N.First time going here and I really enjoyed it. The workers were really nice and walked me through the menu. The chicken was nicely cooked and full of flavour. Thank you

Z.Usually okay, but recently they haven't been salting the fries or giving ketchup. Must be cutting costs. Food still prepared well, hot and not soggy.
Also the staff didn't tell me before I confirmed my order that the standard had changed on drinks provided, and waited until the order was fully prepared before telling me.
Three stars because previous experiences were okay but I likely won't be going back unless everywhere else nearby is closed or too busy.
S.I was at the Base outlet. Not just the ambience is great but also the customer service is exceptionally good. I had the privilege to meet the owner of the outlet whose name is Millad. I found him very pleasant and a helpful guy that loves to serve his customers with a smile. I have been to the outlet at least three times since it opened. Very good service from him. I wish him and the management the very best.
