J.No ice cream or frozen drinks. Had to go around the drive thru twice because someone forgot a burger. Started our order at 11.05am, left the place at 11.55am. Service was good tho, just took ages.
J.I saw a $6 Cheeseburger Lunch Buster meal advertised on TV so tried it. The food was well cooked and tasty. The hash brown was particularly yummy. I took the chicken mcnuggets instead of the ice-cream sundae as I chose a hot chocolate to drink; it was mixed well and had a good number of marshmallows floating in the cup. My friend's coffee was delivered to the table first with a friendly smile, too early I thought because if it had been mine I like to drink after I eat and the coffee would be cold by then. The paper mat in the tray was informative and interesting to read. Table was clean. Restrooms were clean. I noticed an out-of-date poster on the window but maybe people don't read the fine print at the bottom.
P.There was only one teller open, there is a 10min+ wait in line, went after 1pm, limited seating in Foodcourt, table cleaners are doing there best to clean tables, but we couldn't see any bins to put our rubbish in, so we left it on the table like everyone else.
B.Reasonably clean and prompt service. Location on the main road of Levin obviously lacking glamour, but convenience is a bonus. The breakfast order we had was on par with what you'd expect from a NZ Maccy D's
D.Actually pretty good. Staff were on to it and food was decent.

P.Took ages for our eat in meal table delivery. Approx 25 mins. Others were were finished eating that had ordered after us. Staff were friendly and apologetic.
K.Food was very yum and it is great to have a playground for my little one to play on when it is raining. The only thing was that the changing table was only in the women's toilets meaning my husband could not change my child when he went to do so he had to come back and get me.

A.Drinks were warm and food was okay needs to be better then what it is that's the 2nd time in two weeks I've been and no better then the last needs improvement.

A.On arrival at the levin McDonald's, my stomach yearning for chicken nuggets, my heart sunk as I saw the line to the drive through extending out onto the street; I thought I was in for a long wait. But to my amazement we had our food and were away laughing within 10 minutes! The service was second to none and the nuggets perfect. The only fault was that the ice cream machine was out of action, but you have to expect that on a stinking hot day like that so the 5 star rating holds.

J.Top marks from us! After being declined service at KFC due to them having no chicken or sides, and we were starving.... McDonald's it was. A few changes to our burgers and nothing was an issue. Service with a smile.
D.Everything you'd expect from a small town McDonald's. Pretty clean, food on par with every other McDonald's on the planet, a drink machine that was actually working AND had ice. I thought I was in McDonald's heaven for a second. But no, it was Levin. Nice place to live in. Or so I hear😁

E.went through drive through at around 9:30pm on 14/1/21 and the staff working were genuinely the nicest girls ever! so sweet and super efficient. give these girls a raise honestly!

H.Usually gets order correct "about 90%"of the time the only problem I have is they always dump ur order of fries on its side in the bag " Instead of standing them upright " and half ur order is all over the bag touching all of the wrappers of ur other items that " Who knows how many people have handled them" ur other items?

While the drive through wait was quite long, we were not dissatisfied with the food. Each burger had been made perfectly. Fries had just the right amount of salt. Best McDonalds experience we've had for quite some time! Keep up the good work guys.

A.This staff works hard! We showed up when there was like almost 100 people in the restaurant all travelling during the Easter holidays and they still served people quickly and efficiently. We were ordering on the electronic counters but they were pumping out orders incredibly fast and there was staff keeping the restaurant clean, making sure that there enough cups. They also have very nice seating, however, the bathrooms could be a bit bigger as the female bathroom ended up with a massive queue.
T.Love the food, average customer service. The only thing is every time we order they always forget certain items we ordered and have to remind them once we check our order.

C.There are not enough staff in busy times and slow times. I have never been there when tables seats and floors are clean. Cannot sit at a chosen table due to the mess. Am over cleaning a space myself when all the empty seats are either dirty or tables covered in empty food containers. Staff can be grumpy.
M.Friendly service. Hot fries. Only complaint is caramel milkshake on menu, but not available. Why have it on the menu?

A.Overall it is great. Moderate parking with a fast moving team of employees. The toilets are well maintained, and is moderately clean. The burgers don't seem that different from any other McDonald's branch, they are consistent. It's Okay.
D.I dont know who he was serving the pay window in levin , 11.35pm 26/1/21 but I wish all your staff were like him ✌ he was super friendly and was super polite about the drink machine been down , thats customer service to a T , even put me in a good enough mood to pay for the order of the guy behind me 😅✌👌
n.Went in cause drive though was backed up...normally i do go through the drive though for my order always. So I decided to go in, the service was so fast going into McDonald's then the drive though. Happy as came out faster then the drive though. And food was hot...cause the drive though was pumping :)

D.Actually one of the better mc Donald's around. Was helpful and offered to make a big mac lettuce wrap instead of a bun for my wife who is gluten intolerant. Was nice that they understood what we wanted as most fast food chains will not deviate from the menu at all in our experience.

They ask you to pull over and they'd bring the order out, no real room to pull off in an SUV.
Bought out seconds later though. Could have stayed at the window =)

C.Friendly staff not usually a big wait which is awesome. only down side Is the fact that to many times something isn't in stock due to the machines being broken.... I. E the frozen coke machine then you have to sit for the remainder of time waiting to get out of the que to leave .. A simple sign at the entrance stating something isn't working would help fix that rather then make us wait
A.Despite cheerful service I was disappointed at the messiness of the place. I'd question whether management cares enough to hire enough people or support the staff adequately. They seemed to be doing their best.

M.We arrived at a really busy time and they were having problems with their coffee machine. They communicated chant while they fixed the problem and then made sure we all got put correct orders. With a smile and an apology. Good work guys.
l.Nice hot chocolate. Had a nice slice of ginger and pear loaf toasted but as toaster not working properly. The service bit slow. Good amount of people in there especially takeaway part.
R.The food was standard. The service was terrible. If staff don't want to be at work maybe they need to ring on sick or find a job that works better for them.
G.Ho hum coffee depending on whos behind the machine! Somedays best in town other days worst so good luck with who you get, food same as every maccas in nz!

ʙ.The Empty feeling on both ends?
The cold wintery chill keeps me slumbered beneath my tiger printed mink. Its 1:45 in the morning on a Wednesday, the world is silent. Almost still, I lay in my bed watching my breath evaporate over the dimly lit light ascending from the ceramic glass of my Huawei P8. The tranquillity is broken by the humming of a freshly oiled nissan maxima making it's way down the street and up the driveway.
My phone vibrates "ivvv ivvv" the text reads "Are you awake?" I cast aside my mink that sheltered me from the harsh winter elements and proceeded to the car that awaited my presence. I hop in she looks me in the eye and whispers "are you ready" underneath the chorus of chris browns privacy? I nod in response. The peaceful streets of horowhenua are awoken by flat melodys.
We pull up to the "spot" the heavy breathing and excitement fog the windows. The sound I had awaited to hear all day sings through my ear lobes. "Welcome to McDonald's place your order when your ready" There is no hesitation. with a lightning speed reaction she relays our order. " 10 piece chicken nugget combo with barbecue sauce. And a boss burger combo, coke and fanta for the drinks" large ofcourse.
We are welcomed to the payment window with open arms and might I say pleasing small talk and customer service. The order is recived. I open the steaming brown paper bag to the smell of freshly cooked goodies. Browsing the interior to check the items.
Happy as usual we make our way home to partake in the early morning Wednesday ritual of McDonald's consumption. Fast forward 2 years I know you'd probably be wondering to yourself, Why is there always a 10 piece chicken nugget and boss burger combo unclaimed in the early hours of a Wednesday morning. Unfortunately I am now alone without said person to pick me up to do our weekly ritual so my stomach is as baffled as you are.
It may hurt but you will never have that order again McDonald's levin. Its not your fault, sometimes these things happen... minus 1 star for the fact your food is probably the epicenter of my self diagnosed diabetes.Also the costant mistake of sweet and sour sauce instead of bbq but, 4 stars for service and food etc :)
S.I Asked for one of the new white chocolate icecreams and was handed one half the size of the displayed picture with only the tip covered in chocolate. I made the comment to girl at wondow " this is not like the picture" and she slammed window in my face after giving me a dirty look.

P.It wasn't the best visit. Slow service, intimidating people swarming around the building at night, food was not hot and fries limp. Could just be bad luck.
V.Caught them early!! We were 2x busloads of 1st customers for the day... Excellent customer service and efficient speedy delivery of orders... Even let us all use their wharepaku to change into our iwi colours for our day in Wellington... Thank you McDonald's Levin!! 😄😅

P.Late home tonite 0145hrs on Friday and only option for a meal of sorts. However I must be honest n say of the two staff on the windows, that they were the most helpful, most pleasant, most cheerful front of house team I have meet in years anywhere. I take my hat of to you both. WELL DONE
