C.The way we like to do it is using the self order kiosk + McDonald’s app which gives some alright discounts (better than full price) and after using one discount go to the next kiosk to use another discount (as you can only use one discount per transaction) and throw it on the same table delivery number. Works out fine and the past times we’ve gone the food and coffee has been great. Only downside is coming through drive through late as it can either be great or bad.
R.With covid things are a lot different at many takeaways but McDonald’s has excellent and quick service !! I only waited a Maximum of 10 minutes! 😯 super quick for my large order. (Drive thru was super packed, but inside wasn’t )
D.No real direction when inside to eat. The main counter was tapped off so you have to stand close to everyone in a smaller footprint and order from the Cafe or Kiosks. I got a McChicken combo, was the usual Mcdonalds food, I think they look after their drive thru first as it took awhile.
J.Mostly good friendly staff, food is good when going through drive thru, have found it not so good inside tho, waiting half an hour and cold food a few times now
T.the 5 stars are not about the quality of the food (it is standard mcdonals), its about the setting and staff. the McDonalds in taupo has a nice playground with an aircraft in the middle, the staff is friendly and we got our food quite fast!
A.Fast food... Exactly what you ask for you get. We treated ourselves to early morning sunrise then breakfast at McDonald's, great way to start the day.
p.Even though I was Is dinng in the restaurant I wasn't asked to see my Covid vaccination certificate Which I should have been Particularly when all come from out of town

S.Cool place. It has good play area. Moreover the staff was very friendly and nice hot chocolate made by the barista.

K.This McDonalds has a large kids playground which our kids enjoyed. However, we found that the food took a long time to come out and cleaning of empty tables was slow. It wasn’t that busy in the restaurant at the time so maybe this venue is understaffed.
G.Touch screen very slow and difficult to use for an oldie. However the young woman who assisted us at a suitable distance was amazing
J.food was good but not made so tidily. staff aren’t the best at wearing masks properly

T.It’s got burgers, coke, Coca-Cola, strange smells from the bathroom, and local deviants, pretty standard for you average McDonald’s.
D.As a McDonald's, the Napier one is really average. The managers are often rude especially the one guy in particular. The staff are almost always polite, but I rarely see the same staff member more than once. So they're usually fresh off the franchise training probably.
My biggest beef with all McDonald's in NZ? You never get any tomato sauce packets. You always have to ask. Couldn't we add that into the new touch screen order stations? Limit one per french fries order or something just so that when I forget, I at least have something.
M.Thos place is always dirty so I choose drive through its fast at lunch time
R.I'm not a crowd person. It was noisy felt tense. In amongst all of this I got quick polite service. I was also helped by one of the customers. Not something I enjoyed but got it done. Thank You

A.Excellent and friendly service, coffee and cake. Unfortunately the floors were filthy throughout with chips and food covering the entire area. This was at 2pm before schools were out and a normal Tuesday.

D.Went here for brunch on Sunday 25 with my husband after we had been to the farmers market in Hastings I ordered the massive mcmuffin hungerbuster (bacon egg mcmuffin, hashbrown, drink and a massive mcmuffin). I ordered a medium long black for my drink when I got it it was cold and the tide was out I also was missing my bacon and egg mcmuffin usually this restaurant is pretty good but today I was unimpressed.
G.True fast food and clean restaurant
A.Macila the manager was massive. Fixed the issue from last night where we did not get our kai, whilst understress with a smile on her face set everything right. Give the girl a pay rise napier mc Donalds.
R.Each time we visit, they've improved from the previous time in their customer service and food.
M.Nice burgers, but the chips were way too salty. Fast service and friendly staff. No way to pay with 2 cards though so that may be inconvenient. Also has a cool playground that seems pretty safe for kids.

N.This was through the drive through. They were fast, the staff smiled, were friendly and the order was correct unlike most other McD's I've gone to in other cities/towns/countries. The only quibble is the food doesn't look like it's advertised hence the 1 star off 😊

M.It was a busy Saturday and from time of ordering my large fries it took 20 minutes wait to recieve it. Not exactly fast food. But the chips were hot and fresh. Your saving grace lol
S.Not all staff are friendly, especially the management. Have noticed this with mist McDonald's but these staff here were n9t customer oriantated. Would not visit this place again.
V.11th Ave Service was good nice coffee....I have been a customer at this Maccas for almost 15yrs the downstairs toilet has never been the cleanest I've gone to....but this visit was dissapointing toilets upstairs and downstairs were disgusting !!! In fact the mens urinal was bad with brown slime yuck!!!my hubby never complains generally about stuff like this but even he said they were awfull.
My son in law used to work here...I know the owner !!!and know that these premises are due for a renovation........so its run down! !!!! but it can be kept clean !!! I did mention the state of the toilets to the manager at the time of visit,so I hope there has been an improvement!!!

p.One of the self help machine where you order macdonlds wasn't working I went there the first week it wasn't working then second week was still not working.Apart from that good service and fresh food.
S.Definitely 5 stars to the awesome staff member Kevin who was on drive through at lunch time today. My daughter grandson and I went through drive through placed our order to my amazement Kevin turned out to be so pleasant efficient overall great i couldn't believe it as lately the service has been appalling with orders missing items and a lot of the staff have such dreadful negative attitudes, it is extremely annoying and not necessary. I told Kevin how great he was and went in and also told the duty supervisor. I am very strong on credit where credit is due in this negative world of ours. 😊
B.You must get the $2.00 chocolate dipped ice cream. Just heavenly. The coffee is perfect if you enjoy it strong. If you prefer it mild it may be an idea to ask for it milder if possible. But I certainly recommend McCafe

S.If you don't eat the buns and fries, McD's food is actually keto. But get the garden salad so they give you a knife and fork.
F.Visited last night with grandson. Meals were ok but the toy in the kids happy meal was a waste of space. A back- scratcher that giggled we were told. Couldn't hear a giggle but a rattle as if something was loose. Grandson not very impressed by it.

V.The food has its own original taste and the burgers are great but I find a little steep improve. May only go once in blue.moon as a treat

A.Went through drive through for breakfast and not only were the team fast at preparing the order it wasn't all thrown together and messy as some stores do when they are in a rush to get orders out. Food was hot and as ordered!

K.McDonald's is McDonald's where ever you go... this had a good vibe and comes with all the trimmings. Easy to find and heaps of parking. The coffee was actually pretty good

J.Everyone knows McDonalds, right? I have been to quite a few over the years: NZ, Australia, USA, Frankfurt, Athens, Turin, Paris... etc., and I think McDonalds in Napier CBD beats them all! I drive for 25 minutes to McDonalds in Napier, bypassing three others on the way. Top marks for cleanliness & maintenance goes to one a "one lady tornado" who seems to be everywhere... a dream employee! The excellent staff attitude and service is the result of dedication by the franchisee. For some reason the noise level seems lower here... not sure why, but it sure is welcome! I have no difficulty recommending McDonalds Thackeray Street, Napier New Zealand to fellow "fast-food" lovers.

J.Every time I go here the tables and floors are a mess. The food I usually sub par. Old chicken and dry meat. The staff are usually lovely and courteous. Some attention to detail and this could be a 5 start McDs
D.Never had any issues here. Hands down the most reliable fast food chain in town, friendly staff - no matter if I go here first thing or late as at night. Foods always hot, and not dry like some chains across the street, never had things missing, and reasonably quick on keeping drive thru moving! My weekly main go-to place after finishing work late at night. :) Thanks Maccas!
