Absolutely the best when it comes to quality product! Other stores in the great Tāmaki Makaurau imho the chicken is either cooked with burnt oil, the pieces are getting smaller, dry inside or has a taste other than chicken.

It’s a good KFC this one, for the second time I had a good experience here, good service too. Reason for not giving 5 star is the toilets, could have been cleaner.

I have stopped here twice when driving South and both visits (1 at around 2pm and the next visit was around 3.30pm months later) I have been served with wicked customer service and excellent food. I am fussy an annoying customer who asks for many things at the order window and they person behind the counter remembered it all and also offered plates and cups which not many do, normally have to request. I rate this KFC highly.

Actually a good place. Tasty food. But only one lady was serving on the drive through window which was difficult for her. Tho she managed really well. Management needs to think about staffing.

The touch screen made ordering way better. Friendly Staff and they smashed through the orders so quick and got all the items correct

Due to visiting during dinner rush had to wait for 30mins but they were really good at letting customers know the wait period very awesome customer service

Really good, not over greasy. Friendly staff. Just a shame like many other NZ businesses they support separatism/discrimination. So sad to see!

By far the nicest, fresh Chicken I ever had. The establishment was very clean. Perfect standards overall. Good customer service both a the window and at the counter. Positive vibes from this place with fine music to back it all up. And the times the kai arrives. Or is served. Fast indeed.

Busy place for drive through. We did online order and walked in. On the plus side the person serving us was good and the chicken was far better than any we've had from Pukekohe KFC.

Way better than Te Hawera thats for sure. And they finish at midnight. Awesome

We live in Pukekohe and we travel to KFC Bombay because it's better than Pukekohe. Food is always hot.

Didn't enjoy my order. My first time probably my last time. Gravy and potato was tasteless. Chips okay Burger was good. My drink of coke again tasteless didn't taste like coke. And these puffy things not sure what I was eating.

Stopped for coffee and to get a quick snack for mum, toilets were not that tidy due to high use I'd say as it is a major stopping area off the motorway and a great relief spot and fuel stop after going through the Auckland city motorway heading south. Has drive through and uses touch order menu option as well as counter service. Wasn't a very nice atmosphere actually inside chose to have ours in the car out in the carpark then headed off again.

Lines are long, we didn't have to wait long. Food was still hot n service was great. 👍

Chips were hot and fresh, chicken was ok, could have been a bit hotter. Table was clean.Food pretty good over all . Toilets were average and no toilet paper.

We had a quick stop for lunch during our road trip. I was pleasantly surprised with how much I enjoyed the experience here. The place was very clean (we came in the morning), staff were friendly and non intrusive. Lunch was great as well...chicken and chips were all nice and hot.

Quick, food was fresh, salad in twister was fresh, made a nice change from other KFC, there was actual crunch in the salad. Staff told us about promotions and explained what to do, only 1 to give a key ring. Kept the seating area clean.

Hands down best KFC I've been too. The chicken was cooked beautifully, there was no greasy residue on hands or in box. The chips were cook perfectly with crunch. The restaurant cleanliness was immaculate, not a single thing out of place. Absolute perfection. I would happily drive the 50 minutes from my own town to dine there again if it stays to this very high standard. I read prior reviews which were a mixed bag, glad I didn't listen. 10 out of 10!

Need to work on delivery for in store. Food coming out was slow ( 4 mins between orders and then orders were often incomplete. Drive through took priority.

Had the misfortune of locking my keys in my car at KFC Bombay today. The staff were incredibly helpful and the supervisor so graciously allowed me the use of her personal cell to phone for assistance and refused any payment for her minutes... I'm so grateful. Also the chicken is the very best I've tasted in a long time... So juicy, fresh and non greasy... Yummy!!!!

They have those touch screen kiosks to place your own order, but you cant customise your meal, so I couldn't order a zinger tower. Don't bother, just order at the counter.

Clean, prompt orders, comfortable seating. The view is unremarkable but it is a very convenient stop, especially with two petrol stations and an EV fast charger nearby.

It's ok. Would like a smile next time but I seemed to upset the cashier by changing from a large combo to a small. That messed everything up as she forgot my popcorn chicken order. Oh well.

Was average got a winter deal chicken was undersized and if I hadn't checked the bag would of not received coleslaw which is a pain in the are when you get home they offera voucher next time but who can be bothered going to pick up a coleslaw only so who's the winner

Without a doubt the most exceptional KFC experience I’ve ever had. As a Hamilton man I can quite comfortably say that I’d happily drive from my dwelling in Ham East out to this establishment just for a humble ultimate zinger burger combo.

Unusually give excellent feed back. Chicken was under cooked and dripping with fat. They got both ofnoir orders wrong. The restaurant was very messy.and the toilets were absolutely disgusting.

It took at least half an hour for our food which did annoy us as we were traveling like many others also waiting impatiently for theirs. The young lass behind the counter kept her smile and pleasant manner the whole time. When we eventually got the meal it was excellent. Maybe this a outlet just needs more staff to join the excellent staff already working there

It's nice to go somewhere at 1130pm on your way home from work and get a genuine smile from the person serving you. Fresh orginal chicken and the chips were fresh and the right amount of seasoning. Out of a lot of things but hey it's late at night what do you expect. Really nice experience and a great improvement our last visit. Thank you

Great hot food , great service too.

Always a decent feed as you'd expect, and because it's so new the restaurant is clean and modern. The problem is its very slow, the usual wait at 6.30pm during the week is about 30 minutes (averaged over my last 5 visits) Staff are friendly, in fact the best staff member ive ever had at kfc was here. 4/5 because of the wait times

I was not happy with the meal I got from them in take out. I rang them up and they replaced my meal. Thank you for that. I give you 5 stars for service

The staff seem pleasant enough some of the management team a little out of touch the restaurant clean and tidy delicious food service time a little bit long but overall great place to stop and take a break from your journey or pic up dinner on your way home after a hard day's work

Absolutely lovely staff and was great to see them smiling and actually enjoying their job and wanting to please their customers. Wonderful work team!!! Even the lady cleaning the restaurant area was smiling and so quick!!! It truly is lovely to seethat thestaff enjoy their job and have pride in their place of work. Obviously they had been very busy when we got there but as soon as they had time there was someone outcleaning tables, emptying the bins, sweeping the floor. Refreshing to see everyone happy in their work.

Very good, new KFCand friendly staff. The only recommendation I would make is to have a rubbish bin placed in front footpath to the left as you walk out of the front door. No bins to place rubbish in when heading to your parked car, we have to walk over the other side to the bins there

Love this KFC beautiful located in affluent Bombay overlooking the Bombay hills. It's quite a popular KFC to catering to towns nearby. With the population boom and Aucklanders coming to live south, it's only going to get more popular.

Food is good but under staffed and slow. That was 2 months ago. Tonight there were almost no customers. The staff were lovely, we had to wait a while. And the chicken was very over cooked. Just not good enough to make me feel like coming back.

No menu before you get two the order box. That slows everything down. Took a long time for someone to take our order. Chicken was good but chips were soft.

KFC is always good but constant issues with the extra seasoning on the chips, no matter where we go we rarely ever get the extra. Otherwise no other complaints

Recently opened, but starting to look a bit worn already. Being new, the layout of the tables is good with areas to suit groups, families or individuals. The food is typical of what you'd expect from KFC. There is a drive-thru. Only one or two counters, and four screens to order from. Plenty of parking outside. Access from the motorway is easy, getting out of the carpark is not nearly as simple.

Chicken very dry. Service was quuck tho.

Slow - 20 plus minutes from ordering to eating. Restaurant needed cleaning, rubbish bins overflowing. Food was good once it arrived.

Service was slow but worth the wait. Chicken was not greasy & I rate it up there with the old time KFC which wasnt a cold grease ball.

Very busy so tables were not cleaned often ,had to wipe my own down. The four kiosks were not working and the wait for food was 25 minutes.

It was quite late when we visited but the chicken was fresh not hard and dry and quick service clean and tidy premises

KFC Bombay is very well looked after, and is presented well. The Zinger burgers are delicious but the twister wrap we ordered had no chicken! Quite strange for a friend chicken shop...

Ive seen really bad reviews about this place. Have visited once and they got my food order right. I asked for water and they gave me fizzy but that was easily fixed. My experience was a good one :)

Much better than the Pukekohe store. Food was good, especially the chicken. While super new, the crew could just focus a little more on cleaning the dinning area.

Good customer service and good quality food being processed thru the window everytime. Lots of other kfc can't maintain their standards but these can. Will always go Bombay kfc tbh

Service really slow through drive-thru, there was only 2 cars in front of me and I had been waiting at the speaker for 10 minutes before getting the "Hi, place your order when your ready".

Still a few things to sort out but chicken isn't to fatty. I don't like the counter layout though as anyone can walk through the gap in the middle. It should have a spring top so workers can be save from abusively aggresive clients that make come in.

Just opened and already has a great KFC atmosphere. High tech too, with the automated self service machines just like McDonalds. Heaps of parking outside.
