livers were excellent, properly cooked and we'll seasoned, very happy with them.

The only reason they got a 4 star and not 5 star was the wait times. I know that they are really popular and have the best tasting Nando's Chicken in NZ (My opinion) but you sometimes have to wait 25 minutes for your food. Very tasty food and friendly staff.

My son and I had our first post-lockdown dine-in here yesterday and we really enjoyed it. The staff were very friendly and polite, the premises were clean, the chicken livers were cooked to perfection and the social distancing was observed. Our only negative comment was the fact that upon entry customers were supposed to write down their details using the same pen - unhygienic under 'normal' circumstances, even more so under COVID-19. We eat here regularly and we'll continue to, but will bring our own pen :)

Renovations have given this Nando's a fresh start. The staff are friendlier, the toilets are cleaner and the overall experience is better. The food is prepared well and would meet anyone's expectations for what a Nando's should be like. Unfortunately, due to their order delivery system (similar to a cafe where they give you a table number once you've ordered) when things get busy staff can have trouble finding your table which slows down the service.

They could've been more proactive and "eyeball" the dining area for any customers who may be waiting on their order - there were certainly enough staff on deck to have done this - thinking outside the box when unforseen circumstances arise could've prevented complaints! On-duty mgr offered $20 voucher toward our next visit as compensation.

Upon enquiring how far or order was at 8.55 we were then told another 20 minutes wait. I was not happy, why refurbish a place and make it bigger but the kitchen stays the same size and kitchen staff are the same. Obviously the bigger the place the more kitchen hands are needed. The new place looks nice and the menu and price looks great. But the place is a mess, I think because the system and staff are not able to deal with the large number of customers. Staff looked all stressed and freaking out. We were told it's a 30 minute wait and so we just walked away. I would like to return and hopefully you can redeem yourselves.
