Staff here is incredibly friendly, always have a smile on their face, always welcoming. Never have to wait very long either. Love seeing them when we go in. The bagels are okay, and that's no fault of the staff here, bagels are made somewhere else. But...BUT...if you're going to claim to sell NY style bagels...make sure they ARE NY style. That means, BOIL THE BAGELS BEFORE BAKING. Otherwise, the bagels are dry, and not chewy the way they should be once toasted.

Fantastic, well made and tasty pizzas. By the slice or whole pizza. Good sized slices. Fresh and delicious bagels with huge variety of fillings or custom make fillings to suit. Lower Hutt branch very clean and inviting. Well recommended for eat in or takeaway.

We were taken there by our son and his fiancé on a chilly wet Spring Saturday morning. It was something new to us as we do not have these locally. It was a hard choice of which bagel option to go for, I settled on the "Creame cheese with strawberry & chocolate", that was a pleasant experience and something different. I want to try something else on our next visit.

I go here lots in the morning for breakfast and everything is so perfect. Service is pretty good and the bagels are scrumptious.

Great bagels, made fresh on premise. The pizzas are very good to and importantly not to greasy. Staff are nice and friendly to. Though most people rush and go, take a seat and enjoy the unique environment.

always a yummy place to get a bagel. wide variety of flavours and the bagel flavours themselves are fabulous. this place is newly renovated so it feels comfortable and modern. i always come here with the family where we can sit enjoy a bagel and a coffee- great way to end a weekend

Fresh bagels, decent coffee and good service. Cafe itself is comfortable but basic, the food would hold its' own against a trendy cafe but you are not paying trendy cafe prices. Good value, good food.

We had a super sized pepperoni pizza and some garlic bites. We have had this pizza before, but this time it seemed lackluster. Not enough to mention to the staff but not as good as usual. So, I'm not sure how to review. Sometimes great, sometimes not.

Pizza is pretty good but lack of decent refreshment options bring this place down. Pizza is also a little over priced. Have been here a few times and service is hit and miss. Sometimes really good and other times none at all.

The five starts is for the meals (in particular your jumbo pizzas that we would order from Thorndon Wholly Bagels when we were situated in the city). It would be really good if you (Lower Hutt WB delivered to upper hutt - had quite a lot of people to cater for and was disappointed you were unable to deliver.
