S.Loved this place . Very welcoming and lovely owners . Food was delicious and made from scratch. Compliments to the chef. We will be back . Spare ribs, salmon , roast chicken snd pull pork burger all fresh and tasty .
I.Lovely little country place kind of combo restaurant and bar. Great food with big portions for reasonable prices. Great friendly staff and obviously popular with the locals.

R.worth the drive here! here for a week of work at mt somers village and didn’t want to cook one night ;) didn’t realise we had to book for stronechrubie so we missed out! but this place is far better. awesome food and AMAZING friendly staff!
garlic and chilli prawns were great, but quite pricey. there are lots of specials to choose from besides the menu as well :) would recommend!!!

T.Great cafe, friendly country service and was open later on a Saturday afternoon which was perfect. We had the soup, a homemade pie and a date scone and it was all tasty. Inside it looks like an older country pub converted to a cafe but don't let that put you off, it's fairly modern and both fireplaces were going so it was nice and warm. 👌👌

N.Super friendly service and great food. We had their chicken salad, chicken sliders, and a salad of the day. The cook on the chicken sandwich was perfect, both salads were great as well. Definitely worth stopping in!

P.Such a wonderful place and a very proud and kind owner Alice who helped us on a rainy and chilly night during closing time with not only delicious food but also helped us dry our clothes (as we were riding a motorcycle) and comforted us with a warm room and hot water. She also called up her friend and booked up a motel for us.
All this help along with such a delicious food even after the kitchen was closed, Alice we are very thankful to you, you are an angel to us.
