Tried the spicy blue cod, eggplant stir fry and the szechuan noodles. Loved them all! The waitress could speak a bit louder though.. Can't quite hear her.

Really good, walked past a couple of times and it’s usually full. Dishes were very substantial and tasty, took home lots of takeaways!

First time going to this restaurant, it's actually on the other side of town for me. But we were around this area today and found this restaurant that wasn't full of people, well it was a Sunday morning. This place was nice and quiet and had great seating and the booths weren't to tight to sit in you especially around the belly area. The service was lovely and the food was cooked very well. The meat wasn't too chewy and the kids really enjoyed the rice and they found the meat easy to eat as well. Overall happy with my meal the vegetables were also lovely and with the celery pieces mixed in that was a beautiful touch. I will definitely look forward to going back there again. Thank you

Noodles are pretty good. The beef noodle soup and the lamb noodle ones. Some of the must try dishes are the cumin fried lamb and their fried French beans. Price is excellent considering the portion ($11 for a noodle with loads of meat). A true gem in Wigram!

Go here with the baby group when we crave chinese. Food is always delicious. Staff are wonderful, always help us with the door and the prams, so friendly. Will continue to keep coming back! Thank-you.

The food is yummy most times. If you are ordering take aways at the peak time... You are in for a wait of min 30 mins. The quality of the food goes down too say peak time. Meals are bland. So, will recommend this place most times... Just not during peak hours where you get inconsistent quality of food.

Being honest, it was a disaster when the restaurant opened. But the service is getting better and quality of the foods is way better than it was. It's now becoming one of my favorite Chinese restaurants in Christchurch.

A very average restaurant. The service was not prompt. We waited for about 20 minutes and got our first dish, which was just a cold dish. The second one was served wrong so we had to wait again. It took us over an hour to eat. The food tasted good particularly the Spicy pan fried squid. But the service was below expectation. It's included in the Landing so I guess customers were more or less who lived around. Otherwise it doesn't worth a shot.

Situated at The Landing in Wigram. Good food, huge potion with decent price. Usually go there for lunch but will go back sometime soon for dinner to try their dinner menu. Quite a lot of hot and spicy food on the menu to choose from.

Lamb noodle soup (羊肉烩面) 🍜. Served with thin lamb 🐑 slices, a few pieces of Chinese cabbage (bok choy) and one quail egg 🥚. I have to say that it was delicious 😋. The noodle texture was different; handmade, silky [smooth] and less bouncier compare to machine made noodles. The soup/ broth was very flavoursome with a bit of spiciness from grounded white pepper. They use and boil the lamb chops 🥩 + plus other ingredients to make the soup/ broth and simmer it overnight. Hence, the soup/ broth is white in color and taste good 👍. It definitely goes well with chopped coriander leaves and fermented garlic cloves. Overall, it was a good experience from this Chinese restaurant. This is a licensed (🍻🍸🍷🍾🍹🍺) eatery. There is plenty of seating area. There is plenty of parking 🅿. They accept cash and EFTPOS including credit card payments (Paywave payments are available, for those who wants to know). Would I go back? Yes 😀. Food: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ out of 5. It was yummy. Price: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ out of 5. Reasonably priced. Customer service: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ out of 5. The staff were friendly. Disclaimer: Please note that this review is entirely based on my personal experience at the time of the visit (30th January 2021). Top of its class braised beef noodle soup tasty beef broth with tender beef on a bed of home made noodle are a perfect combo for heartiness cravings. Their signature bbq blue cod is tasty as also.

I was a regular customer of their first shop at Riccarton. I always love their food. Huge portion, good service, and the price is reasonable. Highly recommend 😍❣

The newest addition to the retail hub in Wigram with it's pros and cons. Pros: nice, comforatable setting with a private function room, food is very tasty with great-sized portions and price between $20-$30 for a main dish (our total bill for three people was $71). Cons: The following comments I am hoping are only teething problems being a new restaurant (despite, this being the owners/operators second restaurant)....but (a) it took a while for our order to be taken although, the waitress was informative and answered our questions diligently, (b) one of our main dishes was served before our entree so this was taken back, (c) our entree was finally served after 50mins of our order being taken, (d) our mains were served one at a time with long delays between each one. We were so hungry we'd finished the first main before the last dish arrived by which time we were quite full but somehow managed to stuff in the last dish anyway (they all tasted so good!), (e) we had finished our first jug of water and at no time during our meal were we offered any other beverages (they're still waiting for their liqour license) (f) they DO NOT accept credit card payments (yet) - and this is NOT advertised until you go to pay!! The head waitress came to apologise for the major delays in our meal service which was great and we were thankful for the acknowledgement. All in all, it was a great dining experience. As stated above, being a new place it has a few things to iron out so we'll be looking forward to going back.... next week infact!!!!

Tasty food, reasonable price, great service. We had a lovely meal there last night. One of our family member lost his wallet at the reatsurant and the own kept it for him to pick it up today. Very honest people. Again we had a lovely lunch there today. Definitely come back again.

We live nearby and try to support local businesses - we buy take aways from China wok 2-3 times a month, service is fine sometimes waiting time is a bit long but understandable during peak time - however I’d like to provide feedback on your dish consistency and vegetables used in certain dishes such as Kung pao chicken (too much broccoli and cauliflower - we’d prefer not to have these vegetables in this dish) and stewed beef belly with potato (please use fresh potatoes not potatoes chips).

We ordered seven meals and waited for around 2 hours to get six of them, whilst the last one didn't come when we were leaving. No staff came and said anything to us. An unsatisfying experience anyway.

Newly opened in wigram, their second shop, similar menu, with newer interior and furniture compared to their first shop. More tables and with a private room. Ample parking in the area, pram wheelchair accessible. But the whole place only has 1 high chair much to disappointment.
