Beautiful place with a good scenic view and fresh air. Food was amazing too. Loved the pizza, vegan burger, chicken burger, fish burger, Tempura tofu , crispy cauliflower and delicious Margherita was just in a different league given the good quality of buffalo mozzarella, basil and tomatoes and We loved the refreshing mocktails too it was virgin mules, and strawberry tomatoes. Staff service was awesome too. Must visit place .✌🏻

Everything consumed was delicious! The pizzas are huge and tasty, burgers great. My favourite was the ham hock croquette as a starter. The calamari was great too. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the mulled winter fruits, but you can't go wrong with everything else!

Great food, yummy cocktails, fantastic staff, amazing location/view of the sea...what else do you need? 5 stars for The Conservatory. There's parking close by. I've even been there outside of summer and they'll give you blankets, so handy! On my most recent dinner, I was very impressed by the service provided by Jiri. He's a real pro, knows his stuff, is attentive and always ensures a high level of customer service. Highly recommend 👍🏽

we always come here. Food and cocktails never disappoint, great place and good atmosphere. Today in particular they took 1 hour to bring my food. the waitress apologized for it and we could understand it because the place was fully booked. It would be good as when this happens, they inform the customer if there is delay in the kitchen before taking a seat. Anyway, excellent place!

Waterfront dinning with an amazing atmosphere. Staff are a treat to deal with open to any suggestions or late night orders. Definitely a must to try and did I mention the food is made fresh just to tingle your taste buds so for a taste of the highlife The Conservatory is definitely a place you can not miss.

The food and service was good. When we arrived they asked if we would like still or sparkling watering, we chose still thinking it was tap water. It was disappointing to see it was $11 for a bottle when it came to paying the bill. This needs to be disclosed at the beginning. Wouldn't come back because of this. Just a trick way to get more money from customers.

First of all, excellent selection for someone with ceoliac disease! We had a great experience with a male staff member from Czech Republic. I have a rare oesophogus disease and he was able to provide the entire ingredient list for myself, I appreciate how annoying that must be during a busy shift. Thanks again to the owners of the business and the chefs for including 'difficult' people like myself!

The Ocean's Catch pizza is hands down my favourite meal from their menu! Order it if you haven't tried it yet and make sure they give you slices of lemon (they didn't when I was there last). Kumara fries are also delish - crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Good service and really great location especially in the summer when the wind is welcome as you're sat at one of their outdoor tables. I'll always go back here for the Ocean's Catch pizza and I pray it'll never be removed from the menu.

It is ok, but not spectacular. Service is excellent but staff should take the EFTPOS machine to the table. It is inconvenient large groups agglomerating behind you or around the machine when sitting outside. We ordered pizza, calamari and fries. Coke from the machine was flat.

Was open till late. They have pizza and fries available for late night snack or meal and also drinks till about 11pm. The pizza was amazingly tasty and surprisingly large. We loved it. View from the outside area was nice too. We totally recommend it. Cocktails were also very tasty and refreshing.

Spent a jet lagged afternoon chilling at this bar. Staff were friendly, plenty of comfy seats to sit back, relax and enjoy the view. Bar is situated in a popular area so lots of people waking about and it can get busy. Has nice views of the port. Didn't have any food but did manage to sample a good portion of the cocktail menu.

Great spot to enjoy a pizza, fries or a cold drink. The place is well set up and great for groups, couples, and friends to enjoy, lunch, dinner or a good night out. There is seating inside and outside and we like that there are couches if you just want to have a relaxed dining experience. We normally order the pizzas which are consistently tasty and great to share. The service is always good, nice food and a good location, worth a visit anytime of the day or year.

Great service and amazing food right on the water. We had the cheese board and the parmesan truffle fries which were both amazing! The cheese board was great value with three cheeses, pesto, fig jam, breads, crackers and grapes and the shoestring fries were to die for. Great spot!

I cannot recommend The Conservatory enough! I’ve been there a couple of times and have been thoroughly impressed with the food, service and amazing cocktails each time. Go hungry and thirsty, come out satisfied! We had the rubs, pulled pork burger, soft crab burger, calamari and chicken pizza. All were delicious and generous servings. Personal favourite is the beer served in a vase. Staff were all attentive and friendly. Food came out quickly, price is reasonable considering the area.

The customer service is really good. In the cold winter they provide blankets and hot packs so sitting outside at night is actually really nice. I like outside tables but I always get too cold but this place has such a good environment for me. Their pizza is massive, sharing a pizza and a couple of side dishes was a perfect amount to snack on for four people.

We had a beautiful meal at Conservatory tonight. All three courses were perfect. We started with the Prawns and Fish Bites as a shared starter. We followed this with the Soft Shell Crab Burger and the Salmon Fish of the Day. Both were divine. The staff were really helpful and knowledgeable. They helped us choose both our food and drinks. Great location and wonderful service! The prices were also here reasonable, with $12 Pims and $12 local beers (there is a special effort to source locally brewed beers). Even though the area is a little out of the way and is basically an industrial pier it's not too noisy or ugly.

Excellent experience this past Saturday afternoon. Booked a table front and centre for 6 of us to watch race one/two of the Parada cup final. Served by a number of staff, but Emma was stand out! Had the knack of knowing exactly when to come and check on food and beverage levels. If I’m honest, $150/person for the VIP spot was quite expensive (6 people), but we had a great time.

I had a table booked for over 15 people on the 14th Oct, Saturday for dinner around 7:30 pm. The attender showed our reserved table and then we all were seated. The odd part was that all the waiters/waitress were wearing these headphones and nobody bothered to approach our table for service! It appeared a lot like a Star Trek environment! I, and my guests had to go and ask for service at all times! That was ridiculous! I was expecting to get a high quality service in a good high-end restaurant. But that wasn't the case. It was a sheer disappointment. How hard is it for one waiter to come to our table, take the order, confirm the order and delivering it a little quicker? And, for the same waiter to come and check to ensure the service was given properly? Isn't that how a customer gets served? It ain't rocket science! The drinks took ages to arrive. The drinks were all brought separately and all not at once! The starters/sides came after the mains and platters when it was all eaten! I was perplexed that a restaurant with a 4.0 rating was not organized at all! Customer Service was ZERO! Delivering of order was ZERO! Lamb Meatballs were extremely SALTY! $45 down the drain! Stuffed Mushrooms lacked SALT?!?! It tasted bland! $40 down the drain! Seems like the chef was clearly oblivious to the dishes. Cajun Chicken Skewers, Glazed Baby Beetroot, Rosemary Fries, Kumara Fries, Duck Fat Potatoes, Ocean Catch, and Southern Flame were scrumptious and edible. If I ever plan to come back, I would definitely order these. Highly appreciate the seating arrangement and the view. It was very pleasant. Team, I am not trying to be this bad/rude customer but when you don't get what you expect from a high-end restaurant we all will eventually vent! Would I recommend The Conservatory? Yes, I would but with a caution. I wasn't willing to write a review but you emailed me asking for one! So, reviews are provided at Trip Advisor, YELP, Zomato and Google review as well. ****MY OLD REVIEW**** It's ok, you guys got back to Me for a free meal which I haven't come forth yet. I rate you a 4 star now.

We booked a table for the first Americas Cup race in March, we had a great afternoon at The Conservatory. Emma and Elly were terrific hosts, we never had to look for them, they were always there when we needed something, the food was great, the drinks were great, we look forward to doing it all again.

Simply amazing! Gorgeous premises with amazing lighting and fire pit/ place. Extensive drink selection and I may have eaten the best steak of my life here. Starters and mains had a good range of gluten free options. No Gluten free desserts on offer however. The coeliac in our group didn't mind though as he enjoyed his main so much. The best part of our visit was our server Steve. She was very knowledgeable about both the food and drink menus and has a rock star personality. we simply adore her and will definitely be back.

Great experience here. The gin fizz drinks we had were absolutely delicious, as was the large pizza we shared. The food arrived fast even though the place was busy! And all of the staff were friendly and polite. Amazing view right by the water as well. Definitely coming back!

The Conservatory bar is my favourite place to go out for many years. We catch up there for drinks with friends, go for romantic dinners and celebrate birthdays. I always choose them for delicious pizzas and great service. So we never doubted where we will have our wedding party :). Everything was fantastic! From first talk with Joey about our menu till the last minutes of our special day. They allowed us to decorate tables with flower arrangements and keep our own wedding cake in their chiller. We even were allowed to organise the ceremony in the bar in case of rain (with wedding arch, music band etc). Roisin and Emma were so helpful, kind and polite. Absolutely fabulous servise! All our guests enjoyed the food and drinks. It was an unforgettable night for all of us. We can't thank you enough and can't recommend you enough. You are amazing! Mila.

This was the second time we had dinner here, the first was very satisfying and enjoyable for both the food and atmosphere however on our second time round it was not!! The booking was a Saturday evening, they had booked in a company function that evening and did not advise us of this at the time of booking so we ended up having to yell at each other to be heard most of the night. Joey the manager runs a tight ship and all his staff are eager to help and they go out of their way to make your visit enjoyable. The pizzas are brilliant for sharing. Even on a very busy New Year’s Eve they were able to accomodate us as a walk in without a booking. Shuffled some tables around and made a space. Despite being super busy after an already long day, staff we’re smiling and service was up to the usual standard.

I've been to this place few times now and Every time it's fast service and easy to talk to staff. I usually order seafood pizza and it's absolutely to die for! The crust is nice and thin and crispy on the sides just like i like it ! The pizza is also very large! So you will definitely can have it as a meal. The decor is very cool and relaxing. The best thing is that even if it's busy you do not feel like you are sharing your personal space.

The food is exceptional, especially if you like pizza(be warned they are big) but come out classic thin crust Italian style. Wash this down with there house brew lager or signature cocktail. I came for lunch with my family and the food was delightful, we had the Ocean Catch pizza, crunchy and so big we could not even finish it. We also had the fish of the day, which was cooked to perfection and mussels and bread and dips for entree (best mussels in town). This is the third time I have visited The Conservatory and every time they have been so accommodating of my very long list of dietary requirements. Joey was incredibly helpful and ensured I was able to have a suitable meal which was delicious. We were even able to enjoy the beautiful view and people watch with a table right out front in the sun. Our server was lovely also and Joey personally came to discuss my meal and ensure we were well looked after. There is heated outside seating with couches and tables (it looked like a good spot for groups). I had two glasses of wine (solid wine list) and ordered the Cajun pizza. The Pizzas are HUGE and would easily feed 3 people. The pizza crust was nice with good taste/texture but the toppings and sauced lacked flavor. The staff are amazingly accommodating and friendly, the Maître d, Dell, always goes out of her way to make sure we are comfortable, well hydrated and fed.
