Reviews of The Glass Goose

Great space, food and drinks. Enjoyed the experience
P.
Nice ambience on a hot sunny Auckland day. Cold adult beverages, and the potatoe skins are delish!
Wait staff pleasant.
Place to go when in the CBD.
A.
Nuffin.. i said nuffink's gonna stop me from enjoying a #RestaurantMonth Fri night dinner at... #GlassGoose ! I thought i was gonna go for the crumbed pork belly entree, pan roasted market fish main and cardamom brulee dessert but i caved. I ended up ordering the duck confit instead of the fish. Pictured here is my cardamom brulee and friend's chocolate marquise dessert .

Fantastic roof bar, delicious cocktails and awesome staff. A great start to a wonderful evening.
D.
Loved the look and feel of the glass goose, this would be the best location for after work drinks or dinner, the outdoor dining area is open, perfect for warm days. Food and service was quick and polite, the beef brisket I felt was a little dry, but the bread was delicious and crusty.

We dined at The Glass Goose after work for August Restaurant Month and this was a new place for me to try. Upon entering the restaurant bar upstairs, the space is remarkable with a natural outdoor to indoor flow with stylish natural wood and warm leather interiors set amidst glass accents with intimate soft lighting.
The service staff was impressive from entering being most inviting and readily engaging. Our server was simply exceptional as she was warm, bubbly, informative and very attentive. This amplified an already positive dining experience.
We ordered Pinot Noir and mocktails to accompany their 3 course Restaurant Month menu of an entree selection of crumbed pork belly, chilli Wagyu beef lettuce cup and Warehou croquette. The stand out were the beef and pork for gorgeous textures and moorish flavour. Following on, we enjoyed the mouth watering pan roasted Snapper on smoked kumara purée with choy sum and finished up with chocolate marquis with freeze dried raspberry and vanilla ice cream. Our meals were delightful and satisfying.
The overall dining experience was amazing with a relaxed ambiance, The Glass Goose was the perfect mid week post work spot to indulge in some memorable cuisine. Highly recommended with distinction!

Okay, first off, lemme just tell you how pretty this place is - wine barrels, signs, cherry blossom trees and flower vases everywhere this lil rooftop place is the cutest prettiest thing in the city everrrrr (bye Kimchi Project).
The menu is designed to be shared, but if you don’t want to, they have sharing plates of different sizes and they have a bites menu as well.
Also plenty on the drinks menu.
As for food, we got the halloumi with grapes, and the baked polenta with kale. It sounds yuck and healthy I know, but I loved the halloumi and I loved loved the baked polenta - the halloumi was refreshing and just yum and the baked polenta was light, fluffy, and also yum asf and with the crispy salty kale over the top it was omg!
Not the best I’ve had but the views were just so nice that I don’t even care. For drinks we got the basil grande and the lemon rosemary; the basil grande was sweet which I didn’t mind but I tasted no vodka which was unfortunate. The lemon rosemary was different, but gorggg.
Service was lovely.
And did I mention the place is pretty? 5/5.

The cocktails are of a top tier quality which is reflected in the price. Excellent range of top shelf liquor, smaller range of rosé. My only hangup was the tonic tastes like CO2. Almost like it had been through a soda stream.
s.
Superb ambiance. Definitely one of the best rooftop kind of bars in Auckland CBD. Great vibe and great crowd. Good range of drinks and awesome music. Great seating even in winters. Very cosy. Not the cheapest but excellent service. Can get really busy around weekends. Highly recommended.
T.
Top notch service from Arthur and the team!
Great Christmas atmosphere too, you gotta try the Gingerbread Eggnog. The food was right up there too. Our group tried everything on the Bites and Medium menus and none of it disappointed.
Special mentions were:
The Braised Pork Cheeks,
Mussel Fritter,
And the Duck Fat Potato Skins.
We tried all the desserts too, so if you want something to finish off any signs of hunger then go for the Salted Caramel Whoopie Pie!
R.
Had an awesome night at the Glass Goose. The birtish woman that was manager on duty was amazing. Checking on our table constantly and provided excellent service. And so did the entire team.
The DJ they had booked was great too!
Definitely recommend!
W.
Came in for a late lunch, had the pulled brisket with Potato skins cooked in duck fat. Service was nice, friendly and helpful. All in all an okay place to have a quiet lunch.
H.
Service 7/10 - would be better if FOH waitress smiled :)
Food 8/10- oyster was fresh, salad was very good, fish of the day wasn’t so fresh but presentation of the dish was very good.
Overall excellent dining experience. Recommended for groups after work.
A.
Really nice location. The non alcoholic options were great for those of us who were driving. Everyone who had the cocktails also really liked theirs! We also has the ribs and they were really great (wish I took a photo but we demolished them too fast!) Great bar and will be back.

Good atmosphere, nice indoor, outdoor transition. I felt it was a little on the expensive side for what you got but food was good. Wine nice, service efficient.

It being spring at the moment, went for the Spring Blossom Roof top Pop Up they were running. Place is tucked away in a side street opposite Sky Tower main entrance. Hip and happening place and very buzzing. DJ was awesome that night. But was disappointed on service. We booked for an outside table and got an inside one. Even after making the booking well ahead of time....4days in advance. My friend who made all the necessary arrangements even showed the email of the confirmation. Didn't even make the effort to help us. Says sharing plate on their menu but was totally fooled. Very small portion that even for a grown up. So didn't go for mains just for entrees. Food is presented and made well but very misleading on the sharing bit. Great view of the sky tower you can see inside the restaurant. Based on services neglecting there I give it a 4. Otherwise great place.

We had a team event at the Glass Goose starting with a painting session. Please see some of the below comments:
"I think it was the best team do ever, the painting was such fun and the food was delicious."
"The waitress was very sweet and the food was really good. I think the decor of the restaurant was really nice too, I would recommend Glass Goose".
"There was a good selection of food on the menu, and from what I could see coming to our table it all looked very tasty. We were a big party and I think there was some confusion as to who had ordered what, but the staff were really friendly and it was sorted out pretty quickly."
Overall a very enjoyable evening, thanks to the team at Glass Goose.

I have been here a few times. It is always busy but there is an area inside and outside, so you can avoid the loud music if you want to.
I've enjoyed the food and drinks. Service is also very good.
K.
Pleasant surprise hidden away next to the Sky Tower this roof top bar was really enjoyable on. Friday late avo. Not too many young young people, chilled music live DJ provided a good atmosphere. Plenty of room and good food.. would recommend
A.
Consistently good food and beautiful interior. Came on the first table voucher and ordered way too much food, managed to finish it all because it was so good :)
M.
The glass goose is just a little different, so is the food. I enjoyed it. It’s a little hard to find but that’s part of the fun. A lot of vegetarian options. Great cocktails. I especially enjoyed that there was no loud music so we could actually talk with each other. Great ambiance and friendly service. Highly recommended.
E.
Came here as a treat with my friend loved every moment! the atmosphere and decor is absolutely stunning and the food was incredible. We had the espresso martini and blossum cocktail and they were delicious! I highly recommend the prawn tacos as well. Maddie, our waitress, was very welcoming and helpful and was really sweet. Amazing customer service. She recommended our desert which was an absolute delight. Will definitely come again!
C.
Had a really nice cocktail mix (cant remember name) but it had prosecco and candyfloss... but aside from drinks the venue is quite hidden and you'd fins yourself in like a rooftop bar, great for summer drinks and getogethers
A.
Great place for a cocktail (or 3) or even a stop in for a bite and drink.
This place caters for all kinds of groups and individuals.
Be it a cosy drink of 2, or an after work hang session with mates.
Great bar staff and massive range of drinks
R.
Great vibe and drinks at spring bottomless high tea. Good service from staff too 🙂
S.
I was aware of this place and had been for drinks previously but when we came for restaurant month I was highly impressed by both the service and the food. I had duck, which was beautifully cooked and cardamom creme brulee, which was delightfully balanced. Would recommend for date night as the restaurant side has a lovely cosy atmosphere.
M.
Well worth the visit. Really enjoyed our meal.
J.
Giving this place four stars as the ambience is really nice and the shared platters were a good price and very filling, especially the mozzarella waffles! Only downside was that there were limited menu options and there was no chicken.
d.
Went for the bottomless high tea got stuck inside round a small bar table that suited one person not three we asked to move to outside (where there were plenty of spare tables) on a nice sunny day why be stuck inside?! Frozen Aperot spritzer was awful. Scape Grace Gin was very good all part of the bottomless brunch deal. High tea food was good not amazing.
Y.
I have been there twice and have to say the food is great but service is disappointing. I went there with a friend last Saturday for their bottomless brunch and it was very disorganised. There were constant mix ups with the table orders and at the end it seemed way too difficult to figure out which table we sat at. But this I would have excused as the staff seemed new and I think it's their first time organising such an event.
The most disappointing part was when we asked for Tomato sauce and was told there would be an extra charge for it. You'd think at a place were you were paying $60 for bottomless drinks you could get bottomless condiments but no. Not to mention tomato sauce is actually cheaper than Aioli/mayo (which was what they were serving with the potato skins) so we'd actually be saving them money. This kind of stingy attitude doesn't reflect well on the restaurant and it doesn't cost them much at all to have just give it to us.
It's just disappointing and unfortunate. If the service was good or even just adequate this would have been a 5 star review.
Y.
Great outdoor seating and environment. Staff are friendly.
N.
Great food with a variety of sharing platters to try amongst a group of friends or just the two of you
Friendly staff prompt service & a convivial atmosphere make for an enjoyable night out
S.
My partner and I went for the $40 set menu as part of Restaurant Month. Fantastic value and we left feeling contented and looking forward to our next Glass Goose visit.
The entrees were tasty. The Pork Belly was tender and left ample room for the duck. In fact, we both chose the duck and weren’t disappointed. Probably one of the best duck dishes I’ve had as it’s all in the way the duck is cooked. This was just right and with the combination of the Lake Hayes Pinot Noir, went down a treat!
To round off, the chocolate marquis dish for me and the cardamom brûlée for my partner who loved the delicate spice flavour.
The service was attentive, yet not too intrusive, leaving us free to chat and enjoy the wonderful food before us.
The Glass Goose is set in a spacious area adjacent to the Sky Tower. We opted for an indoor table and on the night we went (a Thursday) it wasn’t too busy.
Highly recommended!
G.
I was pretty excited to come here as I'd heard a bit about it - but we had lunch here with 4 friends, and the food was expensive, average quality, and the portions were on the small side. I'd have scored lower, but the staff were friendly and the location/decor is undeniably good. Shame really. I guess it might be better in the evenings? I wouldn't go there for lunch again though... :(
K.
Service was good. Issue was .. we were charged $70 extra for drinks we did not have. Had to go back and ask for refund. Reminder to people to always check your receipts. Or pay as you order.
L.
Lovely space, good selection of drinks. Our cocktails were tasty but had no consistency, 3 of the same all were filled to different levels and had different garnishes, leaving some short changed ($18 a drink). Service was of note as it was the rudest I’ve experienced for an extended period. Replace or spend serious time training staff and this venue might justify the menu prices and fit out. I wish I had checked reviews before visiting as this lovely city has so many better options.
J.
Great little place hidden away. Fantastic atmosphere setup, high quality bar snacks, great cocktails
A.
Staff members are friendly, attentive, and eager to make and ensure that you have good experience there. Food are quite good. I love my lamb main dish, though the pulled pork appetiser is a bit too small for me. My chocolate dessert is fabulous. Their wine selection are quite good, and their sangria was delicious.
G.
The place is very cool and modern, has a really good vibe to it. The atmosphere is nice, service is good. Cocktails are nothing spectacular and very plain. Food is tasty although insanely small portions (even the large ones are just very tiny), which is really a huge let down.
R.
The best place to buy a Bombay G & T! A more than average drinking experience. General atmosphere is quite nice. Not sure about the food but the restaurant looks nice. A romantic spot.
A.
Great place . Didn't realise it's quite big. Sat outside in the front courtyard and were looked after by a very pleasant young hostess. Really enjoyed it. Drinks or snacks or dinner
M.
3 of us went for an early dinner after a recommendation. Cool place with a good vibe and obviously popular for after work drinks. Unfortunately food was very average. Fish didnt taste very fresh and was overcooked. The lamb dish was tasty enough but once again overcooked and same again with the duck. Great service though with a smile.
D.
Nice ambience in central but food isn't good enough for the price, 30$ for this breakfasts isn't worthy.
X.
Best restraunt/bar I’ve ever been to. I met the love of my life here and go back every year. Would definitely recommend smoked potato waffles and the eggplant chips. Cocktails are also incredible. The service is top notch and all of the servers are very kind and attentive.
J.
My favourite dining place! Meals are amazing, the workers are lovely & the desserts are scrumptious. Highly recommend this restaurant
N.
My fiancé and I were invited to a 21st and would recommend this venue to everyone. From the street you see a discreet flight of stairs but once you reach the top you are greeted by an expansive outdoor area with a great wooden deck, plentiful outdoor seating and greenery that make you feel at home. The indoor area is just as big with a wrap around bar facing out towards the deck and a seated area for dining. We were there for approximately 3 hours from 7pm and the place had a steady flow of trendy people coming and going so will definitely be back. The service was really efficient considering the amount of patrons that night which is a definite must for us. If you're looking for a great venue or a place to start the night, give The Glass Goose a try
P.
I was here for some drinks after work tried the duck fat potato skins and pork slide, which was amazing. The atmosphere is really good and special thanks to akshay who game me a fantastic service, he was really quick and efficient while serving me. Would definitely recommend this place if someone wants some nice drinks and good service. This hidden away bar is my go to place when I stay in Auckland for work. Nice atmosphere and good food and drink. The staff really good and friendly.... especially Akshay who is always welcoming with a big smile and makes sure I’m well looked after!
T.
Sunday afternoon - quiet elevated hub in the heart of the shops! Initially was fine as we were doing our own wine tasting then it started to fill up anyway! Good menu, vibe & service 👍
E.
Walked in without any expectations. Was really surprised by the quality of the food. The beef short ribs were exceptional. Possibly the best beef dish I've had in Auckland but the portion was a bit small. Even though the menu specifically mentioned the dish was for sharing It was not big enough. The ambiance is really cool. Highly recommended.
A.
Nice hangout spot. Oysters were fresh and delicious.
B.
Very popular restaurant with great service. Nothing spectacular with the menu but well prepared and very tasty. Happy to recommend to as a reasonably priced place that offers good value for money.
M.
My dad had visited the Glass Goose last night on the 5/12 for a work due, catering to around 50 people from his job, can I just say he would not stop talking about it when he got home, he was so happy and cheerful he demanded we must go! He also mentioned being looked after by an “angel” I’m assuming the waitress who looked after him was called Angel lol. Apparently she was amazing and was so professional and he did not have anything to worry about, also food was amazing and Angel made sure the food came out at the right time, he will definitely be back! 5/5!!!
P.
They had these potato based waffle things which were amazing. I enjoyed them and if they weren't finger food at a party I would have eaten more.
A.
Really nice place to grab a drink. Came on a Friday night and they had a good atmosphere with good music. Would come again if I came back to Auckland :)
K.
Three stars more than enough for this place.
It was Christmas event and the fish dish was cold, no flavour at all with few green peas.
The beef was cold, covered in fat and blood.
The deserts was chocolate and ice cream. It was completely frozen and ready to serve.
The three stars only for the good service and the nice bar.
T.
Friendly staff but slow service for drinks, average pouring of beers. Disappointed that they were out of fries so had the potato skins instead. Nothing exceptional, but nothing outstanding.
M.
The food was very good but not amazing for the price, and the 'large' menu items were smaller than expected. However the atmosphere is good and the staff are very friendly (although we were asked if we wanted dessert three times by different waitresses after refusing several times).
K.
10.30pm on a Saturday night and it was dead 🙁 bloody pandemic. Also they were out of syrub to make the best sounding mocktail on their menu, which was disappointing as it was our reason for dropping in.
C.
Very nice place with a stunning exterior decoration. However the staff is very bad... They don't serve you the menu when you arrive, the waitress came 4 times to our table to tell us that the wine wasn't available. They are not very smiling. I may come back just for the atmosphere but it is too bad for the staff...
S.
Great place to meet up for after work drinks. Bar staff are friendly and professional. Haven't had a chance to have a meal here yet. Great atmosphere and only a handful of rooftop bars in Auckland.
Only current downside is the noise from the CRL construction which can't really be helped.
L.
Great venue, responsive and friendly staff. One of the best bars/eateries in Auckland. Great for after work drinks or convenient for work functions! Loved the Beekeepers Blossom Cocktails too! Thanks to Chloe and the Team!
B.
On a Saturday evening, lively atmosphere but chill enough to enjoy an intimate dinner or quiet drink with a friend. Great staff that look after you well. Just had a pinot gris as part of the Stoneleigh event, will definitely return for a meal one day, as well as a cocktail or two. Ambience is cosy, with part of the place open-roofed and nice lattices with soft, festive strings of lights. Great view looking up at the Sky Tower and whatever colour lights they have shining on it.
B.
The head of house seemed to be low-riding his pants as we could see his underwear. The music was so loud we had to shout at each other while eating dinner. But, the food was incredible and definitely something different. I recommend this place for after work drinks or a quick meal.
M.
Service was average,a smile would help, if you like suits and people dressed up after finishing work for the day this is for you
M.
Lovely food, high price, small portions
Visited on Monday night as part of a group. The menu comes with small medium and large, but some of the large plates were smaller than the medium plate. Some good value for money items but would pay to have a look at what else has been served in order to get good value
I do love this space and place but might go to velvet burger adjacent to address an appetite.
Visit this complex at twice a year like clockwork
D.
Great food. Great drink. Atmosphere is good in the summertime. But the comfort level do drop in the winter. Potato skins are the best!
C.
Pretty chill place, would be nice with a wider range of beers!
N.
Auckland needs more bars like this - the open roof top is on the 3rd floor I think, and the fit out is great. Good drinks, good service, and their pop ups are legendary. Also good for a sit down dinner - the carpaccio is my favourite.
J.
This place is a hidden gem. We were struggling to find a cafe with a breakfast menu that inspired us. Tucked away but massive + atmospheric on the inside with industrial retro-chic fit out. Staff were extremely pleasant. Awesome service. But the best feature was the food.
Nom!
J.
Loved this place downstairs room perfect for private group. Yummy food girls behind the bar worked so hard non stop all with a smile.
T.
One of the places to be during New Years. Good liquor, cocktails and short eats. You would be in the hive of activity during that time and pretty much the place to be celebrating..beware of crowds, loud music and high spirits in every sense!!
C.
Really cool place. I didn't know it existed but a good find. It did seem like time stopped because the music playing literally had the same beat the entire night so it was more of a stand and have a convo with the classic bob to the beat rather than a dance. Great lighting for selfies.
I.
Great place for after work drinks. Good beer and snacks.
R.
This place is pretty spacious so my go-to place during the pandemic. Their restaurant month menu was a bit average but their regular menu's okay.
a.
Lovely menu. Food great. Indoor and outdoor dining. Staff with lovely service.
K.
Had drinks there on a Friday night so can only comment about those. Prices same as anywhere else in city. Good range of options. DJ. Not overly crowded.
A.
Came with my husband on Tuesday for lunch. We ordered Duck Breast, Brisket meat Bun and Duck fat Skins. The food came out fast and was amazing too. Duck was nice especially the sauce that it came with really complemented the duck, Brisket meat bun was nice and moist & duck fat skins just tasted heaven. We will definitely be back again.
S.
Always a pleasure to visit, the team here are habitually welcoming & consistently provide excellent service. The duckfat potatoes are to die for & there is a good range of drinks to choose from.
C.
Do enjoy an after work wine here. Unsure about the seats against the wall though, can never work out how to sit comfortably on them. Let's face it though if that's my only issue... It's rather great!
J.
Went here for the winter garden (Fridays in June). Food in the actual restaurant is really good and the staff were super helpful and friendly. A bit crowded and loud in the evenings but I imagine it would be a great place for lunch.
A.
Hidden gem in the heart of the CBD.
Very nice setting -with a beautiful and big terrace- friendly staff, peculiar and excellent dishes to share.
Very good vegetarian and gluten free options.
S.
Interesting menu, with good flavours and quality ingredients.
Upbeat, knowledgeable staff and good wine and beverage selection.
Lively atmosphere, but not overwhelmingly loud.
I.
Great atmosphere and awesome location. Food was delicious 😋. Higly recommend this place.
B.
attempting a shared menu is always going to be difficult when you're located across the road from the best shared menu restaurant in Auckland. The outdoor atmosphere is nice for a casual drink, but eat at Depot instead
M.
A bit hidden location but lovely service, good food, variety of drinks (a minor slip which was corrected instantly with a smile), very cozy atmosphere and reasonable price for the area above all.
Highly recommended
l.
Yummy cocktails nice atmosphere delicous food to share reasonably priced. Service was good and fast. Hallumi dish was my favourite different but tasty
K.
Not a bad joint for a drink if you are a millionaire.
Bar menu is overpriced for sides and meals where you might have to sell one of your kidneys to pay the bill.
Drinks prices and bar atmosphere is not bad.
Not a joint for a backpackers or budget travellers.
J.
I usually love coming here, it's a great spot for dinner and drinks... But our most recent visit we had to keep moving tables as there was a disgusting smell of sewage outside! Rather off putting.
S.
Perfect in every way. Great food great cocktails great staff and great environment. The small bite size plates were especially good
J.
Don't usually eat at expensive places, but using First Table I gave this a shot. It was a great experience, nice atmosphere just under the Sky Tower and great food.
J.
Good music and cold beer
S.
Food was good, front of house staff so so. Tap beer range is very limited.
l.
Really good experience great ambiance and the food was amazing. I'll definitely take any excuses to come Back
R.
So it’s 12am and nothing is open in Auckland. But my body is on another time zone and I need sustenance. I’m at the Crowne Plaza so it’s either the less than ideal kebab shop around the corner, convenient stores, so I try tap into my Googling skills. At last I hit on this gem in the shadow of the mighty Sky City tower...
I’ve been here often in the past, but usually as a drinking stop on the way to, or after, another favorite around the corner (The Depot). This time I lowered my expectation for whatever semblance of bar food I can get. Wow was I blown away. The menu is only for “sides” at this late hour, but the little I sampled did not disappoint (Pulled pork slider, Wagyu beef lettuce cup, Brussel sprouts with bacon and honey). All this accompanied by a nice drought pint of Erdinger Weissbier. In fact, my experience tonight means I will most definitely return to experienced the main’s.
I highly recommend you do yourself a favor and give this a try!
A.
Food was good unfortunately the music was so loud we couldn't talk to each other so left before we could really kick back and relax which was a pity.
M.
Great place for relaxed drinks after work.
B.
Huge fan of this place. Nice looking. Great location. Fantastic ambience. Shame about the small beers for the price paid
Y.
The fried(?) eggplants and sliders were delicious. Great music played by a random dj too. Love the atmosphere here
L.
Fantastic time with my man, booked for our anniversary, lovely balcony/ decking area for a drink, cute low rise bar with chairs, high rise area with stools, initially I was concerned there was no chicken on the menu, as I'm a terribly fussy eater, but with all the pork and vegetables, we absolutely stuffed our faces, sharing everything as we went, small plates meant we could try so many different dishes along side cocktails and bubbly, it all went down tremendously, and a special mention to Sam for her wonderful service, and the other lady serving us (didn't catch her name), we'll absolutely be back at some stage. :)
T.
Cool location, great for those sunny afternoons. Can get a little loud early on and it's difficult to find a table at times. The drinks are on the pricey side.
R.
Good drinks and good food, great atmosphere, especially in summer. Staff are great too.
s.
Pretty good all round, decent wine list, cosy ambience and small but quality menu.
J.
Food was outstanding and service great! The drinks are a little bit pricey but you'll get a good experience with it
K.
Glass Goose is a hot-spot for Auckland CBD's after-work crowd. The place has a great atmosphere and very well designed layout. Sit inside for dinner, or enjoy a drink on the outdoor deck. Right under the Sky Tower, it's one of the coolest metropolitan hangout's I've been to in Auckland.
N.
A fine establishment with a good variety of beverages. It maybe just me, but the food menu seemed to lack variety, as nothing really jumped out at me
M.

B.
This is a cool place to eat and drink, especially on a Friday night when it's just humming. The entrance is a little hard to find, because it's just down the alley off Federal St (opposite sky city), head up the stairs and it's on the 1st floor. It has an elevated view over the city from the huge open verandah. The food in the restaurant is fantastic and you can also buy yum snack food to have with drinks.

Overpriced for what it is
P.
(Translated) We joined a group of friends one evening, we have to find the bar, it is not particularly well signposted. Drinks and service are OK, nice compared to other Okland stores. The price, however, is a bit excessive.
The setting, on the other hand, is very pleasant, so close to the CBD, they managed to create a very pleasant zen and green space.
(Original)
F.
(Translated) I sat in a restaurant with colleagues on Friday night - the waitresses did not know what they were doing and were obviously confused. The manager saw this and did nothing to help them. Need more training for employees. And so it's just a bar in order to get drunk.
(Original)
Я сидела в ресторане с коллегами в пятницу вечером- официантки не знали что они делают и явно были растеряны. Менеджер это видела и ничем им не помогала. Нужно больше тренингов для сотрудников. А так это просто бар для того , чтобы напиться.
