D.Food was good, order was quick but disappointed of the cleaning of tables and service area. Obviously under staffing and it was busy. However some fault is with customers who don't clean up after them. So not entirely the owners fault.
M.Even though an overbearing pack of cars from the drive thru window to the main road, this maccas has one of the most determined hardworking team of staff. Producing a very good standard of food, Impressed and fully appreciate the service.
A.It wasn't particularly clean there. I had a awful deluxe Quarter pounder and the coffee was even worse.
All issues management I'm sure can easily rectify.
J.Quick easy, food was good but the staff could have been a bit more friendlier with the customers instead if chatting amongst themselves
M.Similar store like the others, small playground and no outside seating. Three out of the four vending totens were out of order, delaying our orders. Aside of that, seems clean and decent. Few customers on the Boxing Day. We ordered a shared box , came in quickly and in order.
J.Macdonalds on a whole is a very consistent experience

S.Friendly service even though the traffic was backed up from long wait. But that was because of Covid restrictions. It seems to be happening a lot these days 😕

D.We had 26 cars in front of us and 9 behind us, but I can tell you the double quarter pounder combo was divine lol. It was worth the wait, I thank the staff for opening the combo I had an also my 2 friends were happy with there meals as well. It was worth it. Thanks to level 3 for opening yeha

H.We ordered chips and chicken pieces thing, took long time. Air conditioning was too cold. But convenient place to go in late evening, quite popular.

C.Got home with my takeaway meal, only to discover that one of the burgers was missing, live a little out of town so took me around an hour after placing the order to go back in and sort it out, Manager was all good about it and remade the meal.

I.A much needed food stop made it a tasty stop. Restaurant however was filthy. Lots of people talking about how grubby the floors, seats and tables were so couldn't sit. Disappointing but food - well it was McDonald's.
M.It is like a heaven when you drive pass an unfamiliar place you don't know what to eat and you are starving....
B.No refills even with a refill machine!? I don’t understand. I’ve never been to McDonald’s anywhere in the world that has this policy. However following a complaint I received a call from the manager who was very polite and respectful and had a great discussion with him.

p.Food was ok but the place was abit messy
F.The food is up to the usual Macca's standard which is fine. The thing that lets this place down is the revolting state of the toilets. Seems to be pretty consistently bad. My daughter reports that the ladies toilets are just as bad. If you want to keep your feet dry use the disabled toilet.
L.I go here regularly, usually for breakfast on the way to work, they've never messed up an order or forgotten my sweet and sour sauces, and the team is always friendly and cheerful. Says a lot.

I was shocked to see the toilets labeled only in Maori with no English or pictures on the doors. Can you accommodate your services for everyday New Zealanders and tourists.

S.The service is excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Toilets spotless and clean. Staff always wiping the tables down and floors clean. Any spillage of drinks from people eating or drinking there. Very quickly cleaned up. Overall a great Place to stop and eat.
B.Unfortunately a first so so review. The place was relatively quiet, so grubby unwiped tables and food that was only warm was a disappointment.
The coffee and hot chocolate was the highlight of the evening.
T.Clean, tidy, one free refill if you buy a drink and their ice cream machine was working on a hot day we were there. Can get very busy and they need to put a no right turn when leaving their driveway. A detour would be the first street on the right once you turn left out of their drive. It would take you back to the busy roundabout if heading to Wahi or Hamilton
o.Drive thru service is deplorable, it's slow and service was mediocre
R.Excellent digital service hub to order, even though it was busy, they called my order number and I kindly took it. Not a very well family orientated fast food place as it gets so busy. No one seems to understand the covid rules and I think locals in the area need to understand that.

A.Ordered a vanilla cappuccino. Received a vanilla cappuccino. Was only charged for a small coffee, because I brought a keepcup. 11/10 would caffeinate again.

N.Ordered breakfast over the Easter holidays and we were short supplied on 1 burger, my partner went in and asked for the burger and was given a bottle of water as compensation. She was hungry not thirsty and the person who took the order clearly messed up. Not impressed.

L.I think it's great that Paeroa has McDonalds! Great on the way grub and provides employment opportunity, which is good for the town. Wish it was there when I was living there. Only downside would be the lack of parking but lots of street parking.

Z.Massive amount of respect for the manager on today. Brought a smile to my face to see a place so well managed and communicating with both staff and customers! Well done, a high standard of service, came in at 9:55 and my sausage McMuffin was fresh!! Yay thank you guys so much for the service and excellent food, people like me appreciate it! The front team looked lost and potentially new employees (as they had no idea what was happening) but they handled things well to. Good job team and I'm very grateful for the service.
B.Consistency is why this Maccy-Ds gets the 5⭐s... I like their coffee. If you're heading towards Katikati or Tauranga after 11pm-ish and feeling peckish you might wanna grab a feed or drink here...
O.This maccas is fairly nice because it’s in a good spot where you can grab a burger and a coke or something and then take a nice little stroll over to the great L&P bottle
S.Very busy when I went at lunch-time on a Tuesday. Dining room was pretty messy with wrappers and gross scattered around the floor and a lot of tables with trays & rubbish left. Bathrooms were clean though.

N.A large order 2 different share boxes, different drinks and sundaes - we received EVERYTHING ordered with hot chips and they didn't even forget the mayo sachets! Well done paeroa maccas! You're a rare gem!

R.The Service was good the food good but the restaurant was dirty and not just today dirt. I had to ask for table to be cleaned & it wasnt done properly. The highchair was crawling with ants because it was dirty & had food left on it. They cleaned the high chair after I asked for the manager so she knew the condition but other than cleaning the chair there was no acknowledgement of any breech of McDonald's normal high standards.
J.I was there for a quick breakfast on an early morning. The place was quiet but the staff at the front counter wasn't friendly or willing to assist. She just talked to me enough to take my order and walk away. No other customers were waiting. The coffee and the muffin were great!
T.Best Barista Hot Chocolates you can get is from Macca's Better than anywhere else... yum yum
L.Food was fresh and hot. There was a bit of a mix up to start as we tried to place 2 orders and he only got the first one. Otherwise it was a pleasant experience

K.The service was great, the site was busy. I ordered a Mega Mac and a medium drink. Unfortunately there was no tomato on my burger, bun, lettuce, mayo, meat, not very Mega at all.
S.I went last night around 9:15 in Thames and I got the most friendly server in the drive though from the person who gives you your food she was so chirpy and she wasn't rude

A.Excellent dude on Drive Thru today (Saturday 26 January @ 12:00), he was super efficient and friendly and the food was actually fast and hot...and yummy! AAA+ would trade again!

M.Totally depends which maccas you goto, Papakura is pretty average, robot like staff and they don't even give you napkins when going through the drive through, you litterraly have to ask for them.
Z.Clean loo's and the rest of it was ok too, but we went across the road and bought our lunch. Why? No georgie pies...
P.In their busy hustle stil got our order right more than i can say for some Auckland branches.

B.Good food and good service and everything in general was good however the paeroa branch needs to have a covered area above the path to the door cause at the moment if it's raining you get absolutely soaked walking along that path.
