A.There are two pizza huts in Bairds Rd - this one was not the one I thought I ordered from... They are so busy with orders, you'd expected the standard of the food to suffer, but it did not... Hot tasty pizzas and the wait times weren't too bad!
M.Excellent customer service. It was a late order, ready at 10:52pm and they close at 11pm. Wen we arrived the doors were closed but signs were still out. Even tho it was late he waited for me to pick up my order.
There were fights happening outside and sirens everywhere, hence why he decided to close the door but was still busy working inside.
Our pizzas were amazing as usual! It's Pizza Hut, what more can I say... the awesome customer service was the cherry on top!
So of course def recommend A++++
U.5 stars for customer service. 1 star for ambiance and 3 stars for the Magherita pizza. Nothing wrong with the pizza. It was not what I am accustomed to. 4 stars for the chocolate mousse because it should be sold in a 1kg container. It was smooth, Whittaker's chocolatey and satisfying.
S.Small store located on Bairds Road Otara.
Adverts do not honestly portray what you can get when ordering. Regular pizza with chips for $5.00 accompanied by a picture. Straight forward advertisement right? Wrong!!! It relates to only 4 flavors. To top it off the chips weren't bad. Nice and hot but a bit salty. Pizza was a little crispy and burnt on top, but that's ok too for some. Anyway ended up getting a $5.00 deal. Had a bite and passed it on to the kids. Pizza is pizza to them anyway lol!!!
Y.I made a mistake but the staff were very understanding. Very satisfied with my experience.
B.I got some misinformation when ordering delivery.
I was told my pizza order was going to cost around $60 for all of it ( Include delivery ) then when the order arrived at our home it was almost $90.
Pizza was still good.
T.I bought an 'italian lover's' pizza & a 'seafood' pizza ... which was really lovely! ... Thank you Otara Pizza Hut!! ... You made delicious pizza & because of that ... I'll definitely order from youz again!! ... & the customer service & order 'time' was excellent! ... cudn't understand you though ... hahaha! ... that's algud! ... that's alright ... we can all but try! ... thanx XD

Brought 2 large Hawaiian for $5.50 each
2 large pepperoni for $6.50 each and 2 cheesy pizza for $5.50 each. Great family value fast service. Pick up
G.Pizza tastes yum for existing pizza menus but for additional sauces and toppings you pay for, its almost non-existent or unbalanced. E.g. we asked for BBQ and mayo sauces and its either all BBQ and the tiniest lines of mayo or vice versa. It happens every time we order from here, hoping they'd get it right the next time
s.Best pizza’s. Dough is so soft and fresh.. fantastic taste as well
