Delicious food. Booked with 1st Table. Eggplant flavours were amazing. Omlette had sufficient acidity and texture. Steak was cooked perfectly, but maybe needs a bit more butter basing your add flavour. Clams need to be sanded but the pasta noodles were cooked perfectly and sauces were great. Ceviche is delicious. A must try when at Wynyard. Food Quality: 4/5 Food Quantity: 5/5 Presentation: 4/5 Environment: 4/5 Price per person: $30-$40

Excellent! Wow, what amazing service. First the guy on the phone sorted out our booking quicker than he told us he could, like by hours. The food was amazing. The menu was a bit different too with delicious tweaks to the regular brunch choices. The service was friendly and well timed. Overall an excellent experience at reasonable prices. Very much enjoyed.

New place in the heart of Wynyard Quarter with delicious food with a kiwi-french vibe. I would definitely recommend as a great lunch or dinner spot. I went with a group and we ordered a selection of dishes. Highlights for us were the market ceviche, chicken liver parfait, chicken cordon bleu, the steak and the raclette. For dessert, the creme brule was one of the best I have had in a while. With good vibes and friendly staff to match, we will be returning.

Cafe tucked away off the main strip in Wynyard Quarter. Visited at about 7.30am on a Tuesday morning after a public holiday and there were already plenty of patrons which tells me this is a popular place to visit in the area. The salmon bagel with a side of smashed avo was perfect, along with a cappuccino and smoothie of the day. Friendly staff and beautiful ambience. Must visit.

Have purchased several takeaways from here in the past. Beautiful brioche. Had dinner here recently and was lovely. Venison with mushroom sauce was cooked beautifully. The beef burger also a good choice. Service friendly and efficient.

Little bit busy on arrival but handled very well and we didn't have long to wait. We ordered three items; salmon bagel, mushroom toast and the waffles along with some lattes of course. Everything was prepared beautifully with care, skill and lots of flavour. What a treat

Went for lunch with workmates and I am still dreaming about how delicious their croque madame was. Light and airy cafe with a great atmosphere, cool staff and delicious Supreme coffee. Am definitely coming back for brunch soon.

I have been a regular customer at Wander Cafe and always enjoyed the great food and service there. Today however I waited almost 40 minutes for scrambled eggs. When I asked what the delay was about, I was told that the chef was concentrating on a table of 5 who had arrived before me. I was not happy. When the eggs finally arrived they were delicious. When I went to pay, the owners apologised profusely and insisted that lunch was on them as they should have told me the cause of the delay. I was very impressed with this. It shows a very professional and customer-focused approach. I went from feeling annoyed to feeling immensely grateful and valued. I will definitely keep going to Wander and recommend it to everyone. The food, coffee and service are superb.

Heaps of veg options heaps of pescatarian options and those who would murder someone if there was no ham have ham crossaints with RACLETTE!! (WOW) and other bits and pieces.
