M.Had the extra hot wings... 🔥 🥵 😍 Was absolutely fire... Was good.. Loved the service and cleanliness of the store. A bit expensive on the price scale but worth it once in a while.
T.Staff are amazingly accommodating, it was our first time so they helped us with the menu. Food was great, chicken is perfect, fresh, hot, not oily. Was a good experience.
T.Chicken was cooked perfect and the sauces are tasty. The boneless tenders are big so they are good value. Honey soy is really tasty but beware the buffalo sauce is spicy!. Price a bit expensive so 4 stars for that reason.
B.Both the missus and I have gone past here so many times and said we have to try that.....well today was the day and for what its worth I say its the best fried chicken in Auckland. Chicken wasnt greasy, was so moist and tender. The service from the staff was excellent.

I.This place has amazing fried chicken and a nice range of sauces! The service was quick, the staff were friendly and the place was clean. Definitely coming back again.
w.Chicken has average taste. Cooking is not consistent as some pieces are darker than the others. Sauces are average too. Good sizes though. My buying experience wasn't so pleasant as it took 35 minutes to produce my order (or could be longer if I didn't complained). An apologetic staff (maybe the manager) bribed me with a small Coke to compensate the long wait which I accepted (I really hoped it wasn't deducted to someone's wage).
For me, it's the management's fault for not having an effective system. Being new is not an excuse. The staff during my visit were not rude, though still plenty of room for improvement on customer service. I may come again if I see some improvements and get good responses to all constructive reviews. I'll do this despite having not so good experience as I support local businesses especially during this pandemic.
