It wasn't a welcome experience but a dump experience as well as long wait without any apology or even a pleasing smile.

Meal was fresh and lovely. Had an elderly father who decided he would like KFC for lunch. Lady who served me was very helpful and put each meal into a separate box. Thank you

Went there at 4pm and not many customers in dining area but we couldn’t find a seat because every single one very dirty, left our food and oil. Food was fine and customer service guy ignored us about 5 minutes, not a good experience

Went to get dinner about 8.45pm waited at least 10 minutes in cue at drive through.. get to the speaker to be told out of chicken!! What... I'm sorry but isn't chicken in the stores name. Got told ovens we're turned off as near closing. But was over an hour before closing time. Was not amused 😐 🤬

This place is exceptional. The chicken is awesome, the chips with extra seasoning are awesome. Hope to grab a bucket of popcorn chicken soon!

Some staff are good with their customer service, and others just have this attitude when they speak to you... It's no wonder why people get angry with the staff there...

Clean and tidy - the floor was being washed as I arrived. Difficult to hear the staff member behind the perspex protective shield. Menu looked varied and easy to follow. Food was tasty. Car park spaces are tight and with a ute over the white line there was a reduction of one space.

I thought under level 2 delta that toilets are meant to be open for health and safety, this older person wanted to go and couldn't. Great food and service were really hard to hear the staff person with all the background noise, mask and PVC wall.

The burgers taste amazing and the hot wings are delicious, the chips are slightly under seasoned but the potato and gravy is good when you dip the chips in it. Very nice and bread roll.

The best KFC we have had. Chicken was lovely an moist. Chips cooked just right. And the restaurant was clean and tidy. Service was friendly, quick and efficient.

Best KFC in the area. Chips are hit and miss usually a miss but the chicken is fantastic every time. We make the drive from Palmy as Feilding is just better than both Palmy restaurants.

Waited about 15 minutes in drive through with just 2 or 3 cars in front. More often than not you are sitting at the ordering speaker for a few mins before they even ask what your order is. Not particularly friendly staff. Food mostly good. Some staff give you no spoon for coleslaw or potato and gravy, some give you way too many spoons. Inconsistant.

Needed a quick meal in a hurry, big line at drive through but it moved really fast. The first staff member we dealt with apologised for delay, repeated our order back to me to ensure accuracy, and the next staff member at the delivery window was very cheerful and polite, a nice experience. Our order was complete and the food was lovely and fresh.

I was at the Feilding KFC this evening. They were very busy but despite this, Blair the young man that served me, was extremely pleasant and helpful. Blair and the blonde young lady serving the drive through customers delivered great customer service . The owners should commend their staff on a job weldone

My experience with this KFC has always been good. Best KFC in NZ. Fight me otherwise.

Expect long delays in being served inside the restaurant, seems to be drive thru takes precedence over the counter customers. Despite a couple of registers to serve and screens to show when your order is ready, the staff still only focus on serving one person at a time so if you're in a group with multiple orders you will often not be served and have all of the orders ready together instead they'll be one at a time. The burgers often have lettuce falling out as if just thrown at it rather than assembled carefully and the takeaway bags are overstuffed squishing the contents they hold.

Food OK, slow service. Just another take aways really, let's be honest, when has anyone actually received an amazing outcome from.l fast food. Its called fast for a reason.

The girls at the drive-thru remember us because our cute little Griffin speaks to them every time. Princess St, Palmy KFC is average. Rangitikei is better. Feilding is consistently good. I thought they should all be the same, but they are not.

It is what it is. The sweet chilli wraps are hideous though. It's like a sweet and sour sauce overload with a slight hint of chilli. That's all you can taste. No chicken, no salad, just sauce.
