K.Awesome dinner! Party of 6 on a quiet Saturday night. Delicious food and the service from Charlotte was brilliant. A dining experience worth the money.
N.Went there for lunch, food was very “meh,” meaning, for the price, the food didn’t have the “wow” you might expect, though it might just be me since I’ve been to a lot of very good and comparably better priced restaurants and cafés. The service and atmosphere was pretty good, which is definitely a plus!
J.Masks and pass required. Staff very helpful and friendly. Hot chocolates were the order for the day. Not too hot, would have like it a bit warmer as they were just Luke warm. Served with a chocolate fish which the children liked.

B.Great food and even better ambience (especially outside!). Price is on the higher end for a café but worth the experience! Staff were extremely lovely, even on a busy Sunday noon!
S.Very expensive. No real vegan options in the counter. The menu said there are salads available that are vegan....but the option was fruit salad. At lunch time. $18 for pumpkin soup. Really?? Compare the vegan breakfast on the menu here (c. $25) with the Careys Bay Pub (c $15) Fries for lunch again. Sigh....Also, Wither Hills wine way more expensive here than other places. Nah.
B.Great food and venue. Lovely outdoor area to sit in. Friendly staff. Will definitely be going back for lunch!

A.Price, slightly over priced by about $4-5. Serving size, below average. Flavour, above average. Location and setting, above average. Service, good. Lamb fry, lamb was over cooked and quite pastey - would not order again.
