We have been going to the Sushi Cafe on and off since they opened back in the mid 2000's when we took our children. The are now taking their children for the awesome food and service. The owners are still the same since day one and this means the product is still the same, if not better. Anyone who goes to the Sushi Cafe finds their favourite like a Teriyaki Chicken Rice Ball or a Teppanyaki Beef. Best in town.

Regularly purchase rice balls here. Outstanding value for money, made fresh as soon as you order and ready within about 60 seconds. Can't fault.

Food was good not really 100%but still 80%may be it's my taste tho. When i sat in this sushi cafe,i felt I'm in asia. Nice and kind staff, cleaned area. Overall i like this place. Hopefully you will like it too. Good for social catch up but not really good for special meet up. Thanks

Very pleasant eatery, looks a little dated but looks can be deceiving and it is by far superior in quality compared to St Pierres across the road. The rice balls are amazing, lunch boxes are damned good and can't argue about the price :-). Forgot to grab a photo, the food was just that good!

If you want a bargain for your buck and perhaps want to kill time while your clothes are in the laundromat next door, then absolutely Sushi cafe is the way to go! Grab a bit of crispy chicken or vege tray, maybe even treat yourself with extra mayo. Can't say the place is too flash or overly authentic but it's pretty good value!

Edit: this place has declined over the last year or so. Still cheap and stuff, but becoming more of a fast food, lower quality type joint. Quite oily fried chicken, not tempura and occasionally microwaved food. Good food, good prices, nice decor. Best sushi in that part of town.
