B.Amazing food and Leah our waitress was fantastic! Such a great place to be on a sunny Saturday morning, sitting outside watching the world go by. Delicious coffee and food!
J.Celebrated my nieces birthday, the food was exception and worth the money, the service was friendly and they made the experience warm. The other people were there for hours so that means no one wanted to leave! Great work crew!
b.Was ok nice friendly staff got the crumbed scallops and they were over cooked like eating rubber puree was nice and tasty beef tacos were nice but missed some spice to them
T.Very well welcoming and friendly service. However, very limited breakfast menu. The pancakes were disappointing, needed some cooked banana along with the bacon. Coffee was great though.
C.I'd have given you 5 stars if you hadnt double booked our table which I had booked 2 weeks prior & confirmed day before.
BUT !!! The management are so lucky having such wonderful staff, who were amazing to our group of 6. Went out of their way, on such a busy night, to ensure we were made comfortable while we waited for a table.
The food here is excellent and everyone in our group would definitely go again.
A.Seafood chowder should be more than a few chunks of fish with lots of prawns in a thin sauce. The chicken salad my partner ordered looked unappetizing on the plate. Staff were pleasant but my first visit will be my last.

A.Super yummy steak with added mushroom sauce was Devine and melt in your mouth yumminess. Very welcoming and friendly staff and nice decor and comfortable seating. This is definately a place I will be visiting again thanks kindly
H.Came across Redoubt while away from home for work and it quickly became my new local. Awesome food and exceptional service made me feel as if I was home and the loyalty card made sure for good savings on every meal, otherwise I could stack them for a massive discount when I was ready to leave. The simple fact of asking for a name instead of issuing a table number and the staff introducing themselves back made it feel more personal than some places which was greatly appreciated. Would happily recommend to anyone in the area to come down, whether they are local or just passing through, even just to sample a beverage.

J.Very friendly service by Laura, who took the time to get all our names. Food was great, very well presented and good size portions. Hot drinks and meals were a lil slow but we were there at a very busy time on a Saturday so understandable and non issue. Love that they sponsor the junior soccer player of the day with free curly fries, which is what had us there this day! Toilets clean and well stocked.

H.Although the food is delicious and the coffee is great the thing that makes this such a great destination is the staff. I can't say enough about how lovely outgoing and friendly they are of course if the food wasn't any good that probably wouldn't matter but again we had a great lunch with plenty of food the OMG Burger was just that. Have been back several times now and will continue to do so.
L.We drove down from Pokeno for my Birthday dinner and enjoyed ourselves. The food was flavoursome, the service, music and drinks were excellent. We didn't have to wait for long. It was busy so book before heading out otherwise you may miss out. Well worth the drive and to see family. 10/10 from us!!

S.Really lovely cafe and one particularly good waitress called Lea. Food was awesome and they modified the breakfast to suit my vegetarian tastes. They do have a veggie lunch menu if that's what you enjoy. I would describe it as family friendly with chairs and tables outside.
I.By far the best service I have ever had, being addressed by our names the whole time. Our waitress was so friendly and welcoming and my eggs Benedict was delicious. Great coffee too cant wait to go back!

A.This is a fantastic joint. The pork belly is wonderful, the scotch fillet (rare) was perfect. Open atmosphere, friendly staff...Redoubt Bar and Eatery in Morrinsville checks all the boxes. Stop in for dinner and don't look back. Just don't poke your head in the kitchen window to tell them how good the food is, tends to spook the girls back there...sorry about that ladies!
