We had a booking for 5 at 6.30. Waitress took drink orders on arrival. She was very efficient. Our food orders would of been taken around 6.50. May have about half an hour wait for meals, depending what you order. Don't worry you won't be disappointed. Photos to follow.

It was the first time that my wife and I dinined at Casa Nostra and they certainly left a great impression...really good food, friendly staff and a nice place to spend the evening. The food was unassuming, presented well enough but more care was taken to make sure that it tasted really good. The only reason why I wasn't able to give 5 starts is that the food took a while to come out, but that might have been because it was fully booked. I'd still highly recommend it nonetheless. P.S. The portion sizes were HUGE!

Had a lovely meal with family. The food was delicious and generous portions, which the staff were more than happy to package up any leftovers to take away. The garlic bread was a great way to start, the mains chosen were fabulous. Being our daughters birthday, we arranged to take cake and they served with sauce and Gelato for only $2 per person. The staff were so patient and lovely with my elderly dad, we'll definitely be back.

Hubby & I just celebrated our 1st Wedding Anniversary on Saturday night by having dinner here. The same restaurant we had our 1st 'going out' anniversary, & where we had our post wedding ceremony feast with family & friends in the conservatory one year earlier ❤️. Always delicious food, and fabulous service. Highly recommend 🌟!

This restaurant never fails to please and it is one of my favourites. Family owned and operated, friendly obliging staff. Quality food and always well presented. I would recommend this great restaurant to all. Thank you Casa Nostra for always being awesome!

Seriously, go to Casa Nostra for the most amazing food, you can not go wrong. The menu is extensive. I frequently eat here for family meals such as birthdays and celebrations. They are the most welcoming delightful people. Food is genuinely Italian, generous in portions, flavourful ~ I can can assure you that I never finish my meal and have to take a near full portion home to eat the next night 🌙 heaven 😋

Had a feeling that the waitress wasn't in her best day. Quite blunt and not friendly, but she wasn't rude. Food took a very long time to come, I'd say about an hour or more. However, it was good food and a lot of it. Thumbs up for lady at the till (I think she was the owner), very polite and friendly. Would go back to try again.

Woweeeee our dinner was SO GOOD and we had lovely service. We couldn't even finish our dinner and had to get it to go, but we got dessert anyway because we couldn't resist and that was yum too! Highly recommend!

We had a great time there. We had no booking but the friendly waitress organized as a table in seconds. The atmosphere was great and the best part was the food. Best quality ingredients and massive portion that will not leave you hungry. I'm sure it is the best Italian restaurant in NZ

Last minute choice and it turned out to be well worth it....excellent food and very good service....we had the lamb shanks and veal in a masala wine sauce both of which were very good and followed up with a lemon tart which was a very generous size....recommended

Authentic italian food! Cute wee restaurant out in Ferrymead featuring on First Table (50% off if you book the first table of the night). The pizza was a delicious woodfired pizza (we've dined there previously and the pasta was also a hit)!

Love this place! I've just had a private birthday dinner with my boyfriend and Felice and his family did not disappoint; best prosciutto pizza ever! If you're celiac like me or just your garden-variety "gluten intolerant" you'll move that this place does all of their pizza and most of their pasta (not the filled kind, i.e. ravioli) in gluten-free versions! Everything was delicious and their antipasto platter and polenta chips are to die for as well. Grazie mille! :)

Absolutely loved our last minute date here. The staff were lovely, and the food was incredible! I think the chefs speciality bread was our favourite, we couldn't stop eating it. The portions were a generous size, everything packed full of flavour. We will definitely be back. Thank you!
