K.This KFC due to the share volume of sales, always constantly has fresh chicken, you may have a little wait but you won't regret it, and it goes without saying that you always check your order before leaving. Enjoy.
A.Got the Wicked Meal at KFC Ulster Street. Definitely better than Frankton both quality and service wise.
B.Lockdown L3 = drive-through.
Staff very busy on Saturday night at 7pm, but were processing 1 order/car every 3 minutes. Chicken was warm rather than hot, but easily fixed in our oven.
M.No complaints about the chicken, new lynn is way better than most
Operationally,
Giving more notice before just shutting down would have been helpful,
The delivery with csr window closed while their window is open,
Is caution i agree but surely a glass screen would be better
Drive thru can fill causing mini car jams, but definetly witth a visit
Chicken is nice , my go to for kfc
R.They offer great chicken combo which includes potato chips, chicken pieces, and drinks. They offer great quality food in greater quantity less money. Fantastic value for money.
A.Nice friendly staff. Food was up to scratch, right heat. Burger had the perfect amount of mayo.

C.1st run at drive through unfortunately chips and chicken fillets inside zinger stacker were cold. Ulster st store gave a free burger and chips next day. Cherz
D.Not busy at time of visit.Forgot to give me large potato and gravy and wicked wings at drive through had to park car and go inside and get rest order.
C.Ordered click and collect during level 2. Order was correct and ready for pick up at stated time. So can't complain

Service person bit hard to understand till another person with clear English served sounded abit up tight by the tone ov voice but we got our order in the end
M.Whats not to love about KFC.. Its finger licking good, clean and tidy from last visit before lockdown, staff are friendly and helpful..
D.Lunchtime this is where myself an 3 friends went, what a feed we had chicken, chips, potato an gravely an the coke. Huge feed we couldn't finish it, chips were freshly cooked drinks cold an wow the KFC was finger licking good lol. Bit of a wait, but that's OK. We dined in the staff were great, dining aera was kept clean an ample parking. You gotta go there, it was awesome

N.Burger good, but given old, luke warm fries again. This is an ever occurring problem with KFC. It appears they dont want to waste the fries but are willing to pass substandard food onto the customers. However they were changed straight away. But it shouldn't be happening.
C.Actually had some of the best chicken of my life. Was not soggy, was flame grilled tasty and was just absolutely satisfactory. A massive improvement as in the past we have been disappointed. But our most recent visit definitely left us more than satisfied.
T.Click & Collect lunch order. Not sure why it can't be handed over thru the drive thru. Very odd!

W.Visited here on Friday 28 July (2017) - there was a 10 minute wait on chicken, drive thru was packed and walk in was getting busier by the minute.
Props to the Manager on duty and his staff who handled the back log well. Honesty is key and I'm thankful to the young lady who served us and told us up front what happened to our order. It's not the mistakes you make, but how you make up for them that matter the most. Chicken was a beaut, staff on point.

H.Hot wing snack box & throw in a couple of regular chickens as well. Their Hot wing burgers aren't to bad, and depends who's making it behind the counter. Hot wings are my favorite with chips and a drink while on the go. But if that's not for you, a wide selection is available. Yes one more IMPORTANT NOTE: Check your order before you leave. I don't know how many times I've left and got home, to find out they've left out one of my orders 😠😠
T.One of the best KFC in Hamilton. And I'd like to think that I have tried all of them. Most consistent, and the staff not greedy with extra charges for paper bag! I think mostly because it's in the city, usually packed with customers in busy hours, especially for the drive-thru.
C.Yum as usual. Had but of wait tho.
M.It's a typical franchise on a busy city intersection, nothing stellar about it, but where it beats other fast food franchises is the digitally displayed menus don't change every 6 seconds, so the infrequent visitor can read what they offer and make a reasonable choice. One area they could improve on is the signage for customers waiting for their orders after they're taken.
S.This KFC store has friendly staff, can get quite busy at times so have to wait a while for food. This store shares its car parking with several other stores which is usually enough except when its really busy time. The salad in the burgers is not always fresh. The chicken is good. Sometimes there are beggars outside the store.
P.Delivery was mean tonight.
My zinger burger was crisp and zingy.
The chicken was delicious.

T.Very busy place, drive through small and narrow. Good service, however, sometimes people waiting at the end of the drive through with signs asking for any lose change etc. Sometimes they miss things that you may have ordered. This has happened to me more than once and I return to get it. An inconvenience.
D.Always seem to be waiting for ages at this KFC but it does taste better than Hamilton east. Staff look more "presentable" if you will. Yum yum. Bad for the heart but good for the soul.

a.Good place for quick meal. But you need to aware about the local people standing there and ask for money in the night.
Very fast delivery of order. And have enough room to accommodate around 20-25 people with no problems.
s.The service was quick and the food is good. Ning (counter staff) was extremely friendly and helped me in sorting my order out. Overall a great experience.

S.Gotta love a bit of KFC. Drive thru finally has paywave! Can be a bit pricey, but check out their coupons online before you go and you're guaranteed a bargain! Friendly drive thru staff.
j.Drive thru is usually slow. Food is a hit and miss IF you order it via drive thru. Dine in is the way to go.parking has never been an issue. P.s. it can be messy( a lot of garbage) if you decide to dine in.

r.Ok place...like most kfc they need more staff on...when u only have 30 minutes for lunch and spend 15 minutes waiting...hopefully head office reads this...keep the Customer happy..put more staff on at peak times

N.It was every thing that I expected, I could even park in the disability parks not like the New Plymouth branch where it is a free for all, you don't need a card there
