Reviews of KFC The Base
S.Great service and quick with orders. The chicken gets dried out sometimes and can be chewy but other times I have been here, the chicken is really moist and tasty. Just depends on the day, I suppose. More consistency would be nice, otherwise great.
J.Food was fresh and tasty and the service was fast and efficient. Great for a quick takeaway on the way home.

m.My experience was OK. Reasons behind the 3-star is that customer service was average. The lady serving me did not seem to like her job lol. I find the whole thing funny because she had that mood on where she didn't care about anything. It's not like she served me poorly but her vibe was just not there in terms of great customer service. Food was great as always. 🙂
J.Food was ok, not the best but I've had way worse. Service however was not up to scratch. Staff were not in a happy place, and it was obvious to all. Polite, but curt and not at all smiley like they normally are.

A.Great service but chicken was very bland.
H.Got some popcorn chicken and chips for our 5 and 2 year old Great-granddaughters, too much salt on the chips for little children. Otherwise a nice meal for adults in a hurry.
T.I havnt been there in ages i was just there to do traffic management but i cant wait to go back to the food court there

R.I'm sure anyone reading this has been to KFC. The menu here is pretty standard. The service I've had has always been good. The base has an expansive eating area but it can get pretty busy at times. There is outdoor seating available for when the weather is nice and there are umbrellas over some tables so if the rain isn't too bad it's still a viable option.
