Love Thai Thai! Lunch special menu has a lot of options at a reasonable price for how great everything is. Soups, Thai curries, noodles, and stir fry options. I think I have had one of each and they are all epic! Get mild if you don’t like spicy things, medium spicy and up if you are after a heat adventure. Recently learned that they deliver too, which has been awesome and easy to do online.

I was after a good Thai tom yum soup. The staff suggested that I try the red tom yum. Thai Thai Restaurant did not disappoint and supplied a beautiful authentic experience with the kiwi twist of green lipped mussels. Friendly helpful staff too. I loved it. Thank you ขอบคุณ

Great thai food! Highly recommended. Fast delivery, and it's free within 4km of the restaurant which is amazing. We ordered Beef Pad Thai, Chicken Pad Thai and Chicken Larb. The meals were all delicious. The spice is to a Thai palate, so if you can't handle hot food I'd suggest scaling back from your usual level of spice. An amazing meal and we will be very keen to try some different dishes soon.

An excellent restaurant with great food and wonderful service. Wait staff ask you about the meal early in the evening rather than as you are taking the last mouthful. Very helpful with suggestions. Will go back again

Ordered delivery meals (pineapple stir fry, sweet & sour pork) and they’re a great size meal, real good tasting meals too! Not as oily as I’m use to getting.

Great wee restaurant. I had the pineapple curry chicken (medium spice) and green iced tea and wow beautiful. I like spicy and the medium was just perfect. Great service.

Man the food here makes your mouth water. We started to use them as a take away, one night we thought why not sit in. The take-away food is great. BUT the dine in food blows your mind.

Best Thai food I’ve found in New Zealand & trust me- I’ve tried every where. Amazing staff and service and despite some of the other reviews they were very hesitant to believe the spice level I wanted haha (understandable- I work at a Mexican restaurant and have a similar issue) but it ended up the perfect level of hot. Can’t wait to come back every time I head down south 🙌🏼 keep up the good work

This restaurant may be small, but its food really does pack a lot of great taste! Not only was the food good, but the atmosphere was great and the owners were from Thailand and knew all of the thai customs and flavours. It was also packed full of people who were all enjoying their meals. I would definitely go again!

Polite staff, average food but for the price we paid, we couldn't expect too much. Fish cake - really good Green curry (chicken) - good Fried tofu - ordinary, not worth the amount paid for the small portions Ginger Beef Stir Fry and Drunken Meat (prawns) - taste about the same. Pad Thai - taste a lot like tomato ketchup noodles but it's still tasty

The Thai Boat Noodle Soup was so fresh and yum. The Fried Chicken Stir Fry sauce was lil bit salty for me but still ok to eat.

Town was dead quiet on a rainy day. Walked in to this aromatic restaurant. Pad Thai was the ultimate favourite, other dishes was well flavoured and spicy enough. Luckily we didn't had to wipe out the water in Invercargill water tower.

I would highly recommend Thai Thai restaurant to anyone wishing to experience the flavors of Thailand’s delicious food. Will be returning again to try all the restaurants dishes. I had the peanut sauce stir fry for lunch, made hot and vegan, and folx, it was a real delight. The food was served in no time and the heat was perfect. The portion was generous, and served with rice, so I didn't have to buy that on top, which is always a bit of a bonus. I will definitely be heading back, and soon!

We ordered pad thai and glass noodles. Both were amazingly delicious. It was nice of them to put spicy chilis in the corner to allow making the dish as hot as you want! Will definitely order from them again!

Pretty good Thai food. I really liked their lunch promotion. Heaps of selection and it is priced reasonably. I had the Thai Green Curry (tofu option). Also on a cold day , do try tom yam (or if you are looking for a quick hangover cure!)

Honestly speaking, having been to Thailand the food here isnt all that true to the authenticity of the great taste of Thailand. The food lacks of certain fresh ingredients like garlic and ginger and a popular fresh ingredient that is the lemon grass i find less than amusing to say the least. Unfortunately, theres also a bad taste of MSG which is deceptively profiting a fair bit from the inexperienced palate. However, overall i do find it reasonably tasty to the extent that i occasionally come back to reminisce of the thai dishes that i so loved.

The vegetarian options we had were made with fresh crispy veg and well cooked tofu. Big portions and friendly service. Maybe a couple of $'s over what you would pay in Dunedin but worth it for this southern most Thai restaurant. Recommend.

Delicious! Authentic, good portions, great price - lunch special! We went every day we were in Invercargill. My favorite was the Tom kha, my partner's fav was the red curry. Drunken noodles were also de-lish. I miss it already

Great food , good service . We sat by the kitchen and found it was really cold . They must have the windows open to ventilate the kitchen but this cold air flowed through into the restaurant area .
