Reviews of Odettes Eatery
Y.
Good atmosphere, high sense furniture and a beautiful meal. Also a great tasting brunch for all.
If forced to mention the problems with this restaurant, it is a little bit inaccessible from CBD central, crowded and slow to serve food.
However, I recommended it is worth a visit to Odettes Eatery. Allow plenty of time and enjoy your time in this restaurant.
Y.
The place was busy with almost no tables available so it is better to go early or make a booking on weekends to find a good fresh spot.
The food was nice with a twist of flavors and textures.
The only thing is that do to the demand tables don't have enough distance between them so it gets a little bit crowded being next to each other and with all this COVID stuff is a little bit uncomfortable.
M.
Okay folks who wants an excellent Boujee brunch locations. Our experience starts stkight wait but expected on a Sunday holiday weekend. We order coffees all around (flat white, latter and mocha) and one apple juice. We then order from a very attentive wait staff and converse about our day. Food arrived, (pics below) fresh and hot and is very well presented and tasty. What a terrific find in Auckland. Thank you staff and cooks at Odettes we will be back. And hey Auckland don't think twice go you won't be disappointed.

This was my first time eating at Odette's and I was super impressed.
The food was amaxing with wonderful flavours, chips with crispy curry leaves, yes please! Also the pea and spinach fritters were great, even roast carrot side was yummy.
We sat outside which was great during covid times but the decor in the restaurant is beautiful.
Big recomendation from me and I will be back.
C.
Went for breakfast, best place to start your day! Highly recommended - excellent service. Fresh foods - I don’t normally eat fruit tomatoes but I finish all my plates because it was so fresh!! Plenty of parking and be early otherwise you’ll queue up.
S.
This is a great brunch in Auckland!
Coffee is so good.
The atmosphere is so relaxing even it is located in the center.
Food is fantastic except for my side as Broccolini was too burned. Surprisingly, the waitresses saw it and they didn't say anything.
My dessert is amazing and I love it!
Will definitely go back but will be fussier!
A.
Excellent food & good service, friendly staff. Loved the place. Best place for the weekend’s brunch. Orange juice was really refreshing and fresh.
Must visit.
G.
Perfect coffee and food, amazing stuff. The menu needs a little bit of work , there aren't pictures of meals even on official Instagram, many pictures from Google reviews are outdated due to the menu update. Anyway good experience and professional and friendly service .
T.
Visited Odette's for breakfast after hearing lots of good things, and was certainly not disappointed. Delicious food and great coffee, will be back next time I am in Auckland.
A.
Disappointing experience.
We came to this place due to its good reviews, but we can't understand why is it so well rated.
First of all we had to wait like 30 mins to get a table, we would understand if at least the food is good... But besides the outside waiting, we still had to wait for other 30 mins to get our coffees and dishes.
I ordered a "SWEET crepe" where is the "sweet" at all? If they don't add the Hershey's chocolate sauce it would have been completely flavorless, besides it was a small portion too.
My husband got a the Odette's Complete, nothing special at all, not a nice sauce or dressing nothing that gives it a nice flavor, flavorless too, His hot chocolate was tiny size! Lucky I ordered a takeaway cup to get a regular size.
They charge you for the paywave system like if they had a small business.
It's not worth the wait and the money.
P.
Always good. Arrived at a good time to get a table instantly, luckily! Busy because it's good. I had the herbed eggs and a refreshing spritz to start my day
M.
Best cafe in Auckland, but don't take my word for it, go visit them. Creative breakfast/brunch menu, skilled staff, great ambiance.
The dinner menu in the weekend is very much worth it too. :)
A.
Good atmosphere, high sense furniture and a beautiful meal. Also a great tasting brunch for all.
N.
Friand. Let me start with this delicious treat that works wonders with a nice coffee! Last Sunday they had a passion fruit flavour, but the raspberry one is to die for! Moving on to mains, Odette's is the only place where I order a "big breakfast" - The Odette's complete. The eggs are creamy, served with avocado, bacon, tomatoes, and bread on a bed of feta whip. Just wow! All elements go very well together. The herbed scrambled and hummus dishes are quite yummy also. The only dish we didn't love were the fritters as we felt they were a tad dry and needed some dressing to go with. The venue is gorgeous and the staff are very friendly. May be a good idea to book during peak times if you don't feel like waiting about 30 minutes for a table. Great place overall, will definitely return.
O.
Great food, great service. Outdoor eating area is a nice spot on a sunny day.
G.
Fantastic brunch in Auckland.
So nice seeing options different to the standard eggs on toast.
Coffee was fantastic. Friendly service.
Highly recommend.
J.
A group of us went to Odettes for dinner on a Saturday night. We had a lovely waitress that was super attentive and our meals were amazing. We had a lot of the sharing plates which was great for trying a bit of everything. Love the atmosphere too. Can't wait to return.
M.
Tasty. For me, this place can be called a "brunch cafe" after me being disappointed with quiet a few cafes in Auckland.
R.
Lovely ambience, lovely food( brunch)
F.
grab n go chicken kebab and Wellesley smoothie sooo yum all the flavours compliments each other the kebab was really good the texture was great the wrap was chewy and fresh right amount of sauce the smoothie was so refreshing and satisfying definitely worth the try and will comeback for more
C.
On a whim, we decided to stop for lunch here today. We were not disappointed! Beautiful tentative staff, that made us and our doggie feel very welcome and appreciated. Amazing food and coffee. Top notch all around team. Thank you.
I.
Lovely busy Cafe brunch. Food was excellent we booked a table just as well. Was so busy. Seemed very congested obviously doing a great job and well patronized. Parking really good
F.
Divine!!!
entries, mains and dessert. Plates are well presented and delicious. Staff is courteous and attentive to everything. Toilets are also clean and well appointed.
Great treat with friends or a loved one.
H.
Great atmosphere, thought the prices are a bit high for the portions you get
D.
This place has been ranked as one of the top brunch spots in Auckland CBD. I can see why- the decor, atmosphere, service and food does tick all the boxes. But if we really boil down the flavour of the foods... 7/10. The mushroom steak lacked flavour, just used roasted cumin seeds to hide the blandness, plus the garlic hummus was a big disappointment - just a very chunky non silky smooth hummus. Overall, for the price of the foods and the reputation... thought the food could have been better as it was generally bland and lacked layers of flavour. Just big punches of strong spices to make it flavourful- rather it reflects lack of complexity and depth.
L.
Really nice cafe/restaurant with exceptional vibes. I'm usually always keen to pay for view/ambience, but I think even that being accounted for the food was small portioned and very average. Chips were my favourite, which was $13 so basically one chip is worth a dollar so not surprising to be so good 🤣 might be back to hangout with coffee but food I'm not too sure!
O.
Lovely meal with good service. Liked the atmosphere and lovely outside dining available. Service was good and food was fantastic. We chose this location to cater for different food preferences (Vegan, vegetarian, dairy free). Easy to cater for all - thanks heaps team
J.
We were recommended this place and it certainly did not disappoint! We were seated quickly and our server was very professional and attentive throughout our visit. The food was absolutely delicious! Seriously the best brunch I have ever eaten.
K.
I got to try this place for the first time during restaurant month. The staff were pleasant but felt that there could of been a bit more effort explaining the menu options or at least offering to explain it as it wasn't too busy at the time (shortly after 4pm on a Thursday). We went with the 4 course banquet menu with the glass of bubbles (had to clarify with the waitress which one on the drinks menu that would be). The food was tasty and we really enjoyed the fresh ingredients they use in all their dishes. Very elegant interior, just be mindful of the lamps on the walls because they hang quite low and I knocked my head on one when getting up from my seat. It can even be a romantic environment, as the two people next to us seem to be on a date. There are also outdoor seating options.
J.
This place is in a nice complex with other eateries and parking. The outdoor seating was nice and the server was attentive and good.
The brunch we had was absolutely delicious. This place is not cheap, but the food is worth every penny
R.
This restaurant is run exceptionally well. The food is consistently perfect and the staff are phenomenal. Can't really ask for more...
D.
Really enjoyed our brunch at Odettes.
Relaxing environment with a excellent menu & fresh juices.
five stars...
S.
Came here for a group dinner on a Saturday. Although busy, the staff were very accommodating to our group of 8. The food is interesting, full of flavour and well-presented. The chocolate panna cotta is more like a mouse and is SO deliciously rich and decadent. Portions are a bit small for the price, but a nice atmosphere and space to pass the evening.
Came here again for breakfast. Love that they serve Midnight Baker bread. I had the spinach scramble with a deliciously smoky baba ghanoush.
Z.
Chic joint, chillax atmosphere, good service, great food. We tried two food and two drink items. All were well prepared, tasted excellent and served both promptly and so prettily!
L.
Incredible food, service and styling! If you're wanting quality flavors on a plate, this is the place to get it. Definitely coming back next time we visit Auckland CBD.
E.
Hands down my favorite cafe in Auckland! Amazing food and service. Love the outdoor space and restaurant decor.
T.
I had heard of Odettes from a few different people and decided to try it out for myself. Came here on a Sunday for brunch.
We got a table without having to wait.
The atmosphere was nice sitting outside, though there is no music playing outside, this wasn't so much of an issue but could enhance the atmosphere.
I noticed that inside looked a little dark, the only lighting being from windows.
The coffee took some time to come out, and the food followed shortly after. The food was high quality and presented well. I was impressed with the food.
Just a note: Parking on a Sunday is $3 for 30 minutes (which is not long enough) which then forces you to pay $6 for all day parking. Somewhat annoying that parking was not free/cheaper.
Given the cost of parking, I probably wont make this place a regular, but I do look forward to coming here occasionally in the future.
J.
We enjoyed a wonderful brunch at Odettes in January 2020. The food is excellent, beautifully prepared, and fresh. We enjoyed a patio table and it was lovely and shaded from the summer sun. Highly recommended for a meal with family and friends.
A.
Their food is great, but getting a table at brunch can be a mission. In fact, don't go there, otherwise I'll struggle to get a table.
F.
Our favorite place for breakfast in Auckland. Love the iced chocolate too. Great vibe and friendly staff.
G.
Love this place so much, favourite for a weekend brunch or chill late night drinks, head chef Jonah slaying to the gods in the kitchen as always 10/10!!!
P.
Fantastic cafe with great atmosphere, food is superb and cater for people wanting GF. Huge focus on organic & healthy eating options. And the coffee is amazing. They also provide a great outside dinning area & they are surrounded by other food outlets.
G.
Stopped by for a lateish lunch which turned out to be an excellent idea. Many items to choose from, small plates, salads along with meat and fish entrees. Our quinoa salad, cauliflower with tahini and almonds and half chicken proved to be an excellent choice. Highly recommend
A.
Delicious food and pretty nice place. I had the Braised Lamb, and man that was lamb was really good, tastes like the Omani Shewa or the Maori Hangi.
The mocha was really good as well. I enjoyed the brunch here.
I wished that the staff were more friendly and welcoming, strange how non of the staff smiled or even try to open a friendly conversation.
M.
Been here few times now. Once for an early dinner and had great time. Once for ordinary dinner but had to wait for an hour or so for a table. But foods are great, and will probably go back for more. Great for sharing plates.
J.
Had breakfast there. It wasn't big but enough portion for me. It was really tasty. I love it. I ordered flat white which is very small. I had 2 cups.
C.
Great location, love the outdoor seating. A bit on the pricier side for a brunch/lunch, and just a tad too salty for my taste. Coffee is good though, overall not bad.
W.
Lovely outdoor atrium, a green space in the city. Relaxed and friendly staff, didn't feel pressured to order large or move on. Inside has the comfort of your lounge at home but with decadence and energy to keep going back for.
B.
Amazing decor, food and service. We were here for brunch and the food were exceptional. You have the conventional breakfast but also new dishes which are updated regularly according to seasonal ingredients. The smoothie was also amazingly refreshing, good replacement choice instead of a coffee if you just want something fresh but don't need the caffeine.
H.
This cafe is very busy and the staff are very friendly and efficient. Great coffee and a great menu here.
C.
Nice atmosphere and delicious good. Slightly overpriced in my opinion (22 for scrambled eggs, halloumi and wilted kale) but ive knocked off a star because I was pretty much ignored by the staff servicing the outside area, which made it hard to get a menu and place my order.
J.
Everything was excellently prepared. Great chef. The service was personal. The outdoor seating was fun and comfortable. We would definitely come back.
S.
Had such a great breakfast here. Got the Herbed Scramble but substituted the gluten free bread for sour dough. Ice coffee was strong and in point. High suggest. This was our waiters recommended dish.
D.
Incredible food and service. All the dishes were packed full of flavor.
L.
Really lovely lunch spot! I went back twice on my business trip because the food was exceptional, it has a peaceful environment, and the staff were very kind.
J.
The Wellesley smoothie is sooo good, I also had the spinach & pea fritters and it was very nice. Friendly staff even when it's busy. Update: had the granola and energy juice this morning and it was yum! Highly recommended!
K.
Amazing food and great variety of cocktails.
Make sure to try slow cooked beef and lamb.
G.
I can never complain when I visit Odettes. The hardest thing is picking what to get.
I love their whipped feta! This was an amazing breakfast.
Amazing coffee too!
R.
Delicious food with great surroundings and genuinely caring and gentle, but expert staff. We had a total of 6 and the wait person handled it like we were at a Michelin restaurant!. A favourite of mine now!
C.
Definitely a favourite for Breakfast but coffee not the best (not a problem if you like a Margarita with your brekkie 😁
I.
Right in the center of Auckland, within walking distance from the Sky Tower one can find Odettes Eatery- place which will not disappoint you with its interior, food flavors and staff-politeness.
The menu offers a variety of flavors from which you can choose and trust me- EVERY BITE IS HEAVEN! The last time I was there I had the "Herbed Scrambled" that was DE-LI-CIOUS, assembled with Halloumi cheese and fig jam (YUM).
Some of the dishes served as breakfast, look a bit small, BUT (and there is a big BUT), considering the fact that the cooks know what they are doing DON'T, by any means, JUDGE THE SIZE OF THE DISH, rather than the TASTE YOU GET and HOW IT MAKES YOU FEEL AFTER YOU'VE HAD IT!! What seemed 'small' or 'not that much' disappeared after we were finished with our meal.
The place has sufficient staff employed, so you will NOT find yourself wondering who was the person that took your order. There is always someone ready to assist you in any way possible!
Give it a go! You will be surprised.
R.
Up scale yet relaxed cafe with open spaces both in and out doors. On a Saturday late morning the place was nearly full with a mostly mature crowd enjoying brunches. Service was prompt and friendly. Food was of good quality but not exceptional. I would definitely return, but may also check out other eateries in the same complex.
J.
Cool eatery to grab for a brunch. The ambience is relaxing, food is tasty and service is good. We enjoyed our food!
l.
Have been here for brunch and coffee. They have amazing varieties. Good portion and worth the money. Positive vibes.
S.
Lively spot. Great food. Definitely have the lamb shoulder. You will not be sorry. You will be full.
T.
i only had 1 menu there, porriage, as i wanted a warm meal on cold day. i strolled all the way here due to its high ranking on googlemap and tripadvisor, i am afriad i have to give my rating based on a single dish i ordered.. to start, service is slow... i was there at 1045 on weekday with restaurent perhaps 3/4 full but delivery of mere porridage was a good 15min wait, i had full breakfast served to me in the past quicker than that at other venue. on flipside busy means its popular.
then comes food... ok it was disapppinting that porriage was served very cool or at best lukewarm... i could taste Oat pieces as if they are rice grains and i question if it was just not cooked. at that point i was not sure of thats how NZ does it porridage, lukewarm oat pieces... i gently ask manager if i could take the bill without any complaints as i only ate a spoon she was concerned, i explained it wad just too cold...
she quickly offered to remake new one hot, i was pressed for time as i had flight to catch but i obliged as i was intrigued how different it would be and also felt i should allow them to make it right. second round took mere 5min and it was served very HOT which was good. However it wad still the grainy porriage and not the stick oatmeal type i preferred
i would have given rating of 2 had the manager not proactively resolved the matter, but for their service i would rank it 3. mind you i simply didnt like this style doesnt mean it is bad... others may easily rank it 5
i would try again to order something else.
A.
Braided lamb shoulder with harissa yoghurt and pickles were amazing. Lamb melted in the mouth and the yoghurt/pickles complimented excellently thereafter🥰.
R.
This place does amazing and delicious food ever time. It's a great place to gather.
J.
Awesome chilled out vibe, we enjoyed a seat outdoors. The drinks were delicious and the food very tasty. Service was a bit slow for how quiet the place was on a mid Saturday afternoon.
H.
Nicely put together menu and the kitchen delivered. Really good service, good coffee.
S.
Visited for brunch today, was a nice atmosphere and friendly service (sparkling water too, yay!) but food overpriced and I was somewhat underwhelmed with the meatballs, $24 for 5 tiny meatballs, a small scattering of beans and one slice of sourdough? A rip-off if you ask me, it looked like something was seriously missing from the plate. Good coffee but absolutely tiny cups, almost espresso - won't be coming back
J.
Great service, amazing food, drinks and dessert. Amazing atmosphere.
A.
Odette's is class and modesty under one roof. Combined with the food, service and atmosphere it's no surprise they've been on the top 50 list every year. Highly recommended to vegetarians and meat eaters, but could offer more vegan main options.
Service: 5/5
Service and staff were amazing. We were seated promptly and attended to very well.
Food: 4/5
The only reason I'm giving it a 4 instead of a 5 is because my dish (the only vegan option) although tasty, but nothing to rave about. However, my friends really liked their dishes and the menu very vegetarian friendly.
F.
Amazing food in an open air bistro, with walls that disappear to fully enjoy the sunshine late into the evening. Great menu selection, favourite was the short ribs with a sticky delicious sauce, and the expertly grilled prawns. Love the drinks selection and happy hours for $10 aperos. This place is just as good for breakfast as it is for lunch and dinner, a true all day eatery. Favourite lunch dish is the wagyu meatball crepes (pictured)
N.
Great food. Friendly service. Pretty busy spot stop dont be afraid to book.
Everyone loved their meal - the salmon was a generous serving (for a breakfast), the odettes "Big breaky" had amazing bacon and the chocolate crepe was delicious.
D.
We found this great place for brunch on Google and it did not disappoint. Had some savory crepes here and the food was good. The vibe is a little upscale but the staff are friendly. Would recommend for brunch/breakfast
E.
Great new menu. Lovely establishment. Awesome drinks.
M.
Two of us walked in on a fairly busy Friday night around 8pm. Greeted and seated promptly. Attentive staff who explained the menu to us, making recommendations. Meals are based on sharing plates. The food was delicious, filling and came out quickly. We shared one starter, two mains and a green salad. I didn't feel the menu was overpriced. Nice selection of wine, beer and cocktails. Overall throughly enjoyed ourselves and would definitely eat there again.
K.
Great breakfast, we all enjoyed it. Service had a smile and although it took a little while to have everything cooked, was really enjoyable in the end. Great location, and we loved the outdoor seating.
A.
I think there should be free parking for customers dining here. No flavour shots for coffees.
A.
Came here for a weekday lunch with two others.
Parking was a breeze, right outside. Service was excellent, the wait staff friendly, attentive and efficient.
The decor and ambience is great, seating is very comfortable.
We opted for the $45/person lunch menu which came with a glass of bubbles. Delicious food.
These guys know what they are doing, I couldn’t fault it.
K.
Lovely. Great spot for brunch and located in a little park with other places to eat. Coffee is the best I've had in Auckland (so far!) Popular with locals. Recommended
L.
An urban oasis with a grassy covered outdoor space and modern and comfortable booth seating inside. Available for private evening functions.
R.
Lovely food and service. Smallish serving sizes but high quality delicious food.
K.
Outstanding food. Prices are a little high but this is justified by skill and care taken by the kitchen to prepare the amazing food.
C.
A nice place to a quick meeting with a good coffee, the branch is recommended. The car park around is convenient to me and the parking fee is acceptable.
T.
Enjoyed the food a lot. Wild mushrooms, wagyu meat balls, fries and coffee. All good.
J.
Excellent semi causal dining option. The industrial nature of the area belies the gorgeous interior and cruisy garden outdoor dining area. The food is top quality, plates are best shared. I would recommend 2 larger plates and two small plates to share for a pair. Alcohol options are available making it a great place to chill for a few afternoon hours.
C.
Headed along here for a work lunch arranged by a third party, and was pleasantly surprised by the place. Quiet and unassuming on arrival, the staff were fun, chatty and helpful, offering advice and suggestions around the best options for us to eat. In the end we all went with the fixed lunch menu, and what a feast! For $45 a head we were brought three separate lots of food which were so plentiful even i was struggling to finish things by the end! Really tasty food, and we were not rushed at all when we sat after we had eaten and finished off our meeting. Perfect for a business lunch but just as suited for a nice quiet place to have a meal with your significant other and be confident of good service and excellent food. Hope to be back again soon, especially when our new Head Office is just 5 mins around the corner!!
S.
Too brunch spot in Auckland but a bit on pricey side especially for drinks
K.
Consistently excellent food and incredible service. Would highly recommend for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Easy to get parking in City Works Depot.
S.
Great tasting food, especially the lamb shoulder. A bit pricey but worth it.
N.
I've really enjoyed this place. The duck is very juicy and flavourful. The seats are nice and comfortable. Close parkings available. Friendly and attentive staffs.
A.
This place is awesome! The breakfast was so good (I had the Odette's Complete) and the Wellesley Smoothie was lush too! Get down there!
B.
Chilli scramble absolutely spot on. Not what I was expecting but a very fresh approach and thoroughly enjoyed. Great coffee too
P.
Interesting selection of brunch items, licensed for the drinkers, good coffee and nice outdoor setting on a sunny day! Highly recommended!
t.
Super delicious kai complimented by exceptional service and amazing drinkologists!!!
C.
Amazing food! Some of the best that we had in Auckland!! Good service, great staff, and again, really really good food!
C.
Very good space, food & wine good as well
T.
Delicious food, and very prompt service, the waitstaff were friendly and coffee was great. Food was exceptional, tasty, and simple ingredients done really well
P.
food was beyond amazing!!! such nice ambience and service was super friendly, especially from ruby :)
M.
Spent my 30th birthday breakfast here it was amazing and the service is great!
G.
Such extraordinary food and setting, and the staff and service is exceptional. Such a great place to meet with people
D.
Big fan of this spot. Especially for breakfast. Recommend the Odette's complete if you're hungry otherwise for something a little different and refreshing try the Tuna Carpaccio with confit octopus and peas.
J.
Odette's has a lovely atmosphere. I had the breakfast porridge with poached pear and crispy pecan pieces, just delicious. Great hot chocolate too :)
E.
The most delicious brunch I have eaten in a while. Such an interesting menu with food combos you don't usually see. I loved my crepes with beef cheeks and a red cabbage puree. The coffee was great too. Very friendly and professional service. If I lived in Auckland I would be here every weekend!
N.
Absolutely lovely gem in Auckland. My partner and I took our best friend to dinner for her birthday and had lovely service from Tony. The drinks were unusual and delicious, the food was fresh, beautiful, and interesting, and dessert was perfect. We had a fantastic night out tonight - thanks for an incredible dinner.
H.
Beautiful interiors, delicious food. Great for a small group or date night.
B.
My boyfriend took me here last night for my birthday! The food was spectacular. I loved the zucchini blooms and the bostock chicken! I wish I could have tried everything on the menu! On top of this the service was fantastic, our waiter Anthony had a great sense of humour and his recommendations were on point! Will definitely be going back!
B.
Came for breakfast with my partner and a friend. We sat outside. A waitress brought the menus and took our drinks not long after. As it was our first time, we weren't sure what was good, but opted for the dutch baby, granola and the burrata. All 3 drinks came out at separate times which I found weird. My partner was disappointed with the portion of granola; for $19 you'd expect more than a small bowl. I had the dutch baby($20) which I recommend to anyone keen on something similar to a pancake but isn't. Our friend had the burrata and the portion was quite small like the granola - you'd expect something bigger for the price (it was $28). We all agreed the meals were overpriced for what you got but were still delicious. Drinks were okay. Beware of parking; there is plenty of room but you have to pay. Wouldn't come back. Great service though; waitress/waiters were attentive although could do with speaking a little louder as it was a bit hard to hear them with everyone around us.
C.
We went to Odettes to celebrate fathers day. The food was delicious, the staff was very friendly and our waiter was extremely attentive. Even proactively offering toddler friendly options that weren't on the menu. And then to top it all off, my husband was gifted socks and a Barker's voucher. Voucher or not, Odettes is definitely worth a stop as their food is very good and service is great!
H.
High quality food. Very nice atmosphere. One of the best brunch places in Auckland. Not the friendliest staff though.
M.
Good spot to chill and excellent attention. Manuela's service was top notch, place was not busy at lunch, had a good time.
A.
Had their restaurant month menu, $40 bucks and you get 3 delicious courses. Great portion sizes, ambiance sizes and flavours. Would highly recommend this place 🔥
C.
Really cool place and lots of parking in the middle of the city. Friendly staff. AAA+++
B.
Excellent breakfast with unique menu. Service was great.
A.
Good brunch, coffee quite pricey for such a small portion.
L.
Interesting menu and consistently good brunch food. Beautiful interior too!
S.
Such a wonderful place to eat. And the food was AMAZING
A.
Amazing food and service, especially from Ruby!! made my day :)
A.
Restaurant month menu is GREAT tasting and even better value. Service at Odettes is fantastic and constant. Will be back.
J.
Always great breekie and coffee. A good spot for a meeting
A.
As a regular here, I can assure that they always have wonderful service, are attentive, food is always quality, and the scones are always beautifully fresh every morning. Coffee is also good, as are teas, and also everything else on the menu. The seed breads are delish! Can't fault anything on the menu, or the staff. Even left my umbrella here in the umbrella box and the next week I came back and it was still there! Would highly recommend.
J.
Great food in a very tidy and well designed setting. Menu boasts a good variety of meal options and an assortment of drinks to choose from to. Portion size is maybe lacking a little, but ingredients used are delicious and high quality. A good brunch destination for sure ✨

Downgrading my rating as on our most recent visit, the portion sizes were considerably smaller than before, and proportions seemed a bit off (i.e. one fairly small piece of sourdough for two eggs).
Our chips were also served with very little sauce (one of the defining features of Odettes' chips and why we liked them in the first place).
I'm sure some of it is down to personal preference but we definitely feel the food quality has suffered over time.
Otherwise, friendly and helpful wait staff and the food itself is tasty.
M.
All of the food was warm and tasty. The Odettes smoothie was particularly delicious, especially for being made with spinach Haha. We received our food promptly despite it being a packed Saturday morning.
S.
A busy cafe at a good location in CBD with ample parking space. The food is great along with the cafe environment. A bit on pricy side and may have to wait in queue to get a seat. Check ahead with the cafe to avoid long queues.
G.
As I paid, the person at the till asked me how everything was and I said it was good. So if I didn't post a 5 start review it would mean I lied because I'm too much of a coward to be confrontational in a cafe, and that I secretly think the food is decent but the portion sizes too small and overpriced, which makes me seem greedy and mean with money, and I'm not going to admit to that, even if it's my honest option!
A.
The prawns were amazing ~ huge and beautifully charred and super tender... the lamb cutlets were also so delicious and so succulent!! Staff were also lovely with the two (very well behaved) little girls. 🙂
A.
Really good food but a bit pricey

food is great. coffee is good. Service is superb.

Went here for dinner tonight with my boyfriend, it was delicious! We’re both gluten free and we’re really impressed by all the options they had on the menu. We had the beef short rib which was amazing, as well as the prawns and cauliflower which were also both really tasty. Also had the cucumber sorbet for dessert which was so nice and refreshing! Also have a great selection of drink options. On top of that the service was excellent and attentive and our server was so nice. Overall a great experience and we can’t wait to go back and try more!
C.
It was perfect timing for my wife and I to try out Odette's as the stewed fruit in yhe sweet crépe was Feijoa, my favourite! Everything we had was unique and delicious and the service was friendly. Will definitely be returning.
i.
Great Sunday Brunch spot. We sat outside in an awesome setting. Coffee and food was amazing. Definitely recommend the complete breakfast, the whipped feta was outstanding.
A.
Trendy atmosphere, with friendly service and a unique menu. The Odette’s smoothie was particularly great. Had the Savoury Crepes which had a decent portion of lamb. Parking was easy to find though you do have to pay.
A.
I ordered the chips, which were both thick and cripsy, nicely portioned & delightfully seasoned. Alongside that I had a hot chocolate, and although it didn't quite go with the chips, it tasted divine. If a hot chocolate isn't your thing, they also have both still & sparkling water on tap, for all your hydration needs.
H.
pretty environment and nice brunch
S.
Good for brunch has a cozy atmosphere but service needs improvement
W.
Was here for an engagement celebration. Had the option of inside or outside seating when we arrived. We choose outside as the weather was good. Odettes is a great place if you enjoy the sharing style of eating. There was five adults and we ordered 3 dishes form each of the small and main menus & 2 from the grill selection as well as a fennel salad and some fantastic double cooked fries. The dishes came in and easy to eat order and not all at once and all were fantastically tasteful. The staff were great. With a couple of drinks each the whole bill was $258. I Will definitely be back...
L.
The food was satisfactory.
J.
Gorgeous food on the senses! Tasted amazing. Had the salt and pepper chicken, braised beef rib and white bean dip. Pricey for the portion size but worth the experience. Friendly non intrusive wait staff. Relaxed modern decor.
A.
Very friendly service and lovely aesthetic. Food was pretty tasty but personally not my style. Would be an excellent venue for a work function or just to sink a few beverages after work. Definitely on the upper level of standard, if you're looking for something a little cheaper and casual there are plenty of neighbouring restaurants that serve that purpose, but Odette's definitely stands out as a eatery for a more refined palette.
M.
Very interesting combinations of ingredients. On the more dear side but well worth it. The dishes are designed to share and you can try several things if you go as a group. The ambience is nice although a little too dark for my taste. Great place to meet friends or to impress
J.
We came here after reading some earlier reviews, and we was not disappointed! The atmosphere was great on the outside seating. The staff was very kind and helpful in our questions. And the food was fantastic! Well worth a visit if you ask me!
M.
Below average food, the stars are just for the beautiful place, coffee and ambiance but the food (at least what we ordered) was not anywhere close to what it could be. I ordered Complete Odette and for $26 it is only cut tomatoes, avocado and simple poached eggs. There’s nothing special or technical in that dish. Honestly I expected a lot more especially for that price. My wife ordered the mushroom dish which was good and yummy but again not worth the money.
Oh forgot to say, the coffee is amazing, although the large coffee is the size of small with the price of large but quality was amazing.
A.
Had the $40 lunch menu which was tasty but not exceptional value. The woodfired cheesecake at $12 each (on the menu) was a joke. A tiny portion of custard/curd in a bit of filo. Nothing like a cheesecake and expensive for what it is. A bad taste that they charge a surcharge for credit cards when there prices are on the upper end anyway.
F.
Best bloody Mary’s in Auckland. Always a pleasure. Delicious food too!
P.
I came here with my family (5 of us) and we all ordered different things, but all thought that they were amazing!! There was nothing we could fault with the food or coffee. It was a really sunny autumn day so we sat outside in the sun which was lovely. It was quite busy there, and werent any seats left inside, so would maybe recommend booking if wanted a seat inside. Cant wait to go back!
H.
Amazing food, chic decor, great service!
M.
Your traditional kiwi brunch destination downtown. Visited on Sunday afternoon, so it wasn't as busy as it can get, mind that the kitchen closes at 3pm. Long black was served with water on the side and not burnt, which is quite refreshing compared to places nearby. Service and presentation was great. All staff are friendly and professional. Poached eggs were slightly overcooked but nothing to fuss over really, overall a satisfying experience :)
A.
The place is nice, tidy and cozy.
The waitress recommended us to share a main for 2 and add some sides, which it was a good idea as it was lunch time.
We decided to have the duck with chips and the cauliflower. The portions were big enough to share between 2. The duck was beautifully cooked and tasty. The chips were homemade and very yum. The cauliflower was my least favourite dish as it didn't have much of a flavour but we mixed it with the sauce of the duck and that fixed it.
Very good service too.
T.
Very good food, coffee and service. A great fit out and the weekends are pumping. Price wise a bit on the steep side but it's a fancy pants cafe so you get what you pay for, staff are professional and nice. My poached egg had a bit of shell in it, that shouldn't happen in such an establishment especially for the money paid. Would definitely return.
M.
Others have commented on the questionable vibe at this place and at first read I didn't really believe them. After going, though, I totally get it. To be honest, the food is pretty inventive and high-quality. But the service has a tone that's a little "uppity" from the moment you enter the place. Our server was better than the hostess, but drink orders (coffee) didn't even arrive until after we had received and eaten our breakfasts. Things like that simply shouldn't happen in a restaurant where two people can cost $70 for breakfast. Ours might be a unique experience, but other reviews have suggested maybe it wasn't. The food is still top-notch, though, so maybe give the place a try during an off-peak time of day.
C.
Service by the staff was a gold standard to be benchmarked against.
The food was excellent! We had the beef short ribs, market fish, pickled cucumber, wild mushrooms, and the bread pudding. Except the wild mushrooms which was a bit too salty for our taste, all of it was really good. This is a place I would come back again and heartily recommends.
N.
Nice food, good service, friendly staff
J.
Went for brunch. A little pricey and long wait between drinks and food arriving. Food was nicely cooked but not amazing and felt abit standard. I wouldn’t recommend if you only have a few meals on Auckland and want something outstanding.
S.
Good place and mostly good food - the heritage carrot dish needs a rethink though!
A.
We went here because the place we wanted to go to was packed. What an excellent detour it turned out to be! The food was amazing, great service from friendly and efficient staff. Really cool vibe, ambient music that you can hear but doesn't block out conversation. And the lamb ribs were fantastic, as was the chocolate brulée. We were there for dinner and highly recommend it.
C.
Beautiful restaurant and absolutely amazing food. Odettes was on my to-try list during our short visit to Auckland and we were not disappointed. Highlight for us was the wild mushroom crepes, Glory Bay salmon and surprisingly - the potato bread! So so good.
A.
We are from the states and visited this place 5 times.
All meals were delicious. Insider tip: you can order a half of the waffle. We also had the waygu balls, odettes complete, and the herbed scramble. The energiser juice is delightful and my husband loved his lemon/honey/ginger tea.
The atmosphere is perfect. When busy, it’s still not loud. The music fits the vibe perfectly and is not overbearing at all. The service was always great as well. We loved this place.
J.
The food was delicious and coffee was good. But the seating was but crowded.
Nice decor and Ambience.
J.
Had been there before for a little lunch some months back. Excellent dinner and fantastic service. Had the wood fired slow roast lamb shoulder and it was delicious. Service was very attentive, friendly and keep us refreshed with an excellent rosé. Cool dining ambiance and beautifully designed restaurant. Highly recommended. 10/10
B.
A lovely brunch spot. The portions are generous and the staff attentive. The fries are the star of the show and are a must-order. The only downside was the expensive on-site parking but if you're a local I'm sure you'll know where to park.
M.
Really good dumplings and eggplant and coffee. Shrimp starter was mediocre.
L.
Nice coffees but the selection of breakfast/ brunch meals were expensive and didn't appeal to us. It was also insanely busy on the day we went (a Sunday morning), with patrons packed almost elbow-to-elbow at small tables. To their credit the wait staff were impressively attentive despite the crowd of customers - eventhough we only ordered 2 coffees they came shortly after to bring us a carafe of water, which they also promptly refilled when they saw it empty. The atmosphere was a bit too hectic for my liking, however perhaps on a less busy day I may have enjoyed our visit more.
b.
Not only Great Food! But the service is amazing. Staff are very warm and welcoming. And price is what help to end a great dinner date with my beatific. Thankyou Odette's keep up the good work A++++
D.
Good place for a 7 a.m. Birthday breakfast! The food was excellent, especially if you like perfect poached eggs on sourdough toast. Very good coffee too. Worthy of a second cup to get the day going.
J.
First day in Auckland and am lucky enough to have this gem be my first spot. They have these seasons chips( French fries for my American and Canadian cousins) curry with assortment of seasoning and garlic sauce to DIE for. Everything: is great staff is polite vibe is chilled All in all AMAZING !
S.
Stunning setting, indoor & out. Stunning attention to detail and table service.
The menus are well read, concise and offers something for all tastes and needs without being silly.
Food is gorgeous, generous and elegant in its simplicity.
Great atmosphere. Easy win overall.
J.
Great food, portion sizes could be bigger for sharing
A.
As a regular here, I can assure that they always have wonderful service, are attentive, food is always quality, and the scones are always beautifully fresh every morning. Coffee is also good, as are teas, and also everything else on the …
X.
Food was superb delicious, also great staff service
J.
Great food in a very tidy and well designed setting. Menu boasts a good variety of meal options and an assortment of drinks to choose from to. Portion size is maybe lacking a little, but ingredients used are delicious and high quality. A good brunch destination for sure ✨

Tasty but small portions. Cosy atmosphere and good staff
J.
Best brunch in town!
K.
Friendly Staff , Good Service and Good Selection of Breakfast food.
Coffee was Great.
M.
Very interesting combinations of ingredients. On the more dear side but well worth it. The dishes are designed to share and you can try several things if you go as a group. The ambience is nice although a little too dark for my taste. Great place to meet friends or to impress
Y.
Lovely food
Lovely waitress
Comfortable tables and couches to sit on
Nestled away in a quiet part of the city with convenient parking
Kid friendly... was so sweet to hear the waitress talking to one of the children who come there regularly
H.
A wonderfully diverse menu, delicious food and awesome coffee. Staff were personable and very professional. Loved every moment. Great GF options.
S.
Great place for anything! After work drinks, brunch, lunch or dinner 👌 every time I go it's always a good time. I would recommend their fries, they're so damn tasty with the deep fried curry leaves and delicious sauce!
A.
Amazing place with great service and awesome food.
A.
A great foodie destination. Modern Mediterranean menu with great brunch options. The cafe gets very crowded on weekends but turnover is quick and staff very friendly. they only accept reservations for 6 or more. loved it. a must try
N.
Visiting Odettes is an absolute treat. Healthy and delicious menu options, incredibly friendly and helpful service and a modern relaxing decor. Plus, the coffee is just excellent. Smaller portions make white classics like the Cappuccino have so much more oomf. If you're usually a black coffee drinker I highly recommend trying something different here.
J.
Very impressed. Great food and drinks . Reasonable pricing. Nice crowd Kudos to Anthony. Recommended.
D.
Very trendy restaurant within walking distance of sky city. Lovely friendly service that was also really fast. The food was delicious and all things considered very reasonably priced. The ambiance of the restaurant was really good felt nice and airy. Lovely experience.
M.
Lurrrrrrrv this place, chefs are always accommodating, friendly service, the food is always fresh, lurrrrrrrv that the Chefs are always switching up with something new N exciting, Jonah n the kitchen crew are amazing!!! Makes me wonder if he is actually allowed to create his own meals or if hes on a tight reign from owners? Owners need to allow Head chef n his crew to create new n exciting new tantalising meals for our tastebuds to try, would be keen for more of chefs selection for Mainz or desserts .. jus' Sayin ✌💯🤗.
C.
Delicious brunch. Odettes Complete dish: played eggs, bacon, avocado, tomoatos, and toasted sourdough were all done perfectly. The smoothie was small but delicious. Great service. Recommended brunch spot.
C.
Absolutely brilliant. Booked a table for a birthday brunch and the chairs were comfy, the room and ambience were great, the food was amazing, drinks amazing, and such great service! The staff were all genuinely lovely! Rate this place highly, perfect place for a special day.
T.
Food was great, the front of house service was rude. A bit detached from the Kiwi culture of always happy to help. Instead of asking for us to help, they lied about, then demanded we move tables. Truth about NZ is everyone will help if treated honestly and asked politely for help. That and some very average table service ruined what was amazing food
L.
simply great service! I can't recommend enough. Five star review from me. Cheers guys!
S.
Really enjoyed the food and the service. Would be good to show the number of Vegan options online.
C.
Good food and service. Pretty crowded and popular with babies so get ready for a fair amount of noise.
N.
Amazing food😍
M.
Have been here multiple times and have never been disapointed. The menu is not cheap and plates are typical sharing small plates but the flavorful food, unique combinations and fresh ingredients make it all worth it. They currently also do BYO Tuesdays no corkage fee which was a nice way to get some friends in I in for a weeknight catch up. Will definately be doing this again!
J.
We went to Odettes a couple of times - a couple years back, and then just yesterday again. We found that the food is a bit of a hit or miss. While the Vanilla Crepe is awesome - somewhat special and quite tasty for breakfast, we also had the granola and scrambled eggs which were very mundane and overpriced. With the number of existing and new cafes/bistros/restaurants popping up in Auckland, there are much better options with better food choices. The environment however is notably pleasant, with the outdoor settings being family and dog friendly.
I.
Great food and really friendly service. Perfect place for a brunch with friends and family. Ample parking off the street that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. I tried the Wellesley smoothly, which is really delicious. Highly recommend.
B.
Food is great! Staff is great! One of the staff is from Colmar, France!! I was in Colmar last year!
The Paprika Chicken is divine, and the chips too!
S.
The whole Odette experience was gorgeous! We had lunch - the environment was relaxing with great indoors or outdoors options, the food tasted divine, the service was quick (didn't have to wait long) and the staff were so friendly.
P.
Great service and really lovely food with a decent selection and nice atmosphere. Great place for work functions.
R.
The large cafe has a modern decor with efficient and friendly staff. I love the shared plates for lunch but this time I came for my birthday brunch with 8 girlfriends and we were not disappointed. The menu had several appealing options such as Lemon Crepe Rhubarb Compote, Citrus Curd, ANZAC Crunch; Ricotta Gnudi Red Pepper Ragu, Manchego; Odettes Complete Two Eggs, Tomato, Avocado, Bacon, Whipped Feta, Sourdough - to name a few but we chose the Savoury Crepe Braised Lamb Shoulder, Baba Ghanoush and the Big Glory Bay Salmon White Bean, Apple, Parsley. I have never tasted anything so melt in your mouth delicious as the savoury crepe and the braised lamb shoulder was tender and tasty. For drinks we had the Col de’ Salici Prosecco Superiore Brut 2016 and the waitress was happy to bring a jug of orange juice for those who wanted to dilute it a little so early in the day. We also enjoyed their home made sodas of Apple, Celery & Mint; Lemon, Ginger, Rosemary & Dand; Strawberry, Vanilla & Basil; or Earl Grey Iced Tea, Peach & Orange. We finished our brunch with great coffee and a cheerful farewell from our waitress. We will be back!
C.
I have been here for dinner. 5-stars for food presentation and taste, 5-stars for customer service, 5-stars for ambience and environment, but 3-stars for the price, which is $$ relative to the portions served.
T.
Lovely meal here. Food was great. Espresso smoothy was the best I've tasted anywhere. The service was average but the food more than makes up for that. Worth a visit.
Q.
Delicious food. My friend and I ordered two dishes and one fried fries. Too full for us and the fries was wonderful!!! Highly recommend!!
P.
It was raining hard when we went to eat here. That made it harder to look for this place from where we parked. As shown in my photo. I guess it would be nice if they had signs visible from different sides of the compound. It will be helpful for first timers.
Lovely staff.
G.
Lovely food and service. We had the zucchini and it definitely lived up to the raving reviews! Definitely recommend
L.
Great ambience, relaxed service, everyone is presented nicely and are happy to help. Gorgeous menu- highly recommend
G.
Had lunch with perfect weather. The decor and the place had a we're cool but you're welcome vibe. The salad hit the right spot and I really liked the wine. Best lunch I had this trip.
A.
Went for a preshow dinner was a good start to a magical evening. Great service and wonderful food selection and good portion sizing. The food is also great for alot if diets as over 90% of the menu is gluten free.
N.
Great atmosphere, good food. Our food was a bit overcooked, but the presentation was great and the flavours were there. A bit on the pricy side, but that's to be expected.
C.
Fantastic breakfast spread in Auckland CBD
S.
Love it odettes staffs are fantastic the menu. Is brilliant I will tell my family and friends about this places. Coffee 5/5. Everybody paid for they meal that day but I decided to go back just in case someone didn't pay the duty manager thanks me for been honest. Anytime I said.. Thank you odettes..
D.
We ordered the braised short rib and Big Glory Bay salmon for brunch. The braised short rib was on point - tender meat and rich flavour. The savoury crepe along with harrisa and beetroot hummus was a good complement to the meat.
As with the salmon, the fish was beautifully cooked! However, we find that the dish lacks flavours and could really use some sauce. Perhaps their infamous whipped feta could be a good complement. And would've preferred to have more Asparagus rather than having them all chopped up and mixed inside the Freekeh.
D.
Nice place. Went on a Sunday at 11am... lots of people so there was a 5 min wait. Food was nice. Staff was very friendly. Good location. Definitely coming back.
M.
This is my new go to cafe. We went to Rosebank Cafe initially to celebrate my birthday but got fed up after waiting 45 mins just for coffees which never came. So we were then hungry and not in the best of moods when we entered Odettes. But my gosh, this place truly lives up to its reputation of being the best cafe around Auckland. Within 2 mins, water was served; our coffees came within 5 min and food was on our table even before we were halfway into our drinks. To say the service compared to the previous place is outstanding is just an understatement. A total night and day comparison and just WOW!
Now the food....my goodness the food was soooooo good. We had the braised goat, spiced ribs and herbed omelette. My 5 year old son not only ate his braised goat dish all up (he is a fussy eater) but was asking for more. So we ordered another plate and that went in no time too. My kids were both asking when we could go eat there again when we were leaving. So kudos to Odettes for making my birthday a great one after an extremely poor start at another cafe. Fast immaculate service, fabulous food, great ambiance....hits a 5 put of 5 on every level. Thank you! I will be back soon.
A.
It's ok. The food is very average, flavours are either bland or very salty. A few dishes is overcooked and/or dry. It is quite dear. Service was great and staff were attentive.
A.
Want something REALLY different for brunch? This is the place. Bacon and eggs is so last year. You really want a duck omelette. A savoury crepe with melt-in-your-mouth braised lamb and harissa. Pineapple birch muesli, for god's sake.
Expensive? A bit. Amazing breakfast that you can't get anywhere else in Auckland? Yep. Good coffee, too, albeit just espresso (no single origin filter or any such foppery here.)
S.
I love the food and great atmosphere here
M.
Great experience with really friendly staff, breakfast was filling and hot, very great tasting, and the eggs were poached perfectly.
My friends all enjoyed their meals as well, will definitely be back.
m.
Since I found this place on Instagram my top choice to visit before getting bus at Skycity where very close to walk. i didn't know twhere is the entrance walked around all building clime up the wheel stairs from the ground floor.. I could sit very comfortably with big cushions. I love the interior. My choice was Mushroom top with crapes... very salty and too big for me after light lunch,, I should had chosen sweet desert. one more chance!
R.
Always an amazing time - from the lovely and efficient staff, delicious allpress coffee, divine, tasty and interesting food and stunning interior. I return again and again and am never disappointed.
N.
Awesome spot, super fancy brunch. A bit expensive to what I'm used to but the quality of the food makes up for it. Plenty of space for big groups and the parking around there is pretty cheap.
D.
Good central location. Nice decor and outdoor area is ok. Food is just ok, every time I've been there, I've had to send something back. The food can be in the dry side or just over done , but there are a few gems in their.
J.
This place was really good! It had a nice ambience and the service and food were superb. Especially enjoyed the chips...made a simple dish amazing.
L.
Great food but certainly overpriced
L.
Excellent service. Food is on the more pricey side, but you definitely get what you pay for here. All the food tastes amazing and is presented very well.
S.
Tasty and beautiful presented food based on sharing plates. Different price varieties possible from 10 to about 55 nzd. Had a plate from every range, all excellent!
G.
I come up from Wellington often and I love to have breakfast at Odertetrs.
The food is always great and the staff exceptional .
They surpassed my expectations this weekend with their amazing customer service which is hard to find nowadays
Keep up the amazing work ☘️☘️☘️
G.
We had a delicious brunch to start our vacation in New Zealand after a long 13 hour flight. Both of our meals were exceptional and this will be a must visit spot when we return to Auckland in the future.
E.
Nice location with outside seating. Food was nice although service was rather slow as they hadn't put our order through! I'd heard great reviews so was possibly more disappointed due to that factor.
P.
We shared plates amongst a group of a dozen, with teenagers, and the food we had was all delicious. Especially enjoyed the Angus Shins, a great snack for a chilly evening.
J.
Always good food, quick service and lovely atmosphere. Didn't have to wait for a table and had a great lunch. Will be back of course!
T.
Sunday brunch and the place was humming. Very switched on matre’d and wait staff, great coffee, juices and food selection. Recommend the odettes brekkiex good variety and not overly big.
T.
Amazing!
J.
Had a brunch catch up with a friend here and really enjoyed the food! The consistency of this place is amazing as i have been here more than once and the food is always amazing 😊😊
K.
This is one of my favourite breakfast spots. Their food is unique, creative and flavoursome. Their coffee is excellent. And they change their menu to suit the produce that is in season.
K.
Friendly Staff , Good Service and Good Selection of Breakfast food.
Coffee was Great.
A.
The food was delicious, the cocktails were okay and they were absolutely fantastic about a large group with varied allergies.
A.
Tasy and beautiful presentation.
Q.
Outstanding service and food... gluten free options were incredible and we really enjoyed sharing as a family with our one celiac! Sensational
P.
A hidden gem in Auckland CBD. Went for breakfast two mornings in a row. Great atmosphere, awesome food and staff amazing!!!!!
N.
Odette's offers fantastic flavour combinations and an inner-city garden alfresco atmosphere, both of which you'll keep coming back for. The service is attentive and genuinely happy to see you and the onsite parking is plentiful. This is a must try if you're in or around the CBD.
C.
The most amazing food and service, get in early to get a table. Coffee is tip notch
B.
Been here for brunch and dinner. The food is great! It would be nice to have a mains option for dinner. The whole "share small plates" thing can sometimes be a gimmick
N.
Good for catching up with friends in the city. Very busy and very nice food. Table service was a little blah and prices a little on the expensive side also had to pay for parking. but ok when compared to location and atmosphere.
S.
Great place. Great food. Just a bit out of my way. Service very good. Even when busy.
M.
Really tasty brunch spot
S.
A nice morning breakfast. Some varied options and delicious coffee. Parking on site is a bonus.
T.
Nice atmosphere, really like the design of the place. Food is ok but the lunch menu wasn’t really interesting. The coffee is good though
T.
Very professional and posh eatery - coffee was nice and staff were well trained. Good spot for meetings.
Z.
Great food, amazing service. I often visit and never had any bad experience.
F.
Lovely breakfast and great coffee. Eggs were very tasteful
B.
Fantastically delicous food. Awesome friendly service. Nice atmosphere. Will definitely be returning for brunch again!
V.
Fantastic from the minute we walked in. Greeted warmly and promise kept that we wouldn't wait long for a table. Really exciting menu, creative and delicious. Can't wait to return!
D.
Food was outstanding but the service was a bit slow and impersonal. It was a very busy holiday morning, so somewhat understandable. I would certainly go again in hopes of a little better service.
H.
Great service, friendly and amusing. Perfect spot for a coffee and pastry in the early afternoon.
T.
Please do not track where I go and please stop these questions.
i.
Exquisite, good place for dating
L.
Exceptional Mediterranean food and excellent service. Recommend for a evening dinner.
X.
Food was superb delicious, also great staff service
L.
Best cafe, and dinner in town. Consistently on point and such delicious flavour. Creative and beautiful dishes. Love love LOVE!
R.
Very nice brunch menu. Excellent friendly service. The scramble with haloumi and the chips were sensational! Highly recommended.
J.
Great food, portion sizes could be bigger for sharing
T.
Very clean restaurant, fantastic meal with excellent service by Justin and his staff. Very clean restaurant
N.
Really tasty food. The place is geared towards an affluent demographic. Which is great if that's what you are looking for. Take a look at the menu before you visit.
K.
Yummy food .. lovely helpful staff, great place to sit outside .. very comfortable and modern
M.
Coffee and vibe were good but wasn't happy with the roasted? pickled? root vege salad: heavy handed on the vinegar and salt; almost raw and a challenge to chomp through!
H.
It was very good. Is it something completely out of the ordinary? Not really. I'd be happy to go again.
L.
Geat family atmosphere and the grandchildren enjoyed the play area. The food was delicious, with great service offered
V.
Tasty but small portions. Cosy atmosphere and good staff
J.
Food was delicious but got charged a 10% surcharge because we were a big group even though we did a set menu and had not been informed that this would be happening.
L.
Amazing food. Was incredibly busy so a wait is to be expected for food and drinks to arrive.
T.
maybe little expensive. but great quality of food. good for casual brunch with a book to read. great interier and clean toilets.
Coffee is better than frenchises.
J.
Restaurant is nice. Dishes are quite small and a little expensive. The publicity is a picture of a place with a pool; that makes you think the place is like that but is not.
M.
Food is incredible!!! Always super busy, so be sure to book
F.
It deserves its reputation, but for a new immigrant like us, the price is a bit on the high side. We love the food though!
G.
Meh. Average at best. Staff pleasant but food mediocre. Had bbq chicken whuch was fatty and tasteless. Not worth the money and expemsive for what it is.
r.
Great food, good central location with plenty of parking also. It pays to get in early on weekends for brunch as it gets extremely busy.
A.
4 old school friends and their partners went here for dinner and not only was the food amazing, the ambience was great and loui our waiter looked after us as well..... odettes imitative to have BYO on a Tuesday is brill!! Thank you
A.
A five star food, a very nice place and very good staff. If the portion size wasn't so small I would have given them 5.
H.
