Joe's Garage is one of those out of the ways gems that make Hamilton awesome. I had a large single shot caramel latte, a savoury scone and a white chocolate muffin for my breakfast and I simply cannot fault anything. The coffee was fantastic, the scone and muffin were do light and tasty and the service from the staff was awesome. If you haven't been to Joe's Garage yet, go there now. If you have been before, what are you waiting for...go again!!

I ordered a JFC burger on Uber Eats, A BURGER is what I ordered. In a bigger you expect to be 2 buns. In my burger there wasn’t even 1. Very dissatisfied, knowing that I spent my last dollars on this thinking it’ll be worth it, only gave it a three because the chips were really good. Overall I think you guys should send me another burger for free! It ain’t a burger without the buns bro

Went out for a girl's night. Food was tasty & drink options aplenty. Different sitting options meant we could enjoy the breeze outside or get cozy on the couch inside. The river view is fabulous, too. The parking & location might as well be the main reason to visit. It's so much easier compared to further down on Victoria St. The interior is kept very clean with cute knick-knacks. Fun to spot what's where.

Had the schnitzel that is on the favourites part of the menu. Tough as old boots, didn't seem to be homemade crumbed. Can make better at home. The chips were yum and so was the gravey. Nothing special though. 2 x burgers were also ordered which my party thought were yummy.

I must have eaten here close to a hundred times over the last couple of years, whether dining in or Uber Eats, and it’s always PERFECT! The staff are so friendly and you can tell they genuinely care about your experience, foods and dietary needs and the atmosphere is wonderful. They’ve never ever gotten my order wrong (but it would be okay if they did! I have some rather peculiar food requirements). And the food is always sooooooooo delicious, you can tell that it’s made with love 🥰 Joe’s is my favourite and is a favourite among my friends and family too. Decent portions for decent prices and always just so tasty. You need to try it for yourself! Bolly ❤️ (Ur #1 fan customer!)

We ordered 2 pizzas and both were delicious. All the staff that we interacted with were friendly and professional. They have still and sparkling water on tap, and a buzzer to call for service if required, which makes the whole dining experience much easier and more pleasant. Highly recommended. We have been many times and will keep coming back.

The interior is honestly so cool as it's rustic 😁 Their pizzas are so yummy, but the only downside is that it's more crust than it is actually filling. All food is absolutely delicious. Staff are friendly. There is a thing where you can press a button when you order, then the staff come straight to you.

The place is alright. Not something to be hyped about. Some dishes are too costly for the quantity. Have way better food elsewhere for the same amount. (Pizza's are not at all good). However, the customer service is good.

Such an awesome place with an great vibe. Everything on the menu sounded so good but I settled on a pizza. Absolutely no complaints. The brownie is particularly good as well. Highly recommend.

Pretty good food for the price, and the Kumara chips are made with orange kumara, my favourite! Steak is yum, the sticky date pudding could of been blended up more but overall a good experience.

Really nice food. I enjoyed the pork belly which was cooked to perfection (although could have had a touch more sauce) and had a yummy dessert of sticky date pudding. No complaints with either. The service was exceptional, with all wait staff pleasant and accommodating. Well worth going to.

We love Joe's garage. It's such a kid friendly place with pictures to colour in and just a really nice family vibe. The food is always really yummy and quick to get from ordering to getting it at the table. It is always our go to place to take the kids out for breakfast!

Such a great place to have a feed, food is fantastic I love the gorgeous George and my wife loves the teddy's best. Wash all that down with a bug boy shake. My first Joe's was in Queenstown so glad to see food quality is the same here in Hamilton!!! Can't wait to try for dinner!!!

Lovely food. The cold pressed juice served is delicious. I recommend "The Local" from the menu if you're hungry. Hollandaise sauce is very nice also.

I've never been, only googled it and now asking to be reviewed. So I'll try. Its reasonably cheap, you can view the menu on google maps which saves you going all the way there. It's close to everything else as well. I know Joe's garage has a pretty good reputation anyway so I reccomend it :)

Salt and pepper squid was a bit rubbery. Pizza was ok, but you could say on the expensive side. Other meals looked alright . Not sure I would be in a hurry to come back. But that is just my opinion. Yours may differ.

Popped in for Coffee & dessert, the coffee was excellent & the Sticky Date with Salted Caramel Sauce & Icecream was out standing! All three components in the dessert were of a very high standard. I will definitely be back!!

This place had the exact kind of "greasy spoon" diner vibe we were looking for for brunch! Fresh orange juice came out quick, and the food wasn't far behind. Everything was definitely right off the flat top and cooked to order. I don't know what magic the put in that gravy, but be sure to get an order to dunk your fries in!

The staff we had were good-natured and cheery, from the front staff who served our table to the chefs in the open kitchen who answered a curious question about their food. We had a variety of dishes, as I visited in a small group, but all our meats were juicy and fine, the vegetables were crisp and tasted fresh, and our chips were perfect and not greasy. I would highly recommend this place for group visits, especially with the abundance of booths combined with an open, airy space. Bonus points for the location keeping to its theme.

If you want the fried chicken burger in Hamilton Waikato you would be better off going to Camerosa. They have more chicken with better seasoning for $22 instead of Joes $27. It is better than the basic McDonalds chicken burger but probably not better than the gourmet.

One of the best restaurants in Hamilton and the beef and chicken is halal. Just make sure you tell them to cook it separately. I've ordered beef burger, el marocan and a stake and we loved them. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The only drawback is PARKING. It's super rare to find parking and I haven't been there for the past two months due to not finding parking so I don't bother.

Our Club held our annual prizegiving here last night. Perfect venue for our 45 attendees, could easily take 60 or more. Tayla was brilliant, working hard to ensure that it worked for us.
