A.Absolutely stunning. You cannot believe how much detail is in their dish… the most impressive was the mushroom stir fried with black truffle - I was wondering how the mushroom could be so much flavored but still holds its texture. Turns out it was steamed with chicken soup for 8 hours!! The thinly sliced tofu was less than 1mm thick and it brings back my memorable trip to Yangzhou and the locals are so fuzzy about cutting skills. A 10/10 experience.
T.The presentation was absolutely superb, with tables and chairs well laid out and decorated. The high tea was excellent.
