Really good coffee here, I come here often just for this reason alone. Friendly staff & haven't been let done yet when ordering food. Would definitely recommend.

Two days in a row it took almost 9mins to receive my mocha,it's all I wanted. I go through the drive thru for the speed and convenience. The mocha was great, service was slow

I've been to this location multiple times before both in-store and drive thru and they have always met my expectations of a McDonald’s. Last night I went to drive thru and got 4 items, and my McFlurry got left out of the order. I’d also used a monopoly ticket for one of the items, and I asked if I had to read out the code (first time using one) but they had me drive to the next window, where it wasn’t clarified either but I worked out from the price that the discount was applied. Just wasn’t a super smooth experience, and I have worked in hospitality before so I know both issues are pretty minor and understandable during big rushes! I probably should have checked the bag before I left, but it was busy and cars were backed up so I wanted to make space for people behind me. Just a little bummed about the McFlurry, but I know how hardworking hospitality workers are regardless of my experience. :)

Quick service. Not a huge fan of Macca's, normally purchased when drunk, but the food wasn't that bad actually. The Yankees are annoying, I assume they have micro chips embedded? Kept playing havoc on my phone's NFC

The access out of the drive thru was tricky because it exits into the entry if a mall carpark and if traffic is heavy coming in you can get stuck there waiting for opportunity to just leave

For a McDonald's this store is great. Convenient location next to the shopping hub of Westfield mall and plenty of store specific and general mall parking. Great part about this store is the dine-in restaurant space is open late and has been open every time I've been in night and day so you aren't just restricted to using the drive thru. Very accessable and safe with proper and we'll managed covid protocol! Can get busy at times due to its popular location in Riccarton but there are plenty of staff and it shouldn't take too long to get your order.

They made my burger to my order. The "Do It Yourself" menu selector was user friendly. I didn't get to see their facilities. The tables looked like they could've done with a wipe down. I didn't have to wait long for my meal.

Not a great fan of fast food myself, but my children enjoy the odd "beak, feet and eyeballs". (Aka chicken nuggets) I love the coffee from the coffee shop here, however, and there's also a great selection of treats to enjoy with your coffee:o)

Twice I have received cold fries and burgers when I get my order.. dine in.. today was no different, fried were cold and over cooked. Meals should be served hot and fresh.. coffee is okay, though I think the barista needs more practice with latte making. One time I had to send it back, she didn't look too happy, the staff in the cafe do too much work. I see them run in and out with coffees need a better system with that. Also long lines to order..

A great, clean and McDonald's restaurant. Haven't tried the McCafe here yet, but the burgers and other meals I have ordered here have always been really nice. Good if you want to avoid the large queues in the mall. Cleaning staff are diligent and do a really good job of keeping up with such a busy place.

It's maccas of course it's good. Large restaurant, 24 hour drive through. Staff are excellent and almost never stuff up. Never have to wait very long even when extremely busy.

McDonald's is the place you can rely on. 3am after a huge bender in town? Ronald has you covered. Food is pretty average, but they pretty much have the Monopoly in the early hours of the morning. Good on you Mr McDonald, you have always delivered in my times of strife.

Riccarton Mcdonalds today was so dirty and grose. The floor in the playroom def needed vacumming even the tables and the table number was all sticky and dirty. The playground needs a good scrub and ya might be able to see out of the windows. The service was ok and the food was ok too

It is usually crowded in the evening. If u visit Riccarton mall after 6pm, this is the only place u can eat some chicken or burger unless u buy some pastry item prom pak'nsave. From the screens you need to pre order before u proceed your self to the counter. Might have to wait for 5-10 mins depending upon your order. Drive through is also available.

It's a great place for kids with an enormous playground, plenty of kiosk for ordering, lots of different seating areas and configurations, as well as a McCafe, so nothing left wanting.

Well, it's a MacDonalds. It has a drive-thru and a MacCafe, also available at the drive-thru. Parking is very limited, so planning to eat in-house is probably only advisable in combination of a visit to the mall.
