Food is acceptable for KFC standards. Please improve your Drive-thru service. 15-30 minute queues. At least 6-12minutes from ordering window to pick up window. .

Service generally slow and sometimes they get the order wrong so always check before you leave, good at fixing it tho if a mistake is made.

Took my son through the drive thru to get some hot wings and the service was fast after waiting in quite a long line. My son said the coating on the chicken was not as good in flavour as in Riccarton, Christchurch so he was a little disappointed

Dry over cooked breast. Soggy horrible coating. Gone are the days of Colonel Sanders yummy crispy chicken. I miss those days. Can't stand the disgusting soggy wet bread coating. Either that the cooking oil needs to be different to make the coating fresh and crispy

Great probably the cleanest I've ever seen it, as when I lived-in Blenheim it was always dirty and it use to put us of going there so it was a real surprise to see it clean.

A staff member needs to always make sure the tables are wiped clean after diners leave. Everytime I go there, every table available is dirty! It's annoying and spoils it for customers. Today I got my daughter to send someone out to clean it and they handed her a wet cloth. Not only are the staff unhygienic, but lazy as well. Clean your tables! and the floors!

The food is delicious. haven't had an issue with the quality of food yet. But twice I have been missing items from my order when ordering at the drive thru And only discovered once home. Staff are usually all super friendly. the drive thru line is always super long. and the car park is quite a pain. but otherwise a good KFC store.

Something is happening at KFC Blenheim. I don't know what it is but, they are at the top of my take away list at the moment. After years of average quality and service, they have suddenly had a make over, and everything including the staff have changed . Gone is the old greasy KFC and now we have smiling staff at the counter serving top notch Southern Fry. Well done KFC see you can do anything you put your mind to it.

Being a bit hungover and heading back home to nelson we decided to get Kfc and went thru the drive thru, great to see such happy polite friendly staff and service was quick, and the chicken was probly the best we've ever had, was fantastic all round😊

KFC Blenheim has admittedly not been that great in the past but thought I'd give it a go bit of a treat! I had to go back to em not 5 minutes of leaving the drive thru as they forgot to add something which is normal I guess. All in all my meal was ok not so greasy which is a nice change but as normal my hunger is bigger than my tummy 🙄🤣 so could not eat it all but it was nice...🙂

It was ok, I just felt that the lady serving wasn't in any hurry to serve, she just seemed to be in slow mod, and was happy to make every one wait

It's reliably good, if this is what you're into, but there's often a long line both in store and drive-thru at peak meal times. Be prepared to wait up to half an hour to get served at these times. Once served, you generally have your order within 5 minutes.

Excellent service from the young lady on the counter! (I think her name started with K) It seemed there were not enough staff or they were busier than expected but this staff member put on a smile and did her very best!

Its Friday, start of the long weekend and we r from Upper Hutt, Wgtn. Its very busy in the kfc restaurant, and the lvly server KAM was doing such a great job serving each customer with such politeness and goodness...that even in the midst of us all waiting patiently , u jst couldnt fault her manner and serving heart. Been there for just once to have a brunch on my way back to Christchurch from Picton. The location is superb as this is situated just at the entrance of the Blenheim town and got a vast parking space. You don't need a navigator to reach the place as this is on the State Highway.
