L.Thank you for a fantastic dining experience! From the moment we walked in, we were so well looked after by your staff. The main waiter was the best waiter in Auckland we’ve ever met. He had such great customer service. We ordered the New York Mixed Grill and Burgers & Fries for our kids. And a couple of drinks, Espresso Matini was a treat. Food was delicious! Our kids loved the food too & the playground outside!
D.Came to the roof top to enjoy a good steak and wow I was so not disappointed!
We had oyters to start and our mains were the dry aged steak line caught market fish with broccollini house steak fries.
Steak was cooked to perfection, fish was amazing, in fact it all was superb.
Our service was really attentive for the obviously new staff, we had such a great experience here and I couldn't recommend this place enough.
The cocktails were also amazing!!

W.What a great boxing day and wife's birthday dinner. The welcome was warm and instant. Service was prompt, informative and friendly. COVID19 guidelines followed properly.
The food was spot on, both taste and presentation. It was not ideal that some items were not available but that did not affect our dinner.
The wine and cocktails were perfectly recommended and served.
All in all, it was a great dining experience that complemented my wife's birthday gift and daughter's Christmas celebrations.
Thank you to the NY Grill team, we can't wait for our next visit.
R.Beautiful friendly atmosphere and delicious food for a Tuesday evening business dinner.
4 of us ate here at New York Grill last night, and ordered chowder, tuna and oysters for entree, and 2 steak, fish of the day and the spaghetti puttanesca. Dishes were well presented, and my fish was outstanding. Judging by the cleaned plates the other meals were well enjoyed also.
We will definitely return, and recommend.
J.We've just been we are a family of 12 people. We were seated on the semi private room with the long table.
Service was prompt. The food is on the pricey side but worth it. We got there about 5 pm, we enjoyed the $2 oyster happy hour for entree and calamari. The wagyu beef melts in your mouth. The clam linguine is yummy highly recommended if you like white wine sauce. The kids enjoyed the mac n cheese and burgers. The steak includes complimentary sauce but side dishes are extra to order. The drinks are okay. We were too full to try the desserts but surely next time.
The place is nicely decorated and outside seating is available. The ambience is lively and inviting.
Overall it is a great experience.
q.Really love the place best steaks I've had in New Zealand. The waiters are kind and the barman. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants some wood fired steak. Best mixed grill have to order that it enough for 3 people. Love it keep it up NY GRILL.
