J.The quality is ok , but there are not many cust omers
P.Disappointed with the ordering machine as I had to put each order in singularly when I wanted 3 of one kind. Then unknown to me it dropped one of my orders.
We ordered the 3 XL burgers and 2 were over cooked around the edges and dry.
M.Nice food, love being able to pour your own drink. My vax pass wasn't checked tho.
n.Soggy chips and mini hashbrown and jalapeno chicken sticks. Burgers was ok.
D.Eating in, you can order with the kiosk but only one was working so took some time. Apart from that, the meal was nice as expected.
B.Better than McDonald's. Give me more chips. Hail Satan.
D.I only get 4 cheese burgers without mayo. The price has now gone to $3.00 per burger, comes with a small coke and i give the chips to my mate.
P.One day i entered the restaurant and saw the staff arguing amongst each other. All other customers with me got uncomfortable. The In charge tried to control the situation but other employee did not stop. I prefer drive through now. Lol. Great value for meals..
k.The food is good, but they often get the orders wrong.
T.Ok quality. McDonald's is much higher quality of food. Even Wendy's is better.
M.My favourite place to get fast food from, but the drive through is really slow, and some of the staff somehow barely understand English. I had to ask for a big dinner box about 6 times before they got the manager since they thought I was asking for chicken nuggets, but kept saying I didn't want them. I then ended up showing the manager a photo of it since they somehow didn't understand me either. This kind of thing should not happen given that I am a New Zealander and no one else ever has any trouble understanding me.
A.Mate. Gotta love a feed from kurger bing.
Go get a "mini" sour apple float. $2.

E.One of my favourite fast food, love the chicken fries and chips.
M.One thing I have to say about Burger King is they are consistent... Consistently average. Expect them to forget straws regularly, always check your meal in the drive thru.
The restaurant is often in a grimy state and the toilets are no exception. The burgers are actually pretty good, I have to say.
However, numerous errors in ordering leave me no other choice but to rate accordingly. If I rated on food alone I'd add 1 star.
M.Have it your way. All day everyday. Yummy to the tummy and comes out the bummy.

T.Yeah I like the place, one of my favourite fast food chains. Chicken nuggets are cheap, $5 for a 10 pack, about $8 for 20. Add a large frozen drink for a dollar and bam! You have yourself a meal.

O.Staff are excellent with customer service but marginally available. Store was clean but not very welcoming...perhaps because of the covid thing? Food was cooked to an awesome standard 😌

C.Burger king is always great no matter where you go. Unfortunately my last visit, which was around 7 pm , did not go 100%. I tried to use the drive through however they were not taking orders at the drive through so I had to park and go inside ... I had the time and was alone , so it was not a problem, but if I had my 5 kids with me , then I would have had to go somewhere else. One other thing I find that burger king offers the most value for money
B.Pretty much just another burger shop could have been abit cleaner the floors were sticky as was the seat we sat at the food was good though
T.Pretty hectic around lunch time on a Friday not going to lie but who doesn't want bk. They forgot my fries too which was stink as poo, the rest of my food was as expected. Pickles
B.First time at bk in NZ. Pleased to see that they have stunner meals as they do in Australia. Served very quickly and was just the same. Fantastic. Quite a popular store, much more so than the Wendy's next door. Store was pretty clean and we had no troubles parking out front.
H.It's convenient for a quick meal, however if you are taking your meal away, by the time you want to eat it, the fries are nearly cold. And who likes eating cold chips. Not me. Maybe they could find some way to keep the fries hot. Please
J.Food was great! I loved the excellent flavor the horse meat added, it really made the burger for me. I was a little disappointed I didn't get to meet the Burger King himself though. He should really try his best to actually show up to work for the customers.

K.Love the pre-order app!
Simply place your order while you still in town then by the time you get out to Andy Bay you just call in and pick it up. All pre paid and no waiting.
G.Maybe it was because I was there later at night, maybe it's Maybelline. Whatever it was, I was served quickly and my order entered into the till correctly the first time. Following this unusual situation I then received my meal quickly and correctly the first time. This is a large change to the service I have received from Burger King in Andersons Bay with every visit over the past months. I can only hope that this level of service will be repeated many times over subsequent visits.
s.Staff were on a go slow on this day. Also it was cold in there so was disappointed especially when it was cold outside
g.Food is good, but the staff is bit dumb. Happened twice they take wrong orders and you have to wait another 10min.
B.The speed of service has improved over the last few months. There is still often a wait for food but the quality is still good. There is now less indoor seating as they have a games area which does keep the kids entertained.
C.Very automated unhelpful if your not 17.
G.Great food, excellent service and ambient atmosphere. More importantly extremely clean. Love this place.😊
T.There was a time when u were unsure of what you would get that reassembled your order......but I'm glad to say that everything has been excellent
M.Even more awesome if you have the Burger King App on your phone and redeem your coupons to save money. Fast yummy burgers! They added fried chicken as well and they are the best. Not too salty like KFC. The unisex toilet is very clean and front staff very helpful.

A.Cheapest meal in town. BK Stunner meals for only 5 to 6 bucks. Burger, fries, nuggets or sundae and unlimited soda. Free wifi. Service not the best. But then all if them are.
N.20 pack of chicken nuggets for $10 is always a hit with the kids and frozen cokes
D.Foods good and all but the timezone machine where you play for the vouchers could use an update as all i got was an expired coupon 🤣

N.Food was good. First thing we saw when we walk in is a staff member rolling a cigarette on the table at the entrance. Tried finding a clean table to eat at but had to ask for a table to be cleaned first. Didn't look busy tho.

G.Yea 3 stars mainly due that I'm not a big fan of there's, but I have to say I received good service.. Easy parking, modern & clean building, others would rate it higher... Enjoy
R.Really nicely presented restaurant area, lots of space for wheelchair and blind access. Some of the tables have plugs for mobile devices, which is sweet. Only downside is that the open plan layout is quite noisy.
W.Haven't been here much; but I know they have exceptional deals at times on their Chicken Nuggets packs. And it's great the have refills of your beverages. Good variety of meal options too.
M.I love to eat in this place specially when son is not with me😆🤐 to cheat and drink some coke 😋
J.Good food, we appreciated getting serviettes and Ketchup without asking. A little bit rushy when ordering saying " anything else " as soon as I stop talking
M.Took the kids here for a birthday treat to find out they had no gas to cook. They were however handing out free whopper vouchers... that expired 6 months ago.

J.Has pinball machines and some arcade games so good to keep kids busy. I don't think it's a very nice place but New Zealand's fast food chains seem to be behind compared to European ones; it's just an open space with randomly placed furniture.
K.Standard burger king. Plugs and USB sockets available to charge phones with. Games corner, big TV, lots of seats and parking. Refill your own drinks and WiFi is decent. Toilets available.
C.Food wasn't even together and overcooked which I had to wait for, lovely service though
