We headed to lunch when decided to give this place a try. I am a huge fan of soups and tried many places many countries, but I loved this one. One if my new favourite The taste and freshness goes through your soul. Loved it The salad wasn’t the best though, could be more fresh. We went here for dinner and it was the best dission in our lifes. The food was very good, I have ordered the flammable pho and it came out amazing, very filling. The waitres was very nice and the food came pretty fast and tasted amazing.

Food was excellent and the waitress was very friendly. The service was excellent and the manager has gone above and beyond to ensure we are happy customers. I cannot recommend this place enough as they really care about their customers and the food quality and taste is second to none! Highly recommended. Give it a try, you won't regret it.

We came here for dinner and quite enjoyed it. The food tasted a lot better than I expected. As a Vietnamese, I can say that the taste is pretty authentic. Would be keen to come back and try the other dishes as well. Edit: Went back and tried a few more dishes, they're all good! This will be my go-to place for Vietnamese food.

I really like the food here. However, the prices were a bit on the high side before and they've increased them again. $13 for rice rolls is a bit too exy for me. I'll still come back but certainly less frequently than before.

We were absolutely amazed by this beautiful vietnamese Restaurant! The dishes taste great and homemade, felt I was back in Vietnam having street food. The team is super friendly. In fact I don't know any other restaurant in Auckland we felt so welcoming. We definitely will be back and try every meal on the menu. You need to try the egg coffee - from another world so good!

Delicious pho and noodles but noodles had a burnt taste, I don’t know if it’s part of the taste or it was overcooked. Other than that, we finish all our food.

One of the most authentic Vietnamese restaurants in NZ! This place is so cosy, has a nice vibe and well decorated with lanterns, looks a lot like those street restaurants in 🇻🇳 We ordered Vietnamese coffee and royal tea, drinks are served in the traditional way. For the food we had lemon grass grilled chicken with vermicelli and braised pork stew. Delicious!!

Newly opened earlier this month we checked it out on opening night. We got the spring rolls a lovely stew and a noodle dish all were very delicious and good value for money love the layout and the decor and there's heaps of parking will definitely come again.

Had the express lunch here lots of flavour and at a good price. Kids menu is really good too. My original choice of coconut chicken had run out, so I had the pork which was tasty and filling as well. I have had the Bahn mi here before too which is good, but not as filling more of a light lunch. My daughter had the beef pho which was pretty good, not sure if they toned it down a bit for the kids menu. Service is friendly and casual.

Ive been waiting for this place to open, and im not disappointed. Rich flavors with great presentation and thought into the dishes. It feels like street food yet turnt up a knotch with culinary creativity. We got two dishes red wine pho and ‘bun bo’. The pho was deep in flavor and the meat was extremely tendor. The ‘bun bo’ had almost too much meat - im not complaining ;) i would definitely order both again. The service was also helpful and friendly too! Highly recommend.

Viki is a Vietnamese restaurant that specialises in authentic northern cuisine of Viet Nam. The name comes first two letters of Vietnam and Kiwi, hence Vi Ki. All the interior decors are brought in from Viet Nam. Great service. Awesome food. Highly recommended, especially the Egg Coffee.

I have been to Viki Vietnamese twice now. The food is always well presented and delicious. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere is surprisingly good too which I did not expect since it is connected to the mall. Overall, I can't really say enough good things about Viki Vietnamese and we will definitely be back again.

The food is good, I think just need to improve the customer service, when we came here, we asked for the menu after few minutes of waiting as they don't normally give it to you, not sure if they're understaffed. Please improve as your food and price is comparatively good.

Went for lunch, food is extremely good and is a must-have for anyone who hasn't tried vietnamese food or anyone who loves authentic vietnamese food. The food is absolutely delicious, price is reasonable and you don't have to wait long to start eating if you're going in with an empty stomach. Will go back again for sure.

Been ordering here a few times now because the food is worth the price. Not too pricey as well. Must try dishes: La Vong fish, Nem spring rolls and Tofu salted egg. One star down because we came for late lunch recently and the staff were a bit unaccommodating and unfriendly. Seemed like they might be tired but that’s no excuse for poor customer service. But also because the Stir-fried beef with vermicelli was quite salty. Might be too much salt/seasoning on beef or something.

Awesome food and service at this restaurant! We had a family members 40th birthday here and the foods was fantastic and the staff were very friendly. They let us bring our own birthday cake & they dimmed the lights and played the happy birthday song for us. Highly recommend as one of the best food places on the north shore! Thanks

I purchased some take aways but with no take away menu the price is fairly high. For 2 starters and a main it was $45. The chicken/veg summer rolls were nice and a fairly good size and well flavoured which is something I was worried about due to other reviews. I think overpriced however and another should have been included or the price adjusted as you only received 3 for $12. The prawns were very dry and without the sauce unbearabley so. I'd say overpriced again. The main fried rice with chicken and veg was actually pretty great. Good flavours and chicken serving. Again I think overpriced for take away and for what it is. I think overall they're charging a bit too much for a restaurant that doesn't quite hit the mark. I would like them to stick around however as I do like my Vietnamese style food and there are definitely some other dishes from the menu I would like to try.

Had the Bahn Mi for lunch there yesterday -- was the best I've ever had in Auckland. It was flavourful and chock full of goodness. The bread as soft in the middle but nice and crisp on the edges. Loved the presentation and everything about that meal. Definitely a good choice if you're tired of the usual food court fare. Will be returning again to introduce this Vietnamese restaurant to my family.

I been to a lot of Vietnamese places for a Pho and dare i say their smoked beef pho is the best in Auckland?! If you love a bowl of Pho, you got to come and try. Decide for yourself if it really is a damn good bowl of pho. Price is irrelevant when it comes to a true taste of pho. Sorry no photos, will take it next time we visit again.

As a regular, I was impressed again today. My favorite, Banh mi, was outstanding. Best baguette in Auckland & today filling was perfect. Good amount of pate & lemon grass & the egg coffee - simply superb. Service always friendly & professional. Thanks guys

There's was not alot of selection in the menu, I liked that there was desert but I didn't try it, the selection of foods was not alot and I was charged alot for the meal I got even though on the menu the total was not what was charged.

The food was amazing!! Came here with my hubby and we both LOVED every dish we ordered. Atmosphere was really pleasant and love the interior decor with hanging lanterns and green plants. Super cute and photo worthy! The meals were priced fairly for the portion sizes and the flavors were unique and delightful. Definitely a treat for the senses! Great service, the staff were lovely. We will be coming again, and again, and again. We tried the lemongrass chicken summer rolls and the chilli beef shin (cold dish) for the entree, the flaming beef pho and bun bo pho for mains (both were very filling that we had left overs to take home), and the Viki special dessert: purple sticky rice with yoghurt and spiced rum. Also ordered the egg coffee and my hubby ordered traditional coffee - so yummy!

Great selection of beautiful fresh food. Very aesthetic interior - and depending where you sit there's even a Gulf view beyond the carpark. Well worth a visit. Next visit though I think I'll ask them to hold the sugar in the meal.

I had lunch at Viki's on Friday getting there lunch special and $2.99 beer special. I had the pork hot pot which was amazing so tasty and decent portion for the price. I highly recommend the food and I will definitely be come back for dinner.
