R.Awesome little restaurant. Actually ate there for first time today. Chips were freshly cooked. Yummy. The burger was just warm but have had worse elsewhere. 4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐
C.Can always rely on this McDonald's to serve quality meals, better then most McDonald's around. Most off them have good costumer services. Overall pretty good Mcdonalds
P.Love coming back to this place everytime I'm in the Hawkes Bay. Had just been on a 14.5km walk and needed to refuel before the last 2.5km's.
Staff were awesome, food was delicious, served with a smile, yes, they were wearing masks but you could see the twinkle in their eyes.
I'll be back for sure, next time I'm in Hawkes Bay
B.Would've given 5 stars if I was lucky enough to get the tomato sauce I asked with the nuggets, twice now.
M.They forgot a happy meal and a burger but we're very polite
N.Good Macca's. I got the Cookie Time McFlurry and was a but disappointed because it wasn't really mixed in, like I expected a McFlurry to be. It was really just vanilla soft serve with Cookie Time crumbles and caramel on top.
B.Fast service, great food manager was lovely and so were the staff. Would definitely recommend.

J.A bit slow in the drive thru, but can be fast when not so busy. Great food if they get your order right. Sometimes frozen coke is not so frozen, it's more of a liquid than a frozen coke. But overall they have nice hot fries and amazing chicken nuggets. 😀
M.Took 20 mins to get 2 cheeseburgers. One person packing the outgoing orders on her cellphone a few times. Normally very good but today was not their best.

It was just a bit slow. I feel like it's becoming a trend at all McDonald stores but isn't that fast food we remember.
B.Kinda small and cramped compared to most McDonald's. Nice clean. Aesthetically pleasing. Would be higher rates in my opinion if it was a adult orientated restaurant chain. But it is McDonald's. I picture kids and playing. But still comfortable for parents. The play area is tiny. And only one table. Though fully enclosed with is handy in winter.

P.Always great service, hot food, good coffee. I go once (watching the waistline LOL) every time I visit the Hawkes Bay.
T.Staff seem pleasant and friendly but it just felt a little grubby inside - some tables hadn’t been wiped down after they’d been cleared (it wasn’t busy while we were there either nor was it late in the evening with minimal staff). As a result several of the tables we were going to sit at had sticky patches. Yucky. The drink and condiment station needed a bit of organising too. It’s almost like it needed a little more attention to the small details that make such an impression.
S.Reliable food and service. Busy. Tables were dirty so could have used a bit of a wipe down. Interesting music dj system where you can pick the songs to play in the restaurant.
T.I filled my car up with petrol here. It only cost 6 dollars for a full tank + a Big Mac. The other car drivers in the car park were more than happy to let me borrow their petrol after I told them things about themselves there is no way I could of known.
J.Clean. Various seating areas. Do all McDonalds put a wooden knife and butter pack in with muffins? I don't know, obviously. Didn't see them until I'd finished the muffin (Useful tool to scrape vacuum filter later on) Didn't like that an obvious door had no signage. Was it an entry I could have used? Didn't try it 'cos I'm embarrassed when doors don't open. 😟
I.Yall have upped yourselves. Pat urselves on the back. Yous are doing good but put some more lettuce in!
C.Early morning breakfasts at 6am with my 2 girls. They got to enjoy Hotcakes and Hot chocolate whilst Mumma bear enjoyed a flat white coffee whilst reading the morning paper ( the real one, not online). There is also free Wifi which is a great bonus when the kids need to wind down. Highly recommend this environment and the staff were so pleasant and accommodating.
E.Had to go in to get my order corrected and even then the service wasn't flash... missed the mayo in a burger also...
M.It's maccas, we ordered and we ate............
Just an update. Someone there on one of the shifts( new year 2019) made the best burgers we have had from maccas ever so changing it to a 4 star. hoping your lucky too.
J.Service was good but it was a quiet period. The standard of cleanliness was fair. The children's play area is boxy and feels cramped. The food was good, freshly cooked.
V.Nice and hot all the times.
A.It's McDonald's, they forgot my fries in my daughter's happy meal. These things happen I guess.
M.Decent enough for a McDonalds. Couldn't do frozen coke by itself which was a bummer.
J.Rather blank glass facade. Doors not obvious to start with. Need to watch out in tight carpark, too. Plenty of seating.

A.You get what you usually get because of the standard menu. My friends had coffees and were happy with the quality.
Z.As usually the staff was fast and efficient.
Downside- very hot and stuffy children's area. Needed to put a chair to hold the door to get some air to this area.

I.A smaller store which, thankfully doesn't get as busy as the Hastings Store. The road to get in and out is quite busy so access can be a little tricky
