Came here with the famili to get breakfast before heading up to Christchurch. Good customer service and the food was hot and yummy as usual and my daughters loved their orders as well

McDonalds is usually pretty standard. Had the flat white which is a bit on the pricey side. Don't usually go there anymore as they are more expensive that other cafes

Stopped at Maccas for lunch. The staff were friendly and the service was great. Burgers were good but only muffins to choose from in their cafe. This was a little disappointing.

I get breakfast there maybe every second weekend for the past five years or so. I think the staff do well with how busy it can be. It certainly gets very crowded inside and sometimes there’s some inconsistencies in getting orders correct. Overall my experience is positive.

Very busy store so there can be a large wait. Often has the most range of all the stores in Dunedin. It's a McDonald's, it doesn't really needs much detail.

Not what you'd call a restaurant. Typical McDonald's with automated tellers greeting you instead of a friendly face, decor designed for "please don't stay". Food, nothing to rave about. Certainly better quality elsewhere. Great corporate model for making $ but really poor on being inviting for "quality" food.

This venue is one of my faves to visit as I generally have a mochachino or more recently the chai latte. The beans they use are just divine! Anyway, staff are generally very good and the store clean. Take a seat for 10 minutes and enjoy whatever they have to offer. There is plenty to choose from!

I was impressed with the overall cleanliness of the store, appropriate caution signs were out. A lovely smiling waitress who delivered my food quickly. My chips were lukewarm at best though once I bought it to the attention of the staff they were promptly replaced with some fresh hot ones as soon as possible. Though an obviously busy environment the team worked quickly, efficiently and the place has a wonderful vibe to it!

Better than the McDonald's In George St. A McCafe situated to the left of the restaurant as you come through the door. Fries laying on the floor in front of the counter wasn't a good look though & perhaps the music could turned down or scrapped altogether. I would definitely go back there again.

Don't mind the ol' maccies on payday, it can get pricey but it's usually filling if it is expensive. Recommend getting the mcbites if you like nuggies but don't like the price of them and getting a thickshake/milkshake if the food alone doesn't fill you up 👍 The service can leave a bit to be desired sometimes but it does also get very busy in there sometimes so I have mad respec for what they are able to achieve

Spent time waiting to go to a meeting. Did some reading as the place was quiet and staff were nice. Spent more than I expected to!

They don't have almond milk. Only soy, which is fine but it tasted terrible, she might have over heated it . I got a medium soy flat white with caramel. Wayyyyyyy to much caramel I felt sick it was so sweet . And the lady who served me was so rude. Sorry I have a dairy allergy and can't have normal milk but doesn't mean you need to be rude as I was so damn nice. If you don't like customer service, get a new job. However some of the staff are lovely and the restaurant is clean every time iv been there. Nice environment with different areas of seating and the playground is great for the kids and love how they have seats in there for the parents too.

Love the self ordering panel. It enable you to pick and choose your order as you please. The sitting arrangement is very spacious and you feel that you could somehow define your boundaries. Awesome.
