N.We turned up after 2.30pm & was advised by the staff there was a 30min wait. I appreciate a cafe that knows how to set wait expectations to their customers. The coffee was great & we enjoyed our meal with views from the balcony over the Ohope St hub.
Good stop but next time I’m keen to continue to the Ohiwa Oyster Farm.
G.Great Cafe Awesome Food Great Friendly Staff Food is always cooked to perfection here. I’m Local here and this is my Favourite Cafe here in Ohope come and experience it yourself 🙂
S.Stopped here for breakfast on a local's recommendation during our mini-moon last week. Staff were pleasant without being super friendly but also not super unfriendly neither. Food arrived very quickly which was a surprise considering we thought the place was busy at the time. My hash brown was over cooked as was Wifey's poached eggs (my eggs were perfect) but otherwise the meal was filling and tasty.

S.Amazing, super fast service and delicious food. A touch on the spendy side but to be expected for the location and honestly, worth the extra spend for the service. Was gutted they didnt open for dinner though!
A.Driving home on the way back from Gisborne, so glad we pit stopped here for a few pies and beverages. Although not a massive selection left we were still grateful. So sorry no photos this time around, the pies were polished before we could even take a photo or two. We'll done guys, keep up the great work. Kia Ora.
P.Food was ok, a little pricey for what it was, staff were ok too, overall an average experience, probably wouldn't go back tbh.
S.Food hot but that's it...Hadd Omlette and that's all I got for $19. A supposedly 3 egg omlette 3 fillings, put on the plate. Tomato sauce of all things on the side. Very disappointing. Not impressed. Definitely had better brunches in other places. Friend had scrambled eggs...Definitely a very small portion that came with 2 slices GF toast. As we often eat with our eyes, neither brunch did it.
