G.The burger was ok and the service was really good. Their instagram has these pictures of all of these amazing looking burger creations but when you go there there is only 4 burgers on the menu. Felt it was a bit misleading to have all these “special burgers” to market your burger joint but then not have them on the menu. The burger I had was good but not special/unique enough for me to say I’d get it again. Definitely not terrible and I’d probably give the place another go.

M."The Nerf Herder" was amazing! The beef patty with BBQ sauce and mayo was really good.
T.On my Christmas break in New Plymouth, we decided to try out the local eats for lunch. We decided on this science fiction themed burger truck in the city. The burgers are filled with great charred meat or if you are vegan they have vegan patties. The sauces in the burgers are an explosion of flavours and the buns are fresh. The size of the burgers are above average and I was in a food coma for the rest of the day! We also had some fries which was one of the best I have had for a while. Definitely recommend it if you are in New Plymouth and want to try out a casual place. You won’t regret it.

C.We spent 18 days travelling the North Island over the summer break. It took 14 days before we found a burger we liked. These guys hands down made the best burgers! So affordable and so delicious. Highly highly recommend. Almost all ingredients were made in house and you could just tell they took their burgers seriously! Amazing

Chicken burger is Excellent and my fellow mates said its the best beef burger they've ever had.
Takes quite some time to serve but worth the wait.

W.Good concept and ideas, good flavour combination. Just a bit under seasoned. For me, a burger should be bold and strong in taste. Dial the seasoning up a notch and it'll undoubtedly be a five star.

N.So flipping good. I appreciate the guy who served me as I was looking for a very specific comfort food and he made all the adjustments for me. The sauce is delicious and almost tastes like animal style sauce from In n Out 🤤

A.Best burgers we’ve ever tasted! My husband and I shared both the beef and chicken and loved the mixture of flavours of the beef and the textures of the chicken. Special mention to the buns and fries as well 👍

A.Burger was ok, expensive for what it is. I thought the burgers would be a little more flavourful. Fries were over cooked and they forgot to put the salt on them, they're normally better than that.
C.If there's better burgers in New Zealand, I'm yet to taste them. Perfectly cooked meat everytime. Always interesting specials that never disappoint but the standard menu is top notch as well.
Flavour combinations are well thought out and everything is crafted to compliment flavours, never over power. For the price, nothing comes close! Even the two variety of fries are awesome.
These guys have ruined all other burgers for us.
A.I had the "take moo to your leader" burger, and it was hands down the best burger I had ever had! It's a shame I'm in Palmerston North as nothing here quite measures up. Will definitely be back next time I'm in New Plymouth.
