C.With the short amount of staff this place has they do try their best to push out orders. If you like burger King be patient and don't expect to get fast service everytime at this location. Staff are friendly and always trying their best. Sometimes they miss stuff but understand they are under staffed and they are working under pressure so be kind and just approach them nicely as I have seen time and time again people being so rude coz they missed one thing or couple of things. It's not the end of the world just have some understanding. Remember to go in with patience if you wanting B.K from the New plymouth location otherwise don't bother you will only disappoint yourself.
V.Good experience looks like people in Newplymouth doesn't use the burger King app. Because every time i use it staff reaction is not very nice but i will still give them 5 star
H.Nothing special about this particular store, staff no more or less likeable than in other stores. I just love BK, Whopper is my fav!

M.Be careful if you are buying at the counter and it's raining outside... Floors are really slippery. And staff should use normal masks, not those fabric masks you can't hear them.

L.Having the ability to order and pay via my mobile app is great but to collect through drive thru there is still a reasonable wait time. Some staff are polite and friendly and sometimes others seem quite rude but I understand it's not a dream job and some customers can be arses
D.When you don't know how to order on the order machine no one comes and help, it was an customer came to help, stuff not friendly and the toilet need a good srub, shop floor food around needed a sweep.
A.Burger King will never let you down when comes to burgers because so yummie & affordable & always clean in eating area
C.We got there about 5.20ish and the car park wasn't full and we didn't have a long wait. Friendly and courteous staff. Good food 😊
L.You do have to wait a while, if you walk in, busy place as its the only Burger King in New Plymouth, if you order chips, make sure they are hot before ya leave.
The drive though is just as longer wait at times. If your in a hurry check out the cars in line before you decide your options
A.The burgers are usually pretty decent, but they often take a while when I'm there. I'd say it's decent, like a good between for McDonald's and Burger Fuel
C.Excellent vegan selection. Whoppers are forever in my heart.
T.Awesome food. Management needs to sort extra workers for peak periods as I have experienced 45 mins waits. But worth it when the girls pop a lil extra chips in.

S.Just had burger King for the first time in a long time. I can easily and happily say they have upped they game. The quality of my burger and fries were excellent. Really good quality. Thank you guys. Highly reccomend
S.They have menus that are very hard to use and the venue was disgusting since no one was cleaning the tables
P.One of the staff was a little cold. After telling her the ginger beer had no flavour she advised me to let it run before putting my cup under. When I went back to her with the same result she tested her machine at the drive thru window. Then said "Obviously we don't have any."
Obvious to who?
Aside from that the food was fresh and other staff were great.

D.Fast and efficient and well mannered. Good economic meal choices. Best for me was the cheeseburger king box. Choosing the app order is fast, paid for, and hassle free.
A.Pretty much what you can expect. Unfortunately was invaded by a bunch of scooter-riders with an attitude. Felt sorry for the staff who were constantly telling them not to ride in the premises. They were quite beligirant. The staff were very professional and obviously cared about how the group would react when they were so hostile.

R.If u order a float instead of a frozen in the drive through chances are they forgot ur float 3 out of 3 for me ordered floats 3 times recieved frozen for a extra dolla
J.Botched up out order, offered replacement, went in for replacement few weeks later, they had no record of said replacement, took ages to get it put through then the order they replaced with they botched up when they were supposed to give us a free meal they gave us 2 so that was gr8 😊

C.Disappointed by the new loaded fries. Burger King is usually so good with real ingredients and good flavours. But these fries didn't get the memo. The jalapenos were few and far between, the cheese wasn't even cheese, it was a weird mayo sauce. But the onion was crispy at least.
D.It's a bk, you know what you're getting. Frozen coke is only a dollar here tho which is a bonus. Usually pretty quick on the drive-thru.
v.Always nice at burger King, but Always slow as well.
Prefer their buns to McDonald's.

K.Never had a problem with my food. I just think there drink station could be cleaned up more often. Everytime i go in there is soda all over the floor which my daughter has slipped on twice.
J.Burger king new Plymouth is alright. I went to get the french mushroom burger ( which they still had on menu) but said they didnt have the sauce it actually happened to me a few times when asking then they fully stopped the burger . Place can be abit dirty and the staff are quite young and loud (yelling across the kitchen and laughing) . but always check the bottom of your burgers have seen 2 different people go there and have a mouldy bun .

J.Tried to do the self service but the machines weren't working properly. Customer service at the counter was pleasant and fast. Food was fresh and tidily made.

A.Yeaaah it's okay the NewPlymouth store it alright sometimes its 50/50 either good food and great service or a long wait with average food. I generally go when I have built up a craving for BK after a month or so Haha!

l.Not a place I usually go, the one in New Plymouth is clean with friendly staff. Was able to have a junior meal which was plenty and fresh.
