S.This is the best KFC that we have ever been to. Brilliant service. Piping hot food. Very nice cold slaw and the chicken was fantastic. No burnt offerings at this place. Fantastic staff.
M.Normally, It's always good but this time, the chips just yellow and so soft. They not fry long enough.
S.Good customer service and very timely with orders, even when busy. Great teamwork, awesome! Keep that up guys. Downside is nowhere to sit outside even in level 2 Covid and especially can't use toilet facilities or there's, no rubbish bins.
H.Quick easy go to with very tasty Tower Zinger burger. Always a bit short on staff though.
S.A bit more oily than other KFCs. It's more of a driveway zone and hence gives less preference to dine in.
T.Drive through, quick, friendly, and I received what I ordered. Chicken was cooked to perfection. Note that it a nil cash policy

N.Twice now I have waited through about 4 or 5 cars in drive-through to be told at the window they're out of original recipe chicken 🤦♀️ Waste of my time, no sign put out & this was at 7pm they close at 11!
R.Tastes oh so yummy when it's fresh.. Have updated my review from a year ago. I eat a lot of KFC and the Mount Maunganui branch is consistently better than many of the others. Their queues aren't quite as bad as they used to be and the food is consistently fresher throughout the day than other branches I frequent. Well done to the Mount KFC team - your customers DO notice.
R.Well quick, professional, have yo put a little moan, could not hear very clearly heard order. That was our problem saw were getting 'older'.
S.Typical KFC. Nothing fancy about the place. Same quality of food and service nationwide. Although, some branches clean the tables straight after customers leave but don't expect this from here. Lady at the counter was friendly and polite. Convenient carpark

D.Nice little spot to stop and enjoy lunch. The entrance in & out is far too congested with road traffic on a very busy corner which is difficult to navigate at peak times

H.Kfc is KFC.. .. service can be quite quick, but isn't always, and not just because it's busy. Chicken is usually good, but can be quite oily at times. Not the best KFC I've been to, but far from the worst....
T.I bought 15 pce picnic meal....get the thighs, tear a peice of bread roll, take a chunk out of the juicy chicken thigh, add a chip, then dunk in gravy😋
C.Food was good but forgot to put my wings in the bag with my two hot and spicy popcorn chicken meals. Nothing worse then getting home and find your order is incomplete

T.When the wind blows from the west the sweet aroma of deepfired chicken skin reaches my house and teases my senses. I can leave the house and be home before the elastic drool reaches the floor and be at peace with a bucket of chicken
